The hotel is a walk from the central bus station, a direct train to the airport and good public transport with only few stops to the city centre

The hotel is located about a 10-minute ride on trams 16/17 from the main station. And about a 5-minute ride on the S-bahn, also from the main station. There are two supermarkets within walking distance: Edeka and REWE

The reception is open 24h, and I received a warm welcome. Rooms are decent sized, comfortable, and quiet. We had a quick diner in the hotel restaurant. Great service and good pricing

Close to a train station and bus stops. Reasonably close to the city centre. Nice rooms, great breakfast and installations such as a sauna and gym. The staff were also very helpful! Great stay for the price.

It took us almost 30mins to get to Novotel from their local train station. We asked a few locals n even the staff working at the bakery where it was located. All of them gave us the wrong direction

Really good location regarding walking distance from many famous locations. The parking structure is very limited, like 20 cars max

One road away from Munich central train station (hbf). Walkable distance to old town and also can go by tram. Nice breakfast. Definitely recommended.

Location: the surrounding area is a little questionable due to it's only a 5 minute walk from the Munich Train Station. However, no problems occured, yet maybe a good idea to keep your eyes open when in the area

Just a five-minute walk from the train station, which is super convenient if you're catching a train. There are also plenty of cafes nearby for breakfast, so you don't really need to opt for the hotel's breakfast

Pretty good, actually! The location is super convenient – just a few minutes to the train station. You can walk to the old town easily, and there's a supermarket nearby too. Definitely a top choice for business trips.

The staff is really nice, however, the room I was assigned is not soundproof, for me it's fine, but I guess it will be very noisy for some travellers, as you can hear the trains go back and forth

Lastly, the shower (toilet) is a bit tiny, and interestingly the door is installed oppositely

My only minor complaint is that the rooms don't have a kettle

The hotel is average and suitable mainly for sleeping and then heading out. What I liked is that there is a door separating the dressing area from the room, which gives more privacy

There was a small mini bar and an in room safe, desk, chair, adjustable heating in the room and the bathroom as well as the window opens for fresh air. There are blackout curtains as well

The location is a four minute walk from the S Bahn stop at Marienplatz, which takes you directly to the airport, as well as connects you to other parts of the city

The staff is exceedingly welcoming and helpful. The fifth floor spa/sauna is very nice. The lobby is a cozy place to sit in the evenings and have a drink

They also have a fine dining restaurant and offer a buffet breakfast, but I did not partake in either of those. Room service is available too

The adjoining bar area offers light snacks, cakes, and Panini sandwiches, and the bartender, Oscar, was great with recommendations

The 24-hour front desk service is excellent; they even thoughtfully arranged for me to freshen up when I arrived early. The staff are professional and enthusiastic, and their attention to detail made me feel very welcome

The room was a good size, clean, and comfortable, with soft bedding and all the essential amenities. The hotel's cafe offers a rich variety of breakfast options, and the coffee was superb

Very good service from the lady at reception who spoke to us in Spanish. The hotel was very pleasant and well located, 2 blocks from the train station. The room was very well equipped

Location was not important as we were by car-plenty of parking space around. Bad is comfortable though the room smelled of a toilet. Breakfast is so-so, but fine. So for a quick stay for 1 night with kids is ok

One night stay at the Feringapark, good sized pleasant room. Typical German restaurant with excellent food and good service. Just 30 minutes from the airport. Press ‘like’ if review is of benefit

I am very satisfied with my stay at Feringapark. I felt comfortable in the room, the breakfast was good. I found the breakfast rooms very inviting and quaintly cozy

The bus stop is convenient (2 min walk) or the tram is also accessible (5 min walk) but not close to any other means of transportation. The personnel in the hotel is really nice and breakfast is remarkable!

In my opinion, only small things could be improved: 1) some kind of tangible update on whether a tree was actually planted to compensate for the saved room cleaning 2) at breakfast, two different employees asked the question twice within 20 minutes: "Can I disturb you and ask for your room number?" Can be optimized: don't apologize, just ask for the room number

However, it's a great choice for an overnight layover if you're transferring trains. The room was spacious, the mini-bar was completely free, and breakfast was quite generous

Best of all, there is a complimentary mini bar, with beer , fruit juices and many more. Best breakfast with German sausages, varieties of cakes, breads and etc. One of the best hotel in Munich

The hotel is very close to the train station, just over a 5-minute walk. There are plenty of food options nearby

The area around the station is a bit messy due to ongoing construction, so be sure to watch your belongings when out and about, and be careful at night

We were also informed that another room had experienced a similar issue just the day before, which raises concerns about maintenance and checks. Otherwise, the location is convenient

A welcome change when my regular hotel "Premier Inn" had no more rooms available. A really good hotel despite the low budget. The rooms are a bit small, but ideal for a business trip.

The people who serve at the front of the hotel, at reception, are not at all friendly, they don't look people in the face, they always seem to be grumpy, well, actually a hairless man, in the morning, there was a young man, the youngest of all, especially the one who received us on December 17 in the afternoon, that is the exception, very friendly, the worst of all the old man without hair, he needs...

We had two rooms, and the only minor issue was that on the 7th floor, the glass shower barrier was a bit narrow, so some water splashed onto the floor

Honestly, the reception team treated us like old friends or family. They were very polite, kind, and supportive. We will definitely return again

Took us time to find an extra bed, after that we just received bed sheets to prepare everything by ourselves. I know NH how very very good service hotels, always stay in NH but here was a little bit surprise

We went there for a candlelight dinner we purchased from Groupon. The service is EXCELLENT! The food and ambience is also great.

Every staff is nice!!! I have never fond anywhere else that has as polite staff as here. All the facilities is good and the room is pretty clean! I really like this hotel and enjoy staying here!

The double room was well-equipped with a small kitchenette and refrigerator. The bathroom was a good size with plenty of storage space. The sauna and fitness room were great

We walked and caught a city bus to go the city center (downtown) to walk around (after 8 pm on December 26th) and had an amazing dinner at an excellent German restaurant (Google recommendation)

Most importantly the kitchen is also equipped with an electric water heater and an espresso machine with 4 pods! I believe there is a mini mart/small grocery store very close by, but due to our odd times for checking in and out, we couldn't tell how the store is

Eventually took a bus and spent some time and had quick breakfast before taking the train to the Munich airport to return to California. You can purchase a day family pass for 25 Euros that works for train and bus

The breakfast was delicious, with both savory and sweet options; nothing was lacking. Of course, the hotel's 80s/90s style takes some getting used to, but it was perfectly adequate for a few days

I don't get the negative comments here! This place is a decent hotel for that price range I believe! The furniture is kinda modern and newish and the breakfast area is solid with all kinds of stuff and decent quality! The rooms are good not best buy good! I stayed at this hotel with my family for seven days. The price was very attractive and affordable, and the room for six people was sufficient for us. Overall, it is a very good hotel for families

It has an excellent location, situated directly next to a tram station and very close to the Olympic Park. There is also a nearby supermarket, and everything is within easy reach

The pillows were very poor, while the blankets were acceptable. Despite these issues, the hotel was overall very good

There was no automatic daily cleaning, and for four days I had to repeatedly ask for clean towels for the shower, which were eventually provided after four days. Sometimes the cleaning was not up to the expected standard

A simple and decent hotel in the central Schwabing area, near Münchner Freiheit. A pleasant walk into the centre from there and very close to the beautiful Englischer Garten

We chose this hotel because it had breakfast and electric car charging stations. Upon arrival, we noticed that there were two fossil cars parked on the charging stations

Unlike other European accommodations, it is clean and has good breakfast every day. There are many restaurants nearby.

We liked this hotel, modern, clean, large room and in this case occupied by a number of "Swifties". Whilst the shower was very good that it was entirely made of transparent glass was a little off putting
