It wasn’t bad. Except that we were put in an area where family with kid who constantly crying. They should be group family with kids together so others can enjoyed the day better. Garbage should be picked up daily not every second day or when told.

Lovely hotel to stay at. I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and it is not so crowed like the those bigger resort/hotels. The staff were very friendly and the service was always done with a smile. It is located a street back from the beach which adds to the intimacy of the place. If you like the quiet and chill out feeling when on holidays, then this is a hotel to consider on the top of your list.

The perfect spot for Crete. Close to Chania, close to all the nice beaches (I recommend Elafonissi / Falassarna / Kalethas / Stavros). Not to far from Rhetymno (don't miss it!) I arrived at the hotel after a 20 hour travel to find there was no hot water for shower. Over the next week, there was no hot water about half the time. This is totally unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. The food and staff are good. The internet drops off often. Shower head was cracked and water would just pour in.

Me and my family bought an All inclusive package and booked a triple room. After we checked in and arrived to our room, our biggest surprise was that instead of 3 beds we received 2 beds and a small mattress (see picture below). I highly recommend staying at this hotel. They pay great attention to cleanliness, and the food is typically touristy but good. And then, something very important to me, the staff is really kind. I'm a little clumsy at times, but they were incredibly patient.

The hotel itself is clean and tidy, but the food variety is poor. There’s very little fruit available, and there are no snacks or fruit offered between 2 pm and 7 pm, even though we had an all-inclusive package. You even have to pay extra for juice.

Great vacation, the hotel has one main building and several adjacent buildings where guests are accommodated. Nice rooms, cleaned every day. A nice restaurant, which also has a bar for the pool. We had a great stay at 7Rizes Luxury Living! The rooms were modern, very clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location is super convenient—just a few minutes from the airport—and there’s free parking on-site. The service was excellent; everyone was very polite and helpful. Highly recommended!

The room was well designed for a comfortable stay, modern design and comfortable bed. The bathroom needed a deep clean though. The breakfast was good cuantity but not of our taste: no fruits, no vegetables, no protein. It was however really nice to have breakfast at the rooftop terrace in the morning. If you are easily bothered by noise, be aware that the location is very close to the airport!

Quite an amazing place. I have never seen such level of modernity in the building and room set up, even though I travelled a lot in Asia which is typically quite advanced. The room design and furniture is also very smart and nice. The bed and its comfort is of very high quality. It is very neat and clean. I loved it.

Decent hotel, plus is service team and furnished rooms, downside very thin walls. Heard the doors slamming 5-6 times and thought it was our door! Also ramp to the garage is very tricky steep and dangerous. If somebody is not using this garage, you will need luck to find an open parking slot as the alleys are small and tight

This is very nice cozy hotel! We stayed with our 9 months old baby and they provided baby cot as we asked. However they went beyond and provided changing mat and baby spoon. It really means a lot that they thought about our baby to have comfy stay as well! The room was nice, stylish, with comfortable bed. And they have greeat roof top area where you can enjoy sunset and where we had our breakfast....
