Although we were not guests of the hotel, Panos welcomed us with such kindness and hospitality. By ordering drinks, we were allowed to use the wonderful sunbeds on the beach. Everything was very friendly and relaxed –thank you Panos and the whole team!

First off the staff is absolutely wonderful!! The view is AMAZING! The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. Beds are comfy, the fridge has ample space for leftovers and lots of drinks and even enough room in the freezer for a bag of ice! They are pet friendly which is a huge plus for me because I’m traveling with a 7 month old puppy. I would highly recommend staying here!!

The hotel is great regarding the pool, the views, the beach access. The bedroom have a great dimension but the structure do not block the noise - namely during the night. So, the night experience wasn't the best. Avoid the rooms in the reception floor.

Staying at the resort was excellent, and the service was on point. The food was great, but staying by the pool and getting served drinks was a whole experience. We are a family of four, and needed to stay for one night in Heraklion. We were lucky enough to be hosted by Pavo and it was a pleasant surprise for us. Very good hotel. Having kitchen with a fridge is a great advantage if you stay for more than three nights. It’s a bit far from touristic places which is not necessarily good or bad but great thing is that there’s a bus stop nearby with a free rode to the city center. The beach is 10-15 minutes to walk. Great hotel a few meters away from the beach. Verry clean, nice rooms, and friendly staff, especially the chefs. The food was exceptional (breakfast and dinner). Every day the chefs prepared new dishes, some of them prepared on the spot.

Location is the best near the center as well the beach was within 5 minutes walking.the staff is friendly and ready to assist as well to help you.it was clean with good service.the pool was clean as well and i really had fun.my friends and I had a great time!

For family nice and comfy. Personal is kind and responsive. Not so far see and mountains ☺️ And shops to by souvenirs. Pool is good and there are sun loungers. You are in the midle of the Hersonissos. A lot of car rentals ti see ourself the island of Crete.

The hotel is just a 3minute walk from Hersonissos downtown! The stuff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The room was decent, clean and the food is average but a significant value for money! On the bright side, the road of the premises is quiet and peaceful during the night!

First of all, this is a budget-friendly accommodation. I’ve been visiting Hersonissos since 1997 and this was not my first time staying at Vasso hotel (previously known as)..They’ve partially renovated the place meaning the furniture and decorations may seem a bit off. We didn't have big demands, the room and the hotel were fine, we asked the staff where to go for a bath and for food and they pointed us to the best locations, we stayed 3 days. Everything we asked from the hotel staff was done immediately, for example toilet paper. The food was buffet style and you could choose from a wide variety of meats and vegetables. We were delighted!

The staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. On asking when I had to vacate the room I was told that as I had a problem with my car I could leave everything I the room until it was resolved. This I really appreciated. we were a family of 4 (2 teens). We had breakfast buffet each morning. The hotel is steps away from the beach. The sea view we had was gorgeous . Lots of stores and shops within walking distance. We were greted and made to feel at home. We were upgraded to a suite and it was very spacious and comfortable with amazing views. Breakfast was excellent taken right beside the sea. Lerapetra had everything including quiet beach, wonderful old town ans limitless places to eat fantastic cretian delicacies.

Hotel is in a good central position, with the rear of the hotel overlooking the sea, as does the restaurant, which was nice at breakfast. Room was basic, but we were only there one night so was adequate for our needs. Good shower. Very nice buffet breakfast with choice of hot and cold food. Staff friendly. Private car park available.
