Lovely boutique hotel close to all the main attractions in Batumi. Well-equipped rooms, welcoming staff and a great breakfast! We had a stunning view of the city from our balcony too (Suite, City View)
It seems that no one has posted about the breakfast in this hotel, right? I'll send one! The variety is very complete, everything you should have. The room was large and very comfortable. A golden treasure in the center of the old city, you can walk to the main attractions. You can get here by taking bus lines 3, 6, 8, and 10 outside Batumi Railway Station.
Room is looking good, view is okay but it was so cold during new year. Air conditioning was not heating the room. There was a little bit of dirt on the bed. We had no hand soap, it came after we asked. Location is good, you can walk almost everywhere and find food nearby.

- The place I got was in the floor 46 ( The whole building is 47 Floors). You can enjoy the view.

The fastest check in experience ever. The guy at the reception was super cool and super prompt and gave us the best deal. Loved the room and the general behavior and non frills check in even when we came in without a reservation at midnight.
Clean and upmarket with lovely finishes. Bathroom is a pleasure. Location is excellent. Not expensive at all. If you you need is a clean, comfortable and lovely room with access to old town Batumi then this is it.

I recently went to Batumi and stayed in this hotel for 2 night and honestly it was an incredible experience. The staff were very kind and helpful. The placement of the hotel is incredible!! You have direct view to the Black Sea and the sun set is incredible. In my opinion a great experience and I could make sure if I ever went back to revisit this hotel

I needed a hotel near the airport for just one night, and this place was perfect for that. The lobby is decorated in a lovely way, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the room had everything you'd expect, though it did feel a bit damp, especially in the bathroo. - Hotel is next to at least 2 construction sites
- No parking
- Water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom

It's a very nice place with central location. Easy to get around, there is a bus stop right opposite the hotel where you can take a bus every 10 to 15 minutes to the city center. We booked a room in 15th floor But duo to some unknown condition they gave us a Suite in 9th floor. Well the suite was good with a very nice balcony. But the view of the sea was not the thing I estimated. Room was clean but for Blankets. Breakfast was acceptable but coffee was not included! Memory hotel in Batumi is located in a Turkish mahalla. Nearby there are Georgian and Turkish restaurants. Also 200 meters from the hotel there is a store Lc Waikiki, which is very convenient for buying things. Alphabet tower, Ali and Nino, cable car - all within walking distance. It's a new hotel at older part of Batumi. Rooms are nice and fresh. The area is quieter than modern parts of Batumi and not popular among Arabs etc. Thanks to this there is minimal traffic at night. Everything was great: the personnel, the rooms, the location. BUT the flashing illumination on the facade of the opposite building is nuts! The person who had the idea to install it has to be fired. Although I was concerned about the number of industrial buildings surrounding the hotel, the convenient location, close to the bus station, marshrutka stop, and vegetable market, was excellent.
