We went there 14th to 21st Oct 2025 , lovely hotel and staff but built on a hill which is ok if the lifts work as it’s like a maze with flights of steps to everywhere and some rooms don’t have lifts to them so you have to carry your very heavy cases to get there , lift out of action on arrival with promise of it’s going to be fixed , never fixed , lovely rooms and views , very clean but the breakfast...

Room 114 has a balcony big enough to accommodate about 10 loungers and a view that you won't tire of in a hurry, day or night, unfortunately it's 52 steps up from reception/bar. Because of the geography, the hotel is built on a slope and therefore consists of a series of levels connected by a series of confusing stairs and lifts. Bali Diamond is a fabulous hotel right on the beach. We had a sea view room with a stunning view, this did mean a lot of stairs to get there but it was worth it! We didn't have big demands, the room and the hotel were fine, we asked the staff where to go for a bath and for food and they pointed us to the best locations, we stayed 3 days. We were greted and made to feel at home. We were upgraded to a suite and it was very spacious and comfortable with amazing views. Breakfast was excellent taken right beside the sea. Beautiful property and very convenient location to Old Town. The one downside is parking. I read somewhere that the property had parking, but it turned out to not have any. Peaceful place. We had one of the nicer Hilltop places with it's own plunge pool and it was gorgeous with a fantastic seaview. Having said that, all the rooms looked nice. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. There is a nice restaurant on site which is well worth a visit. If I visited this area again I would revisit this hotel.

Definately one of the best hotels in the Rethymno area. Very friendly and helpful staff. No street between the hotel and the beach and one of the best breakfast buffets we have ever seen. Lunch and dinner menue also very good. We also tried the spa and the massage was exellent. We are looking forward to visit the Iperion Beach Hotel again sooner or later.

We had an amazing honeymoon stay at the Iperion Beach Hotel! We experienced genuine warmth and hospitality by the entire staff, the beachside location was absolutely stunning, and sipping piña coladas by the sea was pure bliss. Every meal at the on-site Utopia restaurant was absolutely delicious! Super clean and peaceful. We can’t wait to return someday!

Would stay again! Great hotel large lovely room, comfortable beds and beautiful view from deck. Really Good complementary breakfast lots of selection. We loved the location so close to waterfront restaurants and nice walk to old town. Very friendly helpful staff.

A nice hotel with a pool and SPA near old town Chania with a nice breakfast buffet. You can walk to the old town along the sea. There was a welcome cocktail for every guest. We had a nice stay there for three nights.

Staff accommodated my need to stay an additional night and let me stay in the same sea view room. Also, the hotel is two blocks from the beach. Very convenient for a swim.

Clean, good condition and friendly staff. Loved our stay here. The location is very central but at the same time quiet. We went during the low season so might have been lucky regarding that as well. Booked a room superior, as we thought that it will be larger in size, but as it turned out that they are almost all the same size, up to 20m2. It was very uncomfortable for the three of us.
