It wasn’t bad. Except that we were put in an area where family with kid who constantly crying. They should be group family with kids together so others can enjoyed the day better. Garbage should be picked up daily not every second day or when told.

Tourism is big business on Crete and the team running the Geraniotis have figured out how to make the most of it. The main Platanias village on a hill is a 15 minute walk and Chania is 30 minutes away on regular crowded buses (with a stop right outside). The structure, for the external part, is really very beautiful, with large spaces and a beautiful beach. The two swimming pools are basically only usable by children, since they are not very big. The rooms leave much to be desired in terms of comfort: we stayed in the residence area and they are very spartan (small wardrobe for 4, uncomfortable beds).

It is worth buying family apartment typ de lux number 165 because it was worth the price. This was a very unique property. Well maintained and very modern. Everthing was great but i didnt geg the ******* VIP perks. Ghis is either an upgraded room or the bottle of wine as per my perks. I cannot blame this in the property but rather my status with *******.

I only stayed one day, and checked out early, so I didn't get a proper feel for the place. However, the service, environment, and cleanliness were all quite good. If I have the opportunity, I would consider staying here again.

Good location and friendly, helpful staff. This is a good place to stay for an easy stroll into the centre. It's a short journey from the airport which is near the centre. It's not a busy airport so not noisy. The accommodation is excellent, comfortable, and well equipped if you wish to self cater (we preferred to visit local restaurants). We went on honeymoon, wow didn't disappoint the staff made us feel so special, always smiling and so helpful, only criticism is that the room was a bit small and not a lot around in relation to bars and restaurants, if you walk somewhat you will find them, its a very quiet resort so if you want a bit more about then this isn't for you, but we couldn't fault the hotel staff food amazing

Stayed upstairs in a room with a balcony in late June/July and had a lovely time. Beautiful views and close to everything but set back enough (although depending on the wind you’ll hear the late-night bars across the harbour). Vasilis is very laid back and gave us some good recs.
