A couple of small things could make the stay even better: my Wi-Fi connection didn’t reach the lobby, restaurant, or gym; the treadmill software and virtual programs are from 2013 and could use an update; and I got euros from an ATM, which is not nearby, but the property couldn’t break the larger bills, which made tipping difficult

We had a lovely, spacious room. The view was great! The cleaning staff did a great job keeping the room clean. You can’t hear any noise from the hallways and different floors. The train station is a ten minute walk

We recently stayed here for a week and enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff is helpful, kind, and professional. We arrived at the hotel at 11am and they immediately accommodated us for an early check-in

Despite these minor issues, I would not hesitate to stay here again, and I highly recommend the property. The staff, the location, the quiet rooms, and the overall experience made it an excellent choice

I would like to share the toilet paper and Kleenex is quite rough and hard. It has no softness to them, which was somewhat uncomfortable to use. It was disappointing to see a nice hotel, using a poorer quality product

Amazing customer service from Nadia who assisted my friend and I. Having traveled over 18 hours, we were exhausted and were hoping for an early check in. She was able to get us a room 5 hours before check in time

However, much appreciated to the room attendant who did an outstanding job! The room was cleaned daily, and he was always attentive to our needs. His hard work truly made a positive difference in our experience

It was the perfect hotel for the first night of arrival. While you are still jet-lagging, the safe environment put you at ease instantly. I’m glad I didn’t pick a hotel near the main Frankfurt station

Last week, we stayed on the 3rd floor for over a week and unfortunately had to change rooms due to AC issues. The rooms were quite dark even with all the lights on

Very friendly and easy to communicate. Good location near Hbf and easy to find. The most important is that the breakfast buffet is really worth it! Various fruits and bacons.

However, the only downside is the proximity to the train station, which can be crowded and unpleasant, especially during the night when homeless and drunk peoples are all around

This hotel is REALLY well located for congresses held at MESSE. The hotel is TRULY welcoming, clean, breakfast just amazing and the staff very knowledgeable and responsive to all clients needs at anytime

If you're lucky, complimentary gummy-bears will be 'in stock' at the front desk (they are delicious). There's a market close by also. The rooms are well designed and comfortable

Excellent location for Frankfurt city center and exhibition center (Messe). 17 only 150 meters away with connection to Messe and main station every 10 minutes. Change tram at either location for city center

Pros: *Room and bathroom were clean. *Location: It's about a 10-15 minute drive from the airport. *The atmosphere around the hotel is quiet. *Breakfast buffet food was decent

Well located near the trade fair grounds, unfortunately the sauna was out of order

This is a general problem and an imposition in all hotels with the bread rolls they offer. Some are still cold from being frozen and hard as if they had been lying around for months

Also want to mention the convenient location as it's very close to Ostbanhof (less than 20 minutes by train to the airport), the U-Bahn (less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel), and the S-Bahn (less than 10 minutes walk to Ostendstrasse)

There is also a variety of restaurants and coffee/food vendors nearby. The room was small (didn't bother me for one night), clean, and actually had a very nice view onto a forest. I was impressed with the bathroom

Skip and a hop you’re at the terminal. The fitness center shared by both Hiltons is a one stop shop to get your workout done! Finally, the room is clean and crisp

The shower curtain could be improved, as water splashes outside easily. The reception felt a bit cold at check-in, as the staff were chatting among themselves before processing my check-in

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights during my trip to Germany. It’s located within walking distance to the S-Bahn which will take you to Frankfurt in 5 minutes. There are many shops and restaurants close-by as well

However, the room was not cleaned at all between the two stays. There were no fresh towels, the glasses and trash remained untouched, and only the bed had been made

This is the hotel where I've stayed the longest in Frankfurt. There's also a Chinese restaurant about a kilometer away with a great atmosphere. Right across the street is a forest park, perfect for a morning run.

The room is very clean and pretty large. The staff is nice and speaks English very well. We were travelling with a baby and they provided a baby crib that was already there when we entered the room

The room is large for me, the service is ok, but the coffee machine in my room needs to be cleaned inside.

Stayed here when a flight was cancelled. Hotel staff excellent! Hotel clean. Bar with restaurant was good along with breakfast. Shuttle to and from airport. Id stay here again.

Only downside is is there’s no combin promotion with kids stay for free at breakfast time which means will reduce amount of of families visiting

The hotel is located, about 15 minutes from Frankfurt Hbf, with a metro station very close by, and approximately 35 minutes from the airport, although I didn’t like the area (Marketplatz)

Great location and haribo sleeping gummy bears on the pillow. Rooms were adequate, however pillows were not. 3.8/5
