It was a very good experience staying here. Clean, comfortable room, excellent service, a great kitchen for preparing meals, close to the metro station, and for those who like to walk, you could reach Marienplatz on foot

I loved the breakfast, many varieties starting from fruit, eggs, sausages, musli, several types of juices and so on

Nothing to complain about, very nice room, impeccable value for money

The location is good, about a 1.5-kilometer walk to Maria Square, a 20-minute walk. The surrounding area is quiet. The rooms are small but very clean. I stayed for three nights and it was quite nice.

Good service (for a B&B), the hotel is located next to the lake, quiet, beautiful, and inexpensive. Walking might be a bit difficult, but if you have a car, it's not too difficult.

This was my second time staying here on a business trip, and everything was the same as before. The breakfast was pretty good, and the area was surrounded by car dealerships

The hotel is not located in the city centre, around 25 mins from main station. But there are a big shopping mall and many restaurants right next to the hotel. Service is good

Staff always available to help. They have real benefits for members of the loyalty program. Temperature is hard to manage. Tends to get overheated in the room, especially the bathroom

Very good and fast check in process even though we asked for a late check in. The only issue in the room was that there was no airconditioning so it could get hot during the summer months

The only one hotel provided the disposable slippers and toothbrush in Germany I ever lived. Nearby the Siemens blocks. Very good and warming Christmas vibe.

It was lovely weather while I was there, so I walked the 2. 5 miles into the centre on both days and found a good route that took me beside the river for some of the walk

The location is fantastic! There's so much to do around here, and you'll find a supermarket, breakfast shops, and pharmacies nearby, which is super convenient. It's affordable too, offering great value for money.

Considering the hotel’s price range, the television in the room felt unacceptably outdated. I have stayed in considerably cheaper accommodations that offered far better TVs, so this came as a real surprise

Plus, there's a beer garden nearby where you can enjoy barrel beer and German food. After a good meal, you can simply walk back to the hotel to rest. All in all, this hotel offers great value for money

My stay was very good. Rooms are clean and cozy not soo big but not too small. Food was great, breakfest is 17€ per person but its worth it. If you thinking to book a room here you wont miss.

Location: the surrounding area is a little questionable due to it's only a 5 minute walk from the Munich Train Station. However, no problems occured, yet maybe a good idea to keep your eyes open when in the area

You can also get the U21 tram directly into the Marienplatz within 20 mins, the stop is a 2 minute walk from the hotel doors. Would recommend to all and would definitely stay again

I stayed at Holiday Inn from 30th December to 31st December. I booked a double-bed room and stayed with my brother and my son. Unfortunately, the room and the bathroom were not cleaned properly

The room phone was not working, so every time we needed something, we had to walk to the reception, which was quite inconvenient. I always believed Holiday Inn was a very good hotel, which is why I chose it

Someone get inside the room to clean when we was outside, but there’s sign on the door DO NOT DISTURB! Someone touch our stuff and it’s big red flag for me. The carpet in the room very unclean

Some basic room amenities were missing, especially a hair dryer and bath items. Even after asking twice, we received them very late

The room size was decent, and the buffet breakfast area was large with a good variety of food. However, I found a cockroach crawling in the bathroom in the morning, which was quite disgusting.

I always stay here for business trips to Munich. It's right next to a big supermarket and has parking (though parking in Germany can be a bit expensive), which is great!

At checkout, I was asked to pay for the water. When I explained the earlier conversation, the receptionist insisted—twice—that this could not be correct, which made the interaction uncomfortable

This is a good hotel, about a 10-minute walk from one station and 15 minutes from another. It was quiet and green, even though it's near an area with strip clubs and such, which didn't affect our stay
