LIV'in Hotel & Residence Bleichstrasse in Frankfurt am Main

Hotel wasn't clean. We have apartman and if you want use kitchen you need pay 85 euro more. Breakfast nothing extra, parking for 19 euro per day. On other side is near to center of Frankfurt

I did a no refund reservation. But 28 days before I had to cancel and the reason was: I have done the reservation for my sister that was under cancer treatment in Germany, and her insurance didn´t pay a euro. Unfortunatly, this situation made us completly broken, with a huge debt. When the reservation was done, her treatment was already schedule , but this completly unexpected news made us to change the plans. I contacted the hotel, explained this issue, sent the documentation that could prove what happend and the hotel just said: I can´t cancel without tax and I can´t charge you less. I tried to negotiate again, but they where completly inlfexible. I don´t indicate this hotel for anyone. They could understand and help a customer with this problem. Of course they will receive twice for the room, I told them the problem with enough time to put someone there. The exception they did was: Put a friend of yours in our hotel. COME ON! I was very transparent about what was the reason I was asking to cancel without tax, and they asked me to pay and put another person there. Congratuations, you lost a customer . I never go there, if they "care so much" about the customer, I can imagine how bad is the treatment in that awful hotel.

The guy at reception hardly spoke German or English, he had no clue about breakfast times or if they even had breakfast, he also had no clue where the keys for my room were. I also sent them an e-mail to change the address of my invoice and he said I had to chase his colleague as he has no access to the e-mails.....Never seen such a badly attended hotel, ridiculous.

Not professional. Large room. Use of kitchen is not free. Expensive for the level of service. Wi-Fi with no security and unstable. I do not recommend.
