After which I returned the non-working passes. Nice room and breakfast the next morning. Excellent breakfast by the way. There the same employee told me that I had two rooms. I wasn't sure if my company paid for the room

The ease of everything with the hotel means that everything can be done without interaction with the staff at all. This makes all aspects of the stay simpler and provides flexibility in all aspects of the stay

The room was simple, and had all that was necessary for my stay, the bed was comfortable although the pillow wasn't to my taste

Check-in and check-out were both simple affairs, and having everything controlled through the phone was also a nice touch, reducing the reliance upon a key that could be lost

One of the best hotels I have been slept in recently. Very close to the Munich central railway station so very convenient. Services and cleanliness was on point.

The hotel also provides disposable slippers and bottled water, which is not very common in many hotels in Germany. Breakfast is included in the price — with a croissant and coffee of your choice, which is amazing

As for the main attractions are also accessible in less than 20 minutes walk. The apartment unit is very large, with a single bedroom queen bed for 2 people and another 3 single beds in the living room

I only stayed for one night as I was on my way to Austria, so I can't say much beyond my experience. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff welcomed us very warmly

The soundproofing was a bit poor. I could hear sirens outside, and the early morning construction kept me awake. The yogurt, eggs, and warm tea served for breakfast were nice

Overall, I’m quite satisfied with my stay — it’s a great option for a short stay or just one night, and I would consider coming back if I need a short stay in Munich again

The apartment is located near the train terminal and is less than a 5 minute walk away, making it easy to take the metro, train or to the airport

The property itself is centrally located, easy access to train, walkable to various attractions and restaurants. The biggest that stood out to us is the staff, they are simply the best.

My room had a balcony and looked out on Alter Peter, Munich’s oldest church. I was there at Christmas and enjoyed the Christmas Market in the square

My extended stay in Munich and at Hotel One I had 7 day stay at Motel One and was very very satisfied. From the front desk, to housekeeping and the bar and patio, it was wonderful

There’s two central dryers or a hanging line in the shower that retracts which was very convenient. Our 2 room apt had adequate closet storage/hangars

Hotel was great location, having 2 rooms was ideal for family of 4, second bed was already made up when we arrived, extra towels and pillows provided upon request. Washer in room was key as we packed light

May have problem with light sleepers cos this room is facing the street but with windows closed it’s bearable! We still able to sleep thru the night soundly cos the bed is comfortable! Complimentary & unlimited coffee @Reception and it’s great for coffee lovers! Lidl supermarket is just a short walking distance away

I would recommend walking the slightly longer way along relexa hotel to get to Hauptbahnof for all the train tram buses to avoid the little streets Mitterstrasse Goethstrasse, those can be really busy and grungy

We LOVED our stay at Adagio Aparthotel, the little kitchen is everything. Clean, modern, receptionists were really friendly and helpful and we liked the kiddy area at the lobby with foosball

Huge and clean room only set back is if you facing the street always can hear siren either by police or ambulance but if you closed your windows is still bearable

Had a small kitchen, which was nice to have breakfast and coffee since I was traveling for three weeks. A Nespresso machine and pods are included in the room. Steps away from Hofbrau Haus and a quick walk to Marienplatz

Very centrally located. And with a direct bus connection to the main train station. Generally very clean. However, the hotel could definitely use a renovation. The facilities were fine, but very dated.

Breakfast is fantastic, and there was a safe in my room which was great! I would say for one person it was convenient, for more than one it will likely be too small! Also their room keys stop working if it comes near your phone, so I got locked out a couple of times which wasn't the best, but reception is very helpful and can get you a new one fast!

The room wasn't as big as it looked in the photos. It's not far from Central Station, there's a supermarket nearby, and it's close to the city center and pedestrian street, so the location is good

Despite this, one of the staff members, Nina, was extremely friendly and warm-hearted. She willingly took on the task of moving the luggage by herself, and her kind and helpful attitude brought us a sense of warmth

The location of this hotel is quite convenient with good transport access. However, the elevator was out of order, which made carrying our luggage up to the first floor quite troublesome

The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk to the Central Station and City Hall. There are also many restaurants on the street downstairs, and it's easy to hail a taxi

Very centralised location and easy to find. I was put on the top floor but the lift only goes up until second topmost floor, they did offer to help me with the luggage if I needed

The hotel is just one U bahn station away from Munich Hbf. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

It is about a 10 minute walk away from Munich's Central Station and has good tram access around the area to get to most of Munich's major sites pretty quickly

Given the comments I read from other travellers, the hotel actually has far exceeded my expectation. First of all, there is a U-bahn station right next to the hotel, which takes you only 2 minutes to the central station

This was a great base to explore Munich. The staff were great. The room was perfect for a family room. There was a luggage room to store our cases before we caught the train. Perfect hotel for our trip.

Oh, and AC looks like it’s installed, but you cannot use it. They do provide you with a cheap fan though… No minifridge or phone in the room either. Luggage room is not checked or attended to by anyone

Then I asked them to clean the room, they said they have so much work to do and they don’t have time to clean the room if we ordered them to change towel. it’s not a good cleaning service

The walls have missing paint on them. The light on the far side of the bed doesn’t work. Also, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to either get smart TV’s or TV’s with a Chromecast built in

Great hotel, comfortable, not too far from the metro and tram. Good restaurant options nearby. For those going to Oktoberfest it's perfect, it's just a few meters from where the event takes place

The bathroom was nice, and the location was good, but only the bathroom had heating, so the room was a bit cold. The double bed was also a bit small.

  The neighborhood around the hotel had supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants and pharmacies, all within an easy walking distance.  We came for the Christmas Markets and there is a large one right in front of the hotel

Located 10mins walk to Hackerbrucke station. A lot of shops/supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, Edeka) nearby the hotel. According to staff, all bedrooms have different theme, and mine was "rock star" theme

We rented scooters right outside and went all over! Munich is a cool temperature town where AC is not needed! Large windows allow a cool breeze all day! We loved everything about this place!

The only issue was the parking, I had to search a bit for a spot, ended up a couple of minutes away from the hotel. That said, there are many spots along the street, just need to be a bit lucky or there at the right time

An easy task is check that the water glasses are positioned correct and a fresh bottle of water. We love this part of München, we have stayed at Sitar. We will come back to München next midsummer

Excellent hotel! The cutest room for one person. It was clean and cleaned everyday. My room had a tiny balcony too with a small chair and table. No fridge but they helped me keep some stuff in their fridge

That make it a great location for you to explore Munich not to mention it only two minutes from the central station where you can use the train to go and explore nearby cities

It was a little stressful at first, but it got solved in like 10-15 minutes. Also, I think it’s cuz of my email so not even their fault. Secondly, the bidet was half broken

One, I booked it last second and something happened with my email and I didn’t get the instructions on how to get into the hotel (it’s self check-in), so I had to call

Central location Great location in central Munich. Gokhan was very friendly when we checked in. We were on the 5th (top) floor, and the slanted ceilings made it seem very cramped
