The hotel was unprepared as neither of our two rooms were ready and instead we were put in a different room which was barely up to standard. The next day we were supposed to get our rooms after 10:00 but they have pushed back the time every time we asked. Just choose a different hotel.

Beautiful property and very convenient location to Old Town. The one downside is parking. I read somewhere that the property had parking, but it turned out to not have any. We were lucky enough to find parking nearby when we arrived, but then we didn't want to drive anywhere after that for fear of losing our parking spot. The room was spacious and the hotel was nice. Cleaning could have been a bit better. There were a few minor issues in the room - nothing big. So close to the beach and there are all kind of shops around.

Lovely hotel staff were brilliant we have three of us that or disabled the three young lads were lovely they looked after us for the 10 days we were there food was OK pool was a bit small but overall it was nice would recommend it the young lady on reception was very good the moment we got there to the moment we left

The hotel is great so are the staff the food is awful it was cold every time and there is not enough sunbeds no hand rails down to the pool and to get to the beach are about 20 steps which is not disabled friendly

The rooms are very clean and tidy, but not well isolated against sound. I woke up almost every night because of people coming back drunk, only to wake up again when breakfast is prepared downstairs. The staff were very kind and available. Very interactive and very clean environment. Breakfast was also very good. The room was beyond our expectation. The downside was their wifi. They could improve on their WiFi connection. But generally exceeded our expectation.

A very nice hotel situated overlooking the bay in agios Nikolaos. Rooms are light and airy with rooms cleaned on a daily basis with fresh towels. Cute hotel with great views in the breakfast area, and nice staff. Also, the view of the hill at the semi-private pools is beautiful. The cleaning was done thoroughly daily in our room. As a nice bonus, there is a cute cat that comes to join at breakfast time every other day.

Rooms were very good although some details prove that they could be a lot cleaner and i cannot accept that in the price given the TV is not smart.
