It is quite close to the train station, and the road where the hotel is situated is surrounded with various restaurants so the overall atmosphere was more safe and secure than the rest of the road

Ok, it is a small hotel near the central train station of Frankfurt. The sector is safe even in the nights as there are several business "escorts" near the hotel

Breakfast included (very basic) Internet connection a little slow but it works. I would not recommend it but I do not say that it is bad now for that rate you can get something much better

The rooms are very normal although the beds are very old and it seems that it would fall down at any moment, and the bathrooms seem to be an old hospital

Hotel is good but out side all roads are very smell dirty to many persons are sitting road and drugs drink to much urine smell hotel is good

Hair dryer is a little bit old. They offer guests a free drink per person at the check-in day. Location: 300m away from the central train station and far away from the "Rotlicht" zone

Don’t take the hbf main center exit, will take you a big round of walking and you will pass through some shady area which personally I don’t feel safe

Hotel Mondial Comfort is in a great location. Although it’s not in the train station area, it’s only a 2-minute walk to the subway station that takes you to the city center

This is an old school hotel in the heart of south Frankfurt. It’s definitely quirky with original furniture from decades ago. The room was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay

It is a completely staff less hotel, at least the frontend staff. Right from opening the main hotel entrance door to your room door everything can be operated from your mobile phone. Really great experience.

No radiator! No radiator! No radiator! What I'm most dissatisfied with is that they didn't let me check in until after 15:00. I arrived at 13:30, and they asked me to wait 1. Let me give you a heads up here

The only problem i have was there only a small glass that separate the shower so that water wont fly out on the floor but it was too small that every i shower there water on the floor so i have to clean

This is a perfect boutique hotel. Relatively small and intimate, everything has been well thought out for the traveler’s comfort. Other purveyors of lodging should come here and spend the night to see how it’s done.

Came here more covid when it was under a dif name for few nights when I missed my flight to Us and it helped me get situated and catch up on sleep. It’s under a new name (name outside on building still hasn’t changed ps)

Good bed and linens. Showers ok in most rooms. Rooms facing the side street are crazy loud, can’t recommend those.

I could not find any problem which some other commenters complained about. Performance price ratio is quite high. Location is great, room was clean. The only issue might be the noise coming from the next door

Hot water works very quickly. Good breakfast with salmon & you can make your own boiled eggs.

Receptionist on check in wasn’t particularly friendly but a different employee on check out was. Rooms are spacious, bed linen really clean. A bit of street noise but it calms down after midnight

Excellent hotel! The Bathroom was excellent and the room was pretty decent. However, I wished they had an AC and not just a fan; this is the one slight letdown

To critise, rooms are small, heating fine, no AC for cooling, window is enough for breathing, location is perfect, staff extremely kind and helpful, cleaning can be a bit better, security weak, price/performance

The hotel was very nice and clean and affordable. The rooms were comfortable and simply equipped and the location was easily accessible by both s-bahn and u-bahn. It was a pleasant experinece.

The sbahn station is less than 10 minutes walk away and the ubahn is 1 minute toward the zoo. The zoo is a great attraction close by as well as restaurants/cafés, various shops and Bergerstraße

The room was simple, clean and well maintained, (nothing was broken). Each bed had its own power socket. The room had a mini bar fridge, a fan and a TV with good channels

I enjoyed staying at this accommodation. It was reasonably priced and I'd consider booking here again. This accommodation was easy to reach via sbahn or ubahn

Staff at reception very friendly and nice. The breakfast was also very good. Very close to the train station. The tram is right outside the door, not too far from the city. I'll definitely stay there again

i like this place because they allow me check inn very early i came 7ocock but check time is 11oclock and good people breakfast also good .over all nice place easily available everything around.will come next time also

Stayed at Memphis Hotel for a night. The room was clean and comfortable. The lights were not working but was not a major inconvenience. The reception desk incharge was polite and helpful

I arrived earlier than the check-in time and they let me enter the room earlier than the check-in time, and the next day I asked to stay in the room later if possible and after checking that there was no one who needed to enter my room after me, they let me do a late check-out without any request

Offenbach is a great town, the hotel's location cannot get any better. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for any travelers going to Frankfurt.

A Home away from Home-very near to the Train Station- In a Five Star Hotel lots of walking after a tired day will be an issue. But this place is a very cosy place .

Location is perfect with only 1 minute walk from the Marktplatz S-Bahn station. There is Rewe supermarket which is normally open until 11:30PM. The staff is super nice and friendly. Breakfast was really tasty and good
