Lovely hotel. Clean and spacious rooms with decent bed (not the most comfy lounges for those with kids needing to sleep there but ok). The staff are lovely and hospitable, the restaurant staff in particular are friendly and welcoming. Great pool and beach too. Lots of parking so easy with a rental.

Great hotel! We were a big family gang with 6 toddlers. The water park has slides for adults, slides for kids and baby area. The free cocktails' selection was nice. Porto Greco Village was a good and clean hotel with many possibilities and friendly staff. Located on the side of Hersonissos and no noice in our room, maybe also because I think the rooms werre not fully booked. Room wasn’t ready on arrival. We were offered another hotel for the 1st night however we didn’t accept and decided to stay with my daughter. The staff were extremely apologetic and agreed on our departure we could keep our room on till 6pm . Food was ok and plenty of choice. One week Half-Board stay, food pleasant, drinks somewhat lacking (don't ask the bartender to show you his own creations). Old town is very close by and has a good selection of restaurants and basic amenities. Pool ice cold (maybe good or bad) Shower leaked all over floor but otherwise room great and cleaned daily to a high standard. Staff all charming and happy to help

This hotel has been a really good experience. The best hotel I have been to in a long time. The staff is very friendly and service minded. Wonderful first solo holiday. Staff were so welcoming and changed my room for me due to back issues. Room was basic though very clean and comfortable. Only thing missing were coffee making facilities. Would come back in a heartbeat. Recommended.
