Had a very good and relaxing time.

Room wasn’t ready on arrival. We were offered another hotel for the 1st night however we didn’t accept and decided to stay with my daughter. The staff were extremely apologetic and agreed on our departure we could keep our room on till 6pm . Food was ok and plenty of choice. Ordering drinks from the main bar in the evening was a task and we could be waiting up to 40 mins as only 2-3 staff making drinks

Porto Greco Village was a good and clean hotel with many possibilities and friendly staff. Located on the side of Hersonissos and no noice in our room, maybe also because I think the rooms werre not fully booked. Beautiful oasis in a searing hot day. The suite was just beautiful. Comfortable bed, fierce shower, huge fridge. The weather was particularly hot and so we stayed by the lovely pool. Superbly central location in downtown Heraklion. We stayed there for two nights before a cruise. New rooms, bright and functional. At least 10 German TV channels. Breakfast was very good. A very pleasant stay.

With easy walking distance to the center of town and a very well appointed recently upgraded facility and excellent staff, I highly recommend this place

The service was excellent! The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. However, the hotel has a few major flaws: 1. The photos are misleading! The actual rooms are extremely small. A bed is almost completely full, and if both suitcases are open, there's barely any room to walk. 2. Don't use the hotel's toiletries; the quality is too poor. I suggest bringing your own.

Typical large hotel, everything is fine. It is a good location because the subway is right next door, but it is close to Omonia station, so if you take the wrong road, you can get into trouble. I got my wallet pick-pocketed while trying to transfer at Omonia station.

Close to a wild beach where I was almost alone. 600 m . 10 minutes and you are in a heavenly beach with tons of space. And Voulisma beach is close, but longer distance. We spent 7 days here and we are absolutely delighted! Room with spectacular view, spacious and cleaned everyday. Food: everyday different minimum 3 warm dishes. Greek food very well seasoned. Professional and friendly staff , exceptional breakfast, comfortable and elegant rooms, fantastic views from everywhere you look... our room was perfectly clean, the hotel staff made it up with CARE and love for their customers. You will get more than you paid for. And I am quite picky :)

Overall it is fine, however below for a 4* hotel. Rooms are okay our view was fantastic, but furniture are shabby and we got 2 separate beds with my partner. The bathroom is very outdated, shower is super small. All-inclusive part is also okay, nothing special, I liked the food but the desserts were disappointing, alcoholic drinks are cheap quality and small portioned, coffee is straight up terrible...

We stayed in the hotel for 7 days with all inclusive option. We had a two-story room which was 5 minutes walk to the main reception. Generally hotel was quite good - rooms were clean and nicely organized (except the claustrophobic shower which caused flooding the entire bathroom). The main thing is the height difference in this hotel - the road to the street is quite steep and exhausting to get back...

The hotel had a great view of the sea. The food was delicious. Breakfast could be a bit different. You get vouchers for typical Greek food. When it comes to the rooms, everything is great. The bathroom is really small. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Wonderful vacation!

We had such a wonderful holiday here! The staff are very friendly and the apartments were cleaned to a high standard 6 days a week. We had a late arriving flight and when we got there there were plates of fresh food and bottled water waiting for us. Very nice hotel. Modern and clean. The service was great. They arranged a birthday celebration for our four year old girl and it was wonderful. The food was very tasty. The pool area was perfect size for us and our children, who are two and four years old. The beach was also close and we hade wonderful days swimming in the Mediterranean.

We had a good holiday at the stefan village,all the staff were really good and worked very hard ,we went all inclusive and the food was really good plenty of choice the all inclusive drinks were not very good the beer and wine were passable but the spirits were awful all local stuff, the complex is good for children with kids pools and slides a downside is where the bar is it’s like sitting in a cafe...

This hotel offers a shuttle service from and to the airport, the cost is 45€ per route. We booked the shuttle service from the hotel because we arrived late at night. The driver was a young man, very helpful and meanwhile driving he was explaining us the city. The hotel is half board with breakfast and dinner. Dinner variations were really good but breakfast was repetitive. Room was nice and had a big balcony. Bathroom light was very dim which i didn’t like. Also the information letter says breakfast until 11 but actually it’s until 10:30, so keep that in mind if you’re staying there. Waiting staff were nice and polite. The pool area was cozy and nice place to kill time.
