We came to Frankfurt for two days to attend the Creativeworld fair. After two sleepless days and an intense schedule, we arrived at the hotel at 8:00 PM, only to find that there was no staff at the reception.

After a long wait, we were informed that there was no room available for us, and that they would redirect us to another hotel for the night, with the possibility of returning to this hotel the next day.

I explained that this was unacceptable under the circumstances. As a result, I made a separate two-night reservation at another hotel. However, we were also told that they would not cover these costs.

Given the situation, this level of service is highly disappointing and far from acceptable, especially after a confirmed reservation and such a demanding travel schedule.

Bad experience, No one on the counter and when you find someone always on the phone with minimum attention. Somebody trying to open my room in the middle of the night 3 times even when I screamed the room was occupied. This is terribl, a terrorizing experience.

I booked the room with breakfast and it was not provided, no refund nor compensation. Old towels no fan or air conditioner in a hot summer.

Very bad service for a not so cheap hotel room.

I booked a room in this place two months in advance from booking dot com and the facility manager confirmed it and they also received the price for it. They cancelled my reservation in last day because of overbooking ( exactly 4:45 pm the day before my check-in ). It caused a lot of trouble for me. After I went to Frankfurt I find out a business event happening in the city and it increased hotel prices for few days. So probably the hotel received an offer with higher price and they cancelled my reservation. If it was an honest mistake they would have informed much earlier.

I think they are greedy and irresponsible.

I spent one night there during my visit to Frankfurt. It is outside the city but you can reach there within 30-40 minutes by public transport. Surrounding doesn’t look appealing but the room was very nice. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. I had some problem with communication in English at the reception desk but we managed somehow 😊 The Price was attractive so I was happy

I can't tell you much about this hotel. before booking here..I went to another hotel a hotel mess. good.. I made a reservation online (booking), all normal at a reasonable price. that after we got to the hotel, the reception called his boss. What is he doing with us? that I booked the room online, so all in all, (the owner) wanted cash because it was more than the price on the booking..so..I waited 2 hours to find another hotel .I don't recommend the hotel isabella to anyone..gig a word

I never gave 5 start to a hotel stay. But this is one gem of our stay. We just booked on the way to our home.

Amazing location, so quite, really friendly staffs, so clean last but last the bed was so comfortable. There is a kids play area as well.

Nice breakfast

Will be staying only here when we are traveling to Frankfurt.

At our arrival there was nobody there when we wanted to check in. We had to wait for several minutes until somebody came. Be aware: we also had to pay €2 extra p.p. and an additional 10 euro's if we wanted to park in front of the hotel. Breakfast is from 07:00AM - 10:00AM (They didn't give us this information).
The room was spacious, clean and silent. Restaurants are at a 5+ min walk.
