For kosher and non-kosher people one of the luxuries restaurant, food is very delicious, variety of food will surprise you. I recommend to everyone, enjoyed every moment. Hotel has every eminent for kosher people, you won’t regret and it is worth of every cent.

Ran down. Problems with the room weren't handled properly. We had to switch rooms due to a leak (!) in our room, the new room was better but had problems, too. Not enough pancakes in breakfast, each time they bring out ten units... It's a joke The rooms are big which is good and the food is kosher.

The hotel is in a very convenient and beautiful location, in the old town, close to the singing fountains alley and the promenade. It's clean, with white linens, and an excellent, tasty breakfast. The lady who introduced my room was terrible and never explained where the reception desk qhich was located at 9 th floor. Her working hour should 0900-2300 at reception. She want to go home earlier than my arrival time 2230pm. Wifi password in airbnb was not right. Later she gave me password. I m just taking away 1 star because the room provided had twin beds when the pictures on the booking.com website shows a double bed in the room booked. They helped with put a king size othopaedic mattress to convert the twin beds into a double bed which provided some relief. I hope that Hotel takes actions and put the right pictures on booking.com. I would rate my experience as 3.5/5. The room we stayed at was absolutely amazing, stunning even! The curtains could be bigger though, they don’t cover the windows properly. The rest of the hotel felt very unfinished - there was a lot of construction and renovation happening here and there, and I sometimes felt there’s not enough personnel to help the guests with anything.
