Great staff! Basic room is small equipped like a monk's quarters. Factoring in cost and location, probably one of the best deals in central Munich.

If you want to check in earlier, you have to pay an extra 20 Euros. Luggage storage costs 8 Euros. The staff said the fees were listed and we must have overlooked them

The room was clean and had all the necessary facilities. It's very close to the city center and not far from the train station, making transportation convenient

If you arrive at the hotel after 2 PM, the price and facilities are definitely a good deal. But if you need to check in before 2 PM and pay an additional 20 Euros to get into your room, then you should really think twice

Apart from the slum lords, sleeping drunks and clientele from several nearby brothels which litter the street, the hotel is in a nice spot right by the central train station, walking distance from the city centre and if you are hungry for doner there are simply too many options to choose from

It's a great choice for solo travelers and overall offers good value for money

Came to Munich for Oktoberfest and loved this hotel! We felt safe and comfortable during our stay, and the location couldn't be beat - central to great restaurants and close to the fair grounds and train stations

Very smooth check in and check out. Location is so convenient to the train and it being right in the center of the city. Staff is super friendly and super helpful

I stayed Hotel Andra room 50 for one day. Friendly receptionist, gorgeous breakfast, very clean bedroom and shower room. It takes about 15-30 minutes to Munich central station and main sightseeing spots by foot

Basic hotel near Munich city centre but clean and comfortable rooms. It's located in the "turkish" street so plenty of halal and Mediterranean shops and restaurants around. There's also a supermarket close to the hotel

all staff were very kind and attentive, and Tobias was so helpful for two silly Americans who can get lost in their own homes. He gave us great suggestions and maps for getting around the city

Very nice experience in hotel Andra and in the beautiful Bayern. Smooth from check-in to check out. Adequate sized rooms and nice breakfast. Sure will revisit, if staying in Munich

We have stayed at AMANO hotel in London and now in Munich. Rooms are small, but all you would need when you are visiting a city. What made this location special was the service and its friendly staff

I was dropped off by the Uber driver in the rain on adjacent street and had to figure a way to walk to the hotel with a luggage. Yes, some local drivers will know that but not all drivers are local

The location is just within 5min walking distance from the Munich Central Station. The staff, Lia is very kind and helpful. Room is nice and clean. They do provide free coffee and tea in the lobby.

Nice hotel. Located at a quiet street but very close to the main train station. Just 5 min walk. Walkable to the s bahn stop and the main shopping centre. Very good breakfast to start a day. Highly recommended.

Superb location, approx 15 minutes walk to Octoberfest and Old Town. Room is clean and water pressure is good. However, the sound insulation is really bad. Not recommend for light sleeper. Breakfast offer vegan option.

The room is cozy and the bedding is very comfortable. There’s a coffee machine with hot water at the lobby for all guests, not in the room. The breakfast place is intimate but they offer a wide choice of food and drinks

Very clean and well designed room for a couple or solo travel for price under 100 Euro..location was cery quiet street but just 5 min walk to main station entrance..many street food avaialble in adjacent streets.

Stayed for a night, was convenient close to the rail road station on the way to Austria. You can help yourself to drinks and snacks as long as you write in down for payment the next morning

Overall ok if you want something close to the center but might not be good if you want comfy beds

It’s only 5 minutes to the Kunstareal (where the excellent Munich museums are) and you also have plenty of food options around (even on Christian holidays! So viva immigration!)

Appreciated the early check-in! We stumbled on this place when almost all hotels in Munich were booked. in fact, it's an easy walk to the center (15 minutes or so) with even easier access to Gartnerplatz

I was on a business trip to Munich, and it just so happened that the Photon Quantum Automation Conference was being held at the same time. Since I couldn't find a hotel within my budget, I chose this one

The location is really great; it's convenient to the subway, city center, attractions, and the convention center. There's a chain supermarket less than 200 meters away

The hotel's buffet breakfast is particularly good; it's open to the public, and even locals pay to eat there. The hotel rooms vary in size, but all are the same price (that's how it was when we went)

For our group of five, some rooms were over 70 square meters, some over 50 square meters, and some were only 20 square meters (see the pictures; rooms 11 and 10 on the second floor and above are the larger rooms)

You only get a key to the room. There's no elevator, so carrying luggage on the third or fourth floor would be tiring. The hotel is a guesthouse, managed by a very kind elderly lady who is probably the owner

This hotel has a great interior and a convenient location! The staff is friendly. There's complimentary fruit and water on the first floor (E). The only drawback is that the rooms are chilly in January

Hotel is within walking distance to Munich Central Station which is very convenient. The room for 3 Adults (sofa converted to bed), however, was a little cramp

The front desk staff were very friendly, and the hotel's proximity to the train station made getting around incredibly convenient. The interior of the hotel was also very clean and spacious.

Service can be a bit and miss (asked for an iron but it never came, storing luggage is DIY) but has everything you could need for a comfortably stay in Munich, including Rituals toiletries

There was no kettle or tissue paper provided but filtered drinking water is complimentary (self service) from the bar. Overall, the stay is still considered value for money

Tbh everything’s perfect just the water from the shower leaks from the toilet to the room. But they managed to make things settled for us faster than we expected. Love it

Location is good. Close to central Train station , tram, subway.  We didn’t try breakfast as there are many good breakfast restaurants in Munich. We didn’t have the room cleaning and we got a $10 coupon for drink.

The hotel is just 5 mins away from the central station, very convenient but only there were some gangs that need to be careful of

Staff is super nice, especially the night-shift receptionist who offered us some tips for sightseeing! Haven't got the chance to enjoy the breakfast but they provided complimentary coffee and tea, which were far enough to begin the day

The amenity says considerably good, but sometimes the toilet flushing is not so strong. If you do not need a cleaning service, you can get 10-euro and exchange it for the drinks or the snacks at the mini bar

A bit disappointed by this hotel. The room was ok and we had a nice balcony. But the light on the balcony was broken. The shower drain didn’t work well, so each time we took a shower, the entire bathroom flooded

The staff was rather unfriendly. A simple good morning was too much to ask. Not much of a choice and the coffee machine was dripping on the floor

On Sunday (marathon day) they didn’t serve early breakfast for the runners. Instead the served breakfast even 1 hour later then usual

I happened to be there for a conference in Munich these days, so hotel prices were on the high side. Overall, it was pretty good, but the price of a small 4-star hotel was higher than that of a 5-star hotel in China

Ultra helpful team, great location near the U-bahn (underground) and bus 58. Short journey to Munich centre and also main station. Superb Italian restaurant- open to non-residents - on site

The room was very clean, and the surrounding transportation was convenient; there was a supermarket an eight-minute walk away.

We stayed in a four-person room with two bedrooms. The two children slept on a sofa bed in the foyer. It had air conditioning (very important), a refrigerator, and an induction cooker, and it also had two bathrooms

Had a great stay at Hotel Marc early December for a Christmas Markets holiday. Excellent location - 3 minutes walk from the Central Train Station that offers great connectivity

I do understand some of the other comments about street noise. but if you sleep with your windows open it shouldn't be an issue

My room was facing the street on yh front side of the hotel and now and then it did get a bit noisy (nothing the hotel is responsible for). I Loved the breakfast and that it starts early

Contrary to what you read with one star. The elevator wasn’t working when I got there but aside of that the hotel is good enough to stay a couple of nights. The place is not new but the location is ideal

the couple working there are pretty kind and servicial. This is one of the place that the good travelers need to take care of. so is on service for other people in the future

Hotel is located very central, close to the main train station and the metro is straight outside. Reception were very helpful and the bed was comfy, Good value, enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

Tiny room, central location, and a bizarre decor. It has everything basic and not one centimeter more. The bed was good, shower as well and the value for money is excellent

We spoke to two different hotel staff, and both were very helpful. Entry to the hotel is by card. There's a coffee maker in your room. The air conditioning works perfectly

Quite close the central train station, which is important to me as I use trains as exclusively as I can while traveling in the EU. Grocery shopping in the area is easy, and a self-service laundromat is very close

Retail shopping is further away in the old city, but it is walkable to that area. My room was very nice and well appointed, quiet too

The property is actually a 1950 office building with two floors converted to rooms. One floor has a drug and alcohol rehab, a spanish school and Uzbek Airways. Rooms are secure and provide a place to bed and bathe

Parking seems like it would be impossible but plenty of rental bikes and scooters at the ubahn. The staff we met were pleasant and helpful but they are obviously only there to reset rooms and clean the halls

We walked everywhere and this property is right in between the Thereiweisen and Rathaus with a short 15 min walk to the Hauptbahnhof (though the Ubahn is right across the street we chose the walk)

Hotel Du Train was an awesome home base for my time in Munich. The location couldn’t be better — just a short, easy walk to Marienplatz, which made exploring the city center a breeze

Super nice clean room with amenities and bottled drinking water. Short easy walk to Sendlinger Tor station. The common lounge on the ground floor was tastefully decorated for Christmas and looked charming and welcoming.

It's very close to the train station and the old town. The location is a great advantage. You can walk to the train station and go to attractions. The only problem is that there is no air conditioning

Booked a connecting rooms for a family of 4. Clean and the service was good. Tram station is just outside the hotel and only a few stations to Old Town and walking will takes about 20mins

We stayed here for one night recently and had a mostly good experience. The hotel is centrally located in Munich, just a few minutes walking distance from the Hauptbahnhof (Central Station)

The rooms and interior are a bit old-fashioned but perfectly serviceable. It was quite warm though and the shower could have better water pressure. Two free water bottles were provided

At the check-in, they took a while to find my reservation but the price was really fair for Munich standards (about 100€) and the staff is friendly

Good location, but unfortunately, a tram passes by a few times per hour, and you feel it as the tracks are right next to the hotel (on the street)
