The service was excellent! The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. However, the hotel has a few major flaws: 1. The photos are misleading! The actual rooms are extremely small. A bed is almost completely full, and if both suitcases are open, there's barely any room to walk. 2. Don't use the hotel's toiletries; the quality is too poor. I suggest bringing your own.

Typical large hotel, everything is fine. It is a good location because the subway is right next door, but it is close to Omonia station, so if you take the wrong road, you can get into trouble. I got my wallet pick-pocketed while trying to transfer at Omonia station.

Perfectly decent hotel. Staff decent and food completely acceptable. The main thing to be aware of is the proximity of the National road, and the fact you have to cross Tia very busy road to get to the beach or the bus stop. A bridge would really make life safer! I, personally, wouldn’t stay in this village again because of the road.

What a quaint little gem! We stayed S/C for one week. The studio was immaculate, with everything you need to prepare and eat a meal. The balcony had an exceptional sea view and mountains. Beautiful location and ease of access. Unfortunately parking is hard if you organise a hire car. Amenities are beautiful and the welcome gifts and morning breakfast were great. Just off the main markets and plenty of fine dining options literally steps from the hotel.

Miscommunication about the parking was a bit of a problem but got sorted out eventually. The manager and staff’s hospitality made up for any inconvenience.

The showers were hot and plentiful. I could not fault it. We were there over Easter and the hotel explained the local customs and times and details of the parades and services. Everything was ok - clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, private swimming pool, delicious food in bar and beautiful and peacefull beach. Parking is avialable near to the hotel. We had very good time there. I think we will come there again.

Absolutely beautiful. We made this our last stop after a month in Europe, skipping between UK, Ireland and Spain. We deliberately asked our travel agent for somewhere blissful to chill/eat/cocktail/swim/repeat after a busy 4 weeks. This was perfect. The staff were warm and helpful. The Island Concept is one of the most beautiful boutique resorts I’ve ever visited. Luxury from start to finish. A late arrival and we were welcomed as long lost friends. Breakfast is a treat, a la carte with many inclusive choices. Nothing is too much trouble for the super staff. Absolutely amazing hotel and staff - very calm and quiet atmosphere and nothing was too much trouble for them. The only one tiny annoyance was there were often kids running around and jumping in the pool making noise etc. - we believe this used to be adults only as we’re sure it was when we booked? - it’s a shame as somewhere so small and with such aspirations of honeymoon destination really should...

Really nice apartments, went there with my partner for a week and loved it. It’s located 10 minutes from the beach. Owner is really nice and welcoming. If we go back to Crete, will book it again

Peaceful place, it belongs to lovely old couple who runs it. They don't speaking english, but there is wifi so it is possible to communicate with them throw google translator. They are very kind and feasting people. Pool are good and clean. Quiet place.

Stayed at these appartments a number of years ago with my wife. So relaxing at that point it was owned by an elderly couple who were so welcoming I have been to many places in Greece and although the accommodation was basic the atmosphere was so warm. Quiet location ideal for the village I loved the place

Nice place very kind hosts. Hosts seems strange at the beginning, but be sure they are really friendly and helpfull. They like children very much. Theirs english is not perfect but can be understood. Rooms have small kitchenette. We had room with one bedroom with double bed and two single beds. Has small balcony.
