I often travel to Frankfurt for work, and staying at the Innside Frankfurt is always a pleasure. The hotel consistently delivers excellent service and provides the perfect environment for rest

The rooms are comfortable, spotless, and well designed, making every stay relaxing. The staff are genuinely kind and attentive, which creates a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive

I always stay at this hotel when visiting Frankfurt, and have done so since 2021. They offer rooms that are well organized, have plenty of space, and are very quiet if facing the courtyard

This is a hotel I always look forward to returning to, because I know I will enjoy both outstanding service and genuine hospitality

On the occasions when I have dined at the hotel, the food has been truly delicious and of high quality

However, clean and the bed was comfortable. I will choose another hotel the next time!

I’ve had a Fantastic stay yet again. I had been away from the hotel for some time. Breakfast was delicious as always. Had dinner in the restaurant service was outstanding. The menu has definitely been upgraded

I like this hotel, food & the location. Good breakfast & the dinner was fine as well. Location is very convenient, very close to the Markplatz railway station. Some shops are open until midnight in this area

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights before embarking on a tour of Germany. I liked the location and it was easy to catch public transportation to downtown. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area

The hotel is located, about 15 minutes from Frankfurt Hbf, with a metro station very close by, and approximately 35 minutes from the airport, although I didn’t like the area (Marketplatz)

Location very convenient, substation right next to hotel (20 min and you are in the city center), street with shops, salon etc. I felt comfortable and recommend this hotel

Tarik was amazing at his job and made us feel taken care of and welcomed! We would come back anytime! The hotel is clean and comfortable. I don't recommend the Lufthansa buffet but other then that ❤️

The hotel is in a great location, right next to the Gare de l'Est train and metro station, and just 2-3 stops from the center of Paris, which is incredibly convenient

The front desk staffs, the male staffs are very professional and helpful, but the female staffs are not helpful. I asked for directions and the female staff can reply as 'ask the male staff'

This hotel in East Frankfurt is a quiet oasis amidst the city buzz. The U6 subway station is right outside, making it incredibly convenient to get to the city center, which takes about 14 minutes

Excellent value for money.The lift to the s-bahn platform is right next to the hotel. Supermarket and DM pharmacy just round the corner.

Hotel is clean and has a safe and kettle but no fridge. Design of the bathroom causes water to splash out easily. Breakfast is good. It is next to a U-Bahn station and there is a supermarket nearby. Nice neighbourhood.

Next to the hotel is a club, so it could be quite noisy at night. The location is convenient and quite central. If you are a female solo traveller, please note that around Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, it's not a pleasant area

The Bar Shuka has a cool vibe. The staff are super helpful and lovely. There is a sauna in the rooftop that is free for hotel guests. However, if you are looking for practical comfort, this might not be an ideal place

There are many homeless people in this neighborhood. Most of the time, they won't bother you, but if you travel late at night, it's best to be cautious. Overall, it was a good experience for me

During my previous stays the friendliness of their service had been a little underwhelming, but after giving my feedback to the GM I saw a remarkable improvement, which is truly admirable

The hotel itself is no issue but the location is! It’s right in the heart of the red light district and from the main train station, you walk through very sleazy streets to reach the hotel! I wished I read properly before booking! Nonetheless, the staff were great and the breakfast spread was good, minus the very rude plump male chef

The room was very cold despite the heating being on. The room lacked minimal hygiene products such as a toothbrush, cotton pads, and more. There is not even a single bottle of water

The hotel is superbly located — just a short walk from the main train station and very handy for the trade fair area. The rooms were clean, well maintained and offered good value

Very friendly I stayed for 6 nights. All single rooms were fully booked except for the first and last days, so I combined a 4-night twin room for the cheapest option

I intended to stay for consecutive nights but accidentally made two separate bookings. Fortunately, the staff handled the situation very professionally and allowed me to stay in the same room, which I greatly appreciated

Hotel staff is nice and helpful, assisted me on getting an airport transfer as well. A tip: choose a lower-floor room. This is my second stay here, and I noticed the internet signal is stronger on the lower floors

Only small little imperfection is the shower area design. The partition glass width can be a little longer to prevent water from spilling over to the main toilet area (the floor mat i always soak after a shower lol)

The hotel is next to a supermarket that opens until 12am daily, which is very convenient. There are also many varieties of cuisine nearby and just opposite the hotel

The room is a bit small but the location of the hotel is just a 2 mins walk to Frankfurt main station. Recommended for those people who has early train ride.

 Welcome drinks and light snacks were provided at the hotel lobby and items in the mini bar were free (2 bottles of sparkling water, 1 Pepsi and 1 beer)

Food is delicious and economical, toilet is free ,not every toilet is free in Germany, customer service is professional. I will come again!

The eggs (fried/scrambled/hard boiled were extremely cold as was the supposed to be hot meats ie. Taking into consideration a 48 hour incubation period that leaves approximately 9 days of just the worst

Here I am 11 days later and I am just now beginning to feel NORMAL after as many days with a severe case of stomach flu (Norovirus) which undoubtedly came from the breakfast the following morning

It's fair to say the area around the outside of the hotel is not exactly pleasant but it's a stone's throw from the main station and you don't have to walk long through the dodgy streets to get there

Location near the train station has its pros and cons (good for getting around and full of fast food places, but not the tidiest of areas). It's a good option for young people and solo travellers

This hotel has a great location in the city center. The room was very clean and with a very nice and modern design. The bed quality was high.

Only downside was the water from the shower drenching the floor and the showerhead needing a cleaning

But the area is well patrolled with police and lots of normal people walking around. Hardly any authentic German cuisine nearby. The room is small but the bed is comfortable and the space saving design is ingenious

The room was really affordable. (60€ per night with breakfast) I arrived late but called before so it was no problem. Room was good, bathroom was really great! Free parking spot - even for the whole day
