Great hotel with its own parking. There is a swimming pool and a great view of the city and the sea. Awesome diverse breakfast buffet. There is a game room, that we use to play chess and a gym (we didn't use it). The hotel stands on a hill, so if you walk there will be some uphill walking. In warmer weather that could be difficult.

Highlights were the quality and taste of the food and the genuine friendliness of the staff. The staff really cares about the well-being of the guests. The hotel is 20 min. walk from the beach as well as old town. For the return trip we used a taxi for 6 Euro because it was 35-40 °C when we visited. Great Hotel with nice view on Rethymno/sea side. Has a fitness center for free and a free parking area. Everything was clean and the personnel was friendly. You can reach the city by foot through a special way next to the pool very fast.

It was a great experience to stay here, the hotel is located on a beautiful hill with a lovely view, surrounded by forest. Within 10 minutes you are downtown in Rethymnon. The rooms were always clean and the staff was really helpful during our stay. We would recommend this hotel for all couples.

Lovely hotel to stay at. I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and it is not so crowed like the those bigger resort/hotels. The staff were very friendly and the service was always done with a smile. It is located a street back from the beach which adds to the intimacy of the place. If you like the quiet and chill out feeling when on holidays, then this is a hotel to consider on the top of your list.

The room was well designed for a comfortable stay, modern design and comfortable bed. The bathroom needed a deep clean though. The breakfast was good cuantity but not of our taste: no fruits, no vegetables, no protein. It was however really nice to have breakfast at the rooftop terrace in the morning. If you are easily bothered by noise, be aware that the location is very close to the airport!

Quite an amazing place. I have never seen such level of modernity in the building and room set up, even though I travelled a lot in Asia which is typically quite advanced. Decent hotel, plus is service team and furnished rooms, downside very thin walls. Heard the doors slamming 5-6 times and thought it was our door! Also ramp to the garage is very tricky steep and dangerous. If somebody is not using this garage, you will need luck to find an open parking slot as the alleys are small and tight

This is very nice cozy hotel! We stayed with our 9 months old baby and they provided baby cot as we asked. However they went beyond and provided changing mat and baby spoon. Great hotel! We were a big family gang with 6 toddlers. The water park has slides for adults, slides for kids and baby area. The free cocktails' selection was nice. A very nice hotel situated overlooking the bay in agios Nikolaos. Rooms are light and airy with rooms cleaned on a daily basis with fresh towels. Our stay was fine, the food was great, the location of the hotel is huge, you can walk around a lot if you get bored of all the sand and sea, the tax hotel was very expensive 😬 ,most expensive I ever paid on a vacation, 10 € a day, if you wanted air conditioning that had a cost a day too 😬 ...the beach itself was unpleasant, full of rocks, so watch your feet, if you want to have fun there are lots...

All round good service but had problems with the A/C, bunk beds were slack and flimsy, food was a bit canteen ish and not a great choice, add more alcohol to the all inclusive list because what you have is not much and fix your slides because where they join together needs to be filled as there like a cheese grater when you go over them. Other than that good location lots to do and nowhere is 100%...

The room was practical, nothing fancy but absolutely fine to rest your head. The food was ok. The location was great. The staff in the onsite supermarket were lovely. The 2 Albanian gentleman working the pool bars were the rudest, most miserable people I met the whole holiday. Advice, get a job where do you don't deal with people. Although rooms are outdated, but staff it providing daily cleaning and towel change. Buffet is great , plenty of food with nice variety during lunch. Please with kinds and family is great. Everything for the family stay is here. Plenty of attraction, few pools and bars. Few accesses to the beach. Besides that location is great- everything nearby including clubs bars and restaurants.

Great location, chilled atmosphere as we visited in end of March early April)Easter holiday. So only half of the bars and facilities were open. This didn’t affect us too much. Large hotel, unfortunately I didn't get the room as advertised. It was more dated and in the middle of the hustle and bustle, even though I'd requested a quiet room. The air conditioning hadn't been cleaned in ages, was covered in dust, yellow with dirt, and very noisy. The bed was very comfortable. We are On our last day at this hotel. Last 13 days have been great. Rooms are excellent, and cleaned every day. Lots of choice of food and drink. Places to eat all over the complex. Pools are a little cold, but everyone loved the new water slides. The entertainment team Jayden etc are a great laugh well worth getting involved with some of the activities. Overall fantastic holiday.
