2 min walk to the entrance next to platform 1. 4-5 mins to a laundry shop, which even opens on Sunday. The staff is very kind and helpful. The fried rice during breakfast is very tasty (a bit spicy)!
The second room was better but still not thoroughly cleaned; I found a stained towel and some trash under the bed. The sauna was not ready at the requested time, and breakfast was average
The bread for breakfast was nicely toasted, and the boiled eggs were excellent. The ham, fruit, and juice were all good. It's located right behind the main train station, a great location
The check-in experience was terrible. I spent 50 minutes at the front desk because my key card was broken, and I couldn't get into my room. There was too much paperwork, which was a huge waste of time
Despite the front desk staff's efforts, it still took far too long!

The breakfast was delicious! The hotel was very convenient and comfortable; I loved it! It's the hotel I stay at every time I travel in Europe. It's always clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff are very friendly.
My son and I had a wonderful stay. Extremely convenient if you want to go to the stadium. The hotel was clean, the rooms were clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We'd gladly stay again!
A very convenient transit hotel. My colleague said that the environment around Frankfurt Central Station is very poor, so we chose this hotel. It is two subway stops to the airport and ten minutes walk to the station
Such an amazing experience! Very good and friendly hospitality. Michelle was so helpful and patient with us, she made our stay here most welcoming. Thank you
The rooms are big enough, the room light, the dining area is large and bright; what I don't like is that there are at Breakfast and the salad is always just the Same - I'm about 20 x in the year there, this is annoying
Although there are planes flying by, you can hardly hear them with the windows closed. The hotel has a large space, large rooms, rich breakfast, very clean, and friendly waiters. You can rest assured to stay here
Frankfurt am Main, Lissabonner Strasse, 2 (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Good value, reasonably priced hotel in a good location for Messe Frankfurt. Room was clean with a comfy bed and a good shower. The only downside is they don't serve evening meals, but there are a few restaurants close by
Location is perfect for visiting Messe. It would be great if the facilities are upgraded with a bit of sound insulation as it's quite close to the railway. Other than that, everything is meeting up with standards.
The hotel staff is very friendly, howecer the location is quite far from the city center, but its next to the metro so its still perfect!
Very comfy and clean hotel.
Perfect location du visit the Frankfurt Fair.
com as it is simply useless to use the chat with hotel function to clarify this matter. Let this feedback be the trigger
Very unpleasent journey because of the housekeeping person just throw our stuff into one bag and our luggages to the reception, even we told the staff twice that we want to extend our stay for one more night and want to keep our stuff in the room
Frankfurt am Main, Eschborner Landstraße 146 (6 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Breakfast is very good, and dinners are a bit expensive but very tasty. 15 minutes walking away from the station that takes you to Frankfurt main station in a very quiet neighbourhood
I stayed here for a week in October while the city was packed with a major convention, and I’m so glad I found this lovely small family-run hotel
Everything was very pleasant for a business trip. The staff is great. The service is professional. I recommend this hotel if you need to work in the area.
The charm of an independent operation, not a cookie cutter chain. I stayed three weeks, until I could move into my new apartment. Recommend if you need a place in Rodelheim
Very nice modern Hotel, the fitness room is really skinny with 2 Steppers, there is a free Sauna and super Internet! I would love to come again.TOP 5 star...
The staff were friendly throughout my stay, and both the bar and breakfast teams were welcoming and professional. The hotel’s chef is excellent, and the schnitzel on the menu was honestly the best I had in Frankfurt
Offenbach, Ernst-Griesheimer-Platz 7 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
There's a Rewe nearby, which is very convenient. The breakfast is decent, nothing special. The staff are friendly and professional. The room is quite spacious and has a safe, iron, and hairdryer
A very pleasant atmosphere. The hotel was built in a former slaughterhouse and has a wonderful charm. The reception staff were very friendly and polite. The room was very clean and well-equipped.
We had a wonderful stay. The hotel has a great location, the reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was very tasty 😋. Everything was perfect!
Newest Sheraton in Germany currently in transition and would book again!
Furthermore, there's a large supermarket right next to the hotel, making it easy to buy whatever I need. Highly recommended; a hotel with a rich historical atmosphere
Since my business trip was to Offenbach, and it was conveniently located near my company, I chose this hotel for easy access to transportation with colleagues
Frankfurt am Main, Poststr. 6 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Location is right beside the central train station, which is what I wanted. Surrounding area leaves a little to be desired because of the number of homeless people. Was happy with my one night stay
Well-located hotel near the train station
Hotel very Close to railway station. Nice hotel very clean and staffs are great and helpful .
The stay was great, the receptionist lady was very nice, the check in was fast prepared and she also provided some lunch suggestions, the room was good, the bed and pillows great and clean
Pefect business hotel. Nice Service, amazing price for high standard
Good location and nice room and service . Will visit again soon
Frankfurt am Main, Mainberg 3-11 (9 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Perfectly fine for 1 night. Close to the local main street and to the S-Bahn. The room is basic but clean, the breakfast surprisingly good. Unfortunately no fridge. Also don't believe Google, it has no sauna/spa.
Good hotel location is good breakfast is good nearby the train station
Beautiful view in my room, very comfortable and very clean, will be introduced my friends living this hotel,Thanks
My room was very clean and comfortable with a view of the Main River as promised. Very quiet hotel with easy access to transportation. (Bus across the street and trains about a ten minute walk)
the check in was quick and the staff friendly. safe bike storage. good breakfast
the hotel is a little old, but good value. there's a pedestrian street nearby, shopping and restaurants.
My room was facing the nice view of the river and the heating was great, only one day there was a problem but fixed quickly. the team were very friendly and helpful
Frankfurt am Main, Lurgiallee 2 (7 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Stayed there for one night. I was hopping I could use the sauna and steam room but they are only open from 4 to 10 pm 🙁
The service is quite good. Rooms are just OK.
I have never heard about relaxa hotel before but given the high rating on booking I decided to give it a try. The rate in booking was lower than the one I was told on the phone when I called the hotel
The room was spacious and very clean. The bed mattress hard as I like and very comfortable duvet. Bathroom was clean and functional. Safe and refrigerator was also in the room as well as a hair dryer
The breakfast was the most amazing part. It had a lot of variety and the atmosphere of the dining room was gorgeous. All in all a very good choice. The parking is not free and costs 16 eur per day
Even though it was far from 4* I enjoyed the short stay and had a good sleep. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was a real highlight. Only downfall was the bar closing too soon to my liking
Google said it should be a 30 min ride with U2 but I couldn’t verify this. All in all a very good experience for someone who doesn’t want to stay in very center of the city
Frankfurt am Main, Lange Strasse 5-9 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
upon checking in on hotel, self check in only 2 twin beds reserved to their system, after verification from front desk assistant, I was transferred to bigger bed, not sure if really king size but atleast a double bed
It felt modern and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. The added perks like access to the gym and sauna are a nice bonus, especially for a centrally located hotel
I find the shower room weird being in the middle room, it’s first time to have, I think it’s romantic if couple traveler, then you can see your partner trough glass. The room is clean, toilet is decent
I booked online king plus, around 25 m square but I think it’s not real
Breakfast is good to have for 18€.
It was a quite comfortable stay
Good hotel, rooms are spacious, personal is nice and friendly. Food is very nice. Lack of amenities but great location. Considering price/quality highly recommended.
Frankfurt am Main, Mainzer Landstr. 87-89 (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
They would welcome you with fruit baskets and 2 water bottles. Comfy bed, no problem getting sleep. The buffet breakfast doesn't have a lot of options but it's alright. I got a great deal and enjoyed my stay here
4* hotel one block away from Central Station. Spacious rooms, friendly service. Breakfast is in the quite small restaurant on the ground floor, but it is quite good. Eggs of your choice cooked for you
The stay at this hotel was an excellent experience overall. The staff was friendly and courteous and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and of a high quality
The rooms were clean and modern and the bed comfortable. I will certainly return and would highly recommend it
Buffet with not a very wide selection, but products are good
Good location near to Messe Frankfurt and very close by the Central railway station. The the wifi, and the breakfast are OK.
Frankfurt am Main, Herriotstrasse 2 (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
There is no separate enclosed bathroom, the shower room is actually built in the middle of the room, next to the bed, with transparent Glasses. So the hotel staff who open the door see my body and showering
Location is not ideal for visiting the city (20-25 min to the city center with the local train), but the hotel itself is very elegant, both the lobby and rooms were spacious and "hip"/"schik"/cool
I went down to complain Millie why she promised to let me use until 1pm, still let another staff to open my room door before 1pm. The hotel management never took responsibility for her staff mistake
15pm, i went to the checkout counter to double confirm the late checkout offer again. However, on duty hotel manager (Millie) , she told me the late check out offer was not possible and need to pay
This is the first hotel I’ve stayed in, where I have to leave the room to get water, and yet despite waiting 3hrs I didn’t get promised water. Reception failed to answer calls even the next day
I understood , tried to cooperate with Millie and went to the room to pack luggage. 2) while i went back to pack luggage and took the shower at around 12

Superb
Our rooms were large, comfortable and extremely clean! Michael is the best! He was so friendly, kind and helpful. The breakfast is amazing and worth the fee! We couldn’t have been more pleased!
We stayed with our 2yo for just one night and it was a great experience. Staff was super friendly, the room spacious, clean and comfortable. The interior seems a little dated, but if anything, it adds to its charme
We stayed at a suite room with one couple and a friend. The couple used a separated bedroom with a full bathroom, and the other used a sofa bed and a half bath.
We were comfy and enjoyed the area.
Nice Location. Frankfurt Zoo is in walkable distance
) Good location, and good value for money
It's a convenient enough location, quiet and close to restaurants. The breakfast wasn't cheap but certainly worth it - exceeded my expectations
Frankfurt am Main, Moselstrasse 12 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
It is a great hostel between price and quality (very cheap for students), this well located you can reach all the places walking, close to the train station and where comes the bus from Airport frankfurt hahn, the Römerberg and Main Tower
Checked out the kitchen and it looked alright. In a really great location, just a short walk from the Hauptbahnhof. Price for a dorm bunk was reasonable
Used to be better, but still a great spot considering its location. Friendly competent staff. Pretty clean and decent facilities. 5 stars for the staff that make it a bit better than your average hostel
Only stayed for one night so didn't really utilize any of the services they might offer. On that note though they did allow me to check-in when I showed up. No waiting for a set check-in time
To the front there is a pastry shop to taste the typical sweet German and a street before her, the half-day is placed a fair where they sell the traditional sausages of German
Has its own bar visually attractive for the young audience, quite a few baths (such as schools) and one shared in the room
Frankfurt am Main, Sophienstrasse 40 (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
For the Internet you have to log in always simple, then there is the but also free! Small drawback: the heating, the Wallpaper was something
I got a big, very quiet and convenient room.
It was okay, I think the room was somewhat decent but it didn’t have the fridge.
The hotel name was different, so it was difficult to find. I wish they would change the hotel name when booking.
Other than that, I was satisfied. I had booked a single room, but I was given a spacious double room.
Place was nice for what you pay, some staff were rude but it may just be a bad system
The only negative point was the single bed for the third person, which was not in good condition and was not comfortable at all, tbh it was not a bed!
It would have been great if there was an electric kettle and a pair of slippers for the toilet in the room
Offenbach, Ludwigstraße 33-37 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Great hospitality! Extremly polite and ready to assist in difficult situations you can face while being abroad. Absolutely cost its money.
Very friendly stuff at reception desk, open till late; the room was spacious and bathroom renovated.
The area outside was quite loud at night (which is not the hotels fault).
The hotel is very cozy, the area around the hotel is very safe, the environment is very quiet, there are many supermarkets around, shopping is also convenient, and it is not far from the city center, only ten minutes by taxi
I didn't get any butter twice in the morning, which made the rolls taste less good. 4
I also had problems with the internet, because after an hour or so, the internet only worked at a limited rate
Had quite a nice and comfortable stay at the hotel. Price was reasonable even though booked at the last minute. Personnel were quite friendly and always at service
Everything else was very good: friendly service at breakfast, very helpful and friendly staff at the reception, and a clean, large room
Frankfurt am Main, Niddastrasse 86 (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Excellent service, all the staff are multilingual and super helpful. Happy to furnish me with additional amenities on request (kettle, iron & ironing board etc) Clean and tidy room. Excellent value for money.
The price for one room was maybe 312 Euro. And I got the discount as long stay promotion (breakfast included). 1) Reception : kind / good service
2) Room : clean and cozy / useful contents like slipper and gown
Great location and exceptional service! I’ve stayed here twice, and both experiences were excellent. After checking out from my most recent stay, I realized I left two valuable items in the room
The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure the items were safely returned to me. I can’t recommend The Pure - and their incredibly helpful staff - highly enough!
The design is actually really thoughtful, so in a very compact 1-person room you have all you need plus the feeling of being welcome: real clothes hangers that are not made theft-proof, a window into the bathroom for natural light, a bathroom fan that actually turns off when you flip the switch, a window that opens (!!!!! I almost fainted with delight), nice-smelling soap etc
Hair dryer is a little bit old. They offer guests a free drink per person at the check-in day. Location: 300m away from the central train station and far away from the "Rotlicht" zone
Frankfurt am Main, Heddernheimer Landstraße 82 60439 Frankfurt am Mai,Heddernheimer Landstraße (6 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Owners of the hotel are doing their best to make you feel like you're at home. And it was so hard for me to leave them. So if I have a chance I will definitely rent a room here one more time!
Really good value for your money. Nicely furnished with a style. Easily accessible with public transport or with a car. Nice and quite neighbours though number of restaurants to go to for dinner and lunch
A beautiful house, very clean with very nice rooms. The staff is attentive! Beautifully decorated inside and outside. Breakfast is ok, could use a little duckles bread. Price Performance ?
At any time!!!!
Conveniently located, yet quiet. Friendly family-run Hotel. Small and cosy room, very clean. Excellent Breakfast. In any case, recommended, we were already often there and will stay there again.
Great breakfast, just coffee could be a bit better -) but that is a subjective opinion
Stock (Einbrecher?!)
Positiv:
- Sauna im Untergeschoss inklusive
- Nett und sauber eingerichtet
- Freundliche Rezeption
Fazit: 3-Sterne-Hotel

I had a very pleasant stay at the Hotel Arena am Zoo. The location is ideal – right next to the zoo, with quick connections to the city center and a quiet setting. My room was clean, tidy, and comfortably furnished
This hotel is perfect place to stay if you’re planning on spending a lot of time in the hotel. No staff on site to help with check in. It is a self-service kiosk at the back of the building
There was a maintenance man around though who was really helpful in directing me to where I was staying. The room itself although small, was very clean
I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for short city breaks or visits to the zoo and the city center. I would gladly stay here again!
The room was clean and hygienic. Check-in was quick and easy; the check-in machine offered more language options, which would be ideal.
I especially appreciated how uncomplicated everything was: quick check-in, friendly staff, and good value for money

the room was small, but had a desk, chair and tv and lost of closet space. it is located right across from a coffee shop and a block away from bars and restaurants. it was perfect for our one-night stay in frankfurt
This place is perfect for a budget stay. The location is awesome with plenty of bars and restaurants close by plus the river and a short walk to the main square. Its safe and secure, clean and comfy
Perfect location within walking distance to all the sights. Warm welcome with friendly staff who kindly let us check in early. The room was basic but had everything we needed.
since we knew that we would arrive in frankfurt well before check-in time (1400), we asked if we could leave our bags with the receptionist. of course, the answer was yes
One observation that it was good to have a small refrigerator, everything else was ok, very central, and the service was very good.
If you are not fussy you will be happy staying here
Frankfurt am Main, Bleichstrasse 16 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The rooms are big and very comfortable. The hotel is well located, just 10 minutes by foot to the Zeil street.
Nice location very close to bars and pubs and plenty to so in the local area
Great location, wide beds with quality bedclothes, stable Wi-Fi and powerful shower was all we needed. Electric kettle would be nice to have though, to be able to start day with cup of tea. Other than this very satisfied
A decent hotel close to the shooping area of Frankfurt. Breakfast was good.
There is a kitchen in each room, but almost everything is locked. A person of just slightly big stature will have a hard time not breaking it to pieces just by turning around once inside of that tiny thing
I stayed on the 3rd floor, my room was bigger than my friends room at the 1st floor, but smaller than my friends on the 2nd floor. Lacks a good lobby with a sofa
