The hotel is conveniently located about a 5-7 minute walk from the U-Bahn. If you walk a little further, there's also a tram stop. It's within walking distance of all the attractions in the Old Town

The garage is tricky to find yet the staff was very helpful! Caution the garage is only ok for vehicles up to 2t!!!! (but even there the staff was helpful and the house not being full due to COVID helped

Great location within walking distance to shopping areas. However, the room is quite small, especially the bathroom

Parking is available but must be booked and paid for in advance due to limited slots, and it may be challenging for beginner drivers

The cleaning staff were friendly and very accommodating for any needs. Location is good, close to the train and old town

The front desk staff speak English, so communication was no problem at all

The bathroom shower is very good , enough water and you can relax when taking a shower with natural stone flooring , heated The staff are fabulous , very helpful , courteous and kind

Very nice boutique hotel, brilliant location in the middle of the old centre and 100 meters from the train to the airport (less than 4 euros, instead of 95 by taxi). Recommended.

even have motion sensor lighting to guide you to those middle of the night trips to the bathroom! The breakfast is one of the best I've had in Europe even though it was not a buffet it came with high quality cheese, lox, pastry, eggs, smoothie, and espresso coffee drinks

It is generally an old hotel, but very nice got praying matt from Mr. Akbar Receptionist very nice cooperative Staff! Breakfast was good too!

My stay at the Munich Art Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The decor is very stylish and there are many artworks adorning the hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, being right next to Munich Central Station

The guy at the front desk was also really friendly and welcoming; he'd always greet me warmly whenever I came and went, which made me feel right at home. Plus, a free and generous breakfast was offered every morning

The location is extremely close to the city centre, however, it’s in the red light district. Though I found Schiller5 a nice and clean hotel, good breakfast (simple but good enough)

We also enjoyed 2 restaurants very close to the hotel - Altmunchner Gesellenhaus on Adolf-Kolping Strasse and Schiller Brau - at 23 Schiller Strasse. Both had excellent food and service

Great value for money, we had the rooftop room and it has amazing view. The location is quite good but the surrounding of the hotel is a bit shabby. Great breakfast.

The bedroom and bathroom are pretty old and of average size by Asian standard. Housekeeping is only done if you hang the "Tidy Room" sign on the door. Breakfast and service are average at best

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and pleasant. There was however, no tea or coffee making facility in our room. However as we were there for the Oktoberfest, that wasn't really important

The room was on the 2nd floor which was clean and neat and new. The room itself was Spacious and well laid out. The reception and everything else on the 3rd floor was substandard

The hotel is approximately 1 km and a 15 to 20 minutes from Moosfeld U-Bahn station and initially with the aid of google maps we found our way

Rooms are compact but functional, with good beds, clean bathrooms, and large windows, many with balconies overlooking the city. The lobby bar and breakfast area have a laid-back, urban feel, and the staff are welcoming

There's nothing to complain about - the location is ideal (near the subway), I had a spacious room with a comfortable bed :-) Cleanliness and service are also top-notch.

The hotel door is the subway station exit, and private parking, driving or taking the subway in and out is very convenient, the room has a small kitchen and small terrace,  before 8 pm across the street several large supermarkets, small shops and restaurants, but after 8 pm it is pitch black

Great accommodation and location for the price. Clean, comfortable rooms if not a little basic. Shout-out to Georgie for helping us locate an emergency overnight pharmacy - he went above and beyond

We stayed at the hotel the evening before New Year's. The room was nice and clean, the staff was very friendly, and the hotel was close to the center. I recommend it to everyone.

Most importantly, the breakfast was good, with freshly squeezed orange juice and a wide variety of breads and desserts. Overall, we were very satisfied

Excellent location and breakfast. Spacious room space and comfortable bed eventhough the single bed is a little bit smaller.

The room also comes equipped with an electric kettle, refrigerator, and air conditioning. Although it's close to the downtown area, there was no noise and it was quiet. I'd like to stay here again next time

A convenient hotel for getting around the city, clean and quiet.

The rooms are a good size and I had a very comfortable stay. I especially appreciated not hearing any noise from adjoining rooms. The breakfast buffet also had a great selection and was very satisfying

If you're heading to cultural venues like Gasteig HP8, you can take bus lines X30 or 54, which will get you there in about 15 minutes from the hotel. And of course, the hotel staff were wonderful as well

Hotel is 5-10 min walking distance from the main station. Clean and large rooms. However the precise location is not the best for female solo traveller as there are suspicious walk aeounds in the night around the hotel.

Although we didn’t take advantage if the morning breakfast in the restaurant; it did look good. The hotel offered gratis treats of apples, flavored water and pastries which were delicious And appreciated

Property was in a good location, staff very helpful what would have been nice is putting a kettle so you could have a tea or coffee in your room also would have been nice to have a drink in the bar sometime but it hasn't been open for years

My room was small, but perfect for one person (maybe two). Nice and clean with all the amenities needed. Budget breakfast was delicious with many options. Within walking distance to many attractions

Picked the Alpen Hotel as it was near to the Main station, as I was using an Inter-Rail pass for day trips on the train, the Hotel was better than I though, so served me perfectly

Hotel abuts a park. Very friendly staff. Nice rooms. Never ate breakfast there as 29 euro seemed high and less expensive restaurants were 10 minute walk. I would stay there again.

The drapes didn't close completely and there was an exterior light shining into the room. Pillows were super soft and provided little neck support. The evening bartender was rude and had little customer service

Parking under the hotel, reasonably priced. For me the best part was the S-Bahn station right out the front. With the doors/windows shut you dont hear the trains

Omg the shower was so good!!!! Couldn't be any more convenient for the railway (if you go to the stairs at the end of the platform it takes you straight into the complex that the hotel is in) and there are plenty of shops/eateries both inside/outside in the vicinity and a huge supermarket across the road

As we were 4 friends with 2 twin rooms booked, I would have liked to have been given rooms on the same floor, but this would be my only negative and it was not a huge deal

Not to mention that it is one stop away from main railway station which is the best way to visit other parts of Germany

The location is super convenient! There's a tram stop right across the street, and the East Station is just a three-minute walk away, making it quick and easy to get to the airport or anywhere else

A russian bar right below the hotel rarher messy & noisy on Friday night after 9pm. The only good point is the hotel location. PLEASE AVOID STAYING IN THIS HOTEL

Breakfast is extra so be sure to reserve it. But yeah, the elevator is super small, it's honestly impressive. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Sara checked us in, and she gave us a bunch of great recommendations

The hotel has direct access to the Italian restaurant of the same name, which is very good, the food is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. The Vi Vadi Rustico restaurant is also nearby, which is also very good

A conveniently located, good value, quiet hotel just outside Munich's old town, with close proximity to the train, tram, and car rental companies. Whilst the rooms have a more classic decor, they are well maintained

Ventilation is fine in the autumn/winter but is generally best assisted by opening up the balcony window, which does open the room up to some street noise

The good thing about this hotel is its location, very close to the city center, the station, and the Oktoberfest. The hotel staff is friendly and attentive, and check-in and check-out are quick and easy

We stayed for one night, personal was very nice also location near main station and 15 minutes walk to city center. Just in room kitchen were some leftovers inside and not cleaned rest of the room was clean and nice

Brilliant for what it is. It's clean the rooms are new. Good size bathrooms bedroom with sat TV, good hanging space and with crisp white sheets. This location is great too. Quiet at night. Alive in the day. A good find

This is a great hotel just outside of Munich Center. Its very easy to get to on the ubahn (subway). Less than a 5 minute ride from the Hauptbahnhoff. The staff at the front desk were always cheerful and helpful

Got a double room; it's fairly spartan but comfortable. Shower is nice, staff is friendly and spoke excellent English. Only complaint is that the pillows are horrendous, and there's no overhead light in the room.

I stayed in the hotel one night and liked the simplicity of the room and the modern look of the toilet. Internet was free and with good speed rates

The cleaning staff made sure our room was clean each day with fresh linens and soap, etc. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet and allowed us to sleep in each day even with the windows open

Very good clean hotel w good amenities & fairly spacious room. The shower was more than adequate, but since I'm judging you by higher standards, I'd say, just work on the little bit mold on the tiles

Breakfast is very good, but I would add a breakfast pastry of some sort. There was good bread, jam and butter so still met the needs of those who prefer a sweet breakfast
