Good location ,Good Room , But there is a loud noise at night. Because the walls of the room are not soundproof, it can be heard from the next room.

Before checking out, I stopped by the bar and received exceptional service from Alvselino the bartender. His positive attitude and attention to detail made my morning feel relaxed and appreciated

The breakfast at the hotel was very good, with a nice variety of tasty options. The staff were excellent — especially the very friendly man named Anselmo, who made us feel truly welcome

There is a kettle in your room which I didn't realise would be such a luxury before visiting other hotels that didn't provide it. The bar area looked like a good place to socialise if you like that kind of thing

There's a connected passage to the airport and train station, so you don't have to go outside. It's really convenient.

A couple of small things could make the stay even better: my Wi-Fi connection didn’t reach the lobby, restaurant, or gym; the treadmill software and virtual programs are from 2013 and could use an update; and I got euros from an ATM, which is not nearby, but the property couldn’t break the larger bills, which made tipping difficult

I stayed at the Delta Marriott for a full week, and as a full-time international traveler, I found a lot to appreciate. The front desk team—Christopher, Mazin, Nadia, and Katarina—were outstanding

River-facing rooms offer fantastic views, and the property itself is very quiet. The soundproofing in the rooms is phenomenal—great for sleep. Water pressure in the shower is terrific as well

Close to many places to eat, shopping street 2 minutes walk, old town center 5-7 minutes walk, river 10-12 minutes walk. I can recommend this place as good for a reasonable price

location is directly opposite Skyline Plaza so was very convenient. Festhalle/messe hbf was just a short 3-4mins walk away. Area around the hotel is safe, bed was also comfortable.

The less good: the shower head was corroded, there was no shower gel in the container and the towels are just cheap and thin

Overall, a good stay, but the cleanliness of the toilet could have been much better and was below acceptable standards

Rooms only offered on top floor a Japanese bedding, which is not for everyone! Breakfast was good but 24 Euro as a in House guest a little to pricey and not upon the best deal for clients as it regularly maintains 22 Euro for in house guests! Space to improve on the Monopol position on the most affluent street in Frankfurt ! Thank you for the pleasant stay!

Never saw a Tiramisu cocktail before and it was so good! The service is very friendly and quick, you can also have a moment in the outside terrace with beautiful views of the Frankfurt skyline

We ordered amazing drinks served by Leon through out our stay!! Carlos made the best old fashion!! Highly recommend!! Sina and Sami were truly amazing too!

It was the perfect hotel for the first night of arrival. While you are still jet-lagging, the safe environment put you at ease instantly. I’m glad I didn’t pick a hotel near the main Frankfurt station

Very nice hotel, we requested and got a room with a view of the river and the tower. I am sure it is one of the hotels with the best view in Frankfurt (for rooms with a view of the river)

The staff were friendly and polite. It's about a 10-minute walk from the train station, which is fairly convenient. There's a supermarket nearby for daily necessities, but not many restaurants are nearby

The hotel room and toilet were small, and the room became even smaller after unpacking. The lighting was dim, but the price was reasonable, so overall I was satisfied

It's quite close to the station, just a few minutes' walk. In the mornings, there are usually plenty of taxis waiting outside, so it's easy to just grab one straight to the airport

They weren’t overly formal, but they answered questions clearly and gave good recommendations for nearby food spots and train connections. The room itself was small but organized efficiently

The first stay was a good experience, so I decided to stay here the second time I came to Frankfurt. This time the room was more spacious than the last time. The hotel is next to the Main River

It was a very good stay, but the breakfast was not very varied and the choices were few. There were kettles, hair dryers and other equipment, but toiletries and slippers needed to be prepared by yourself

UPGRADED TO DELUX DOUBLE, which had fridge , bath and was much larger. it was a lovely room and beds very comfortable superb very nice staff and good bar service

A four-star hotel with no slippers, toothbrush, etc.... The room is too small, and the shower is rather 'primitive'. The breakfast isn't anything special.... It's a shame, Best Western Hotels used to be better...

Excellent location for Frankfurt city center and exhibition center (Messe). 17 only 150 meters away with connection to Messe and main station every 10 minutes. Change tram at either location for city center

Still feel good, choose it for the second time. But there is no kettle in the room, every time you want hot water, you have to go to the restaurant on the first floor, which is a bit uncomfortable

Also want to mention the convenient location as it's very close to Ostbanhof (less than 20 minutes by train to the airport), the U-Bahn (less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel), and the S-Bahn (less than 10 minutes walk to Ostendstrasse)

I have nothing except positive notes! From the front desk staff such as Benji, Laura, Dennis and Nikoletta and to the breakfast team comprising of Paramjit, Samira and Elizabeta who literally go above and beyond to ensure you’re well taken care of! The location is marvelous

The hotel is in a good location, just a two or three minute walk from the subway. The breakfast is Western style, but the style is quite rich and basically meets the needs

Everything was good as always. Location is perfect for the messe. Receptionists were so helpful and kind. One them from Peru and other one is from Grace just I couldn’t remember theirs name.

They have free refill water bottle station on everything floor so it was nice. Longer walk to the train station than I thought so keep that in mind and the street isn’t busy and next to a construction

There are many homeless people in this neighborhood. Most of the time, they won't bother you, but if you travel late at night, it's best to be cautious. Overall, it was a good experience for me
