Very nice and helpful owners! Cleaning lady is super kind and she clears rooms everyday. Overall the whole hotel is really clean one and I think that's the most important thing.
It is situated close to the beach, it's not that beautiful but it is nice. It's also a 100m from bus stop, so it is extremely easy to get to to neighbouring cities.
If you have a car, you can park on the street, it's free and usually you'll find a spot nearby. Our room also has a really pleasant balcony.
It is possible to order a breakfast here, one day prior. It costs 7€ euros and it's nice, it varies from day to day which is a big plus too!
Nearby you can also find a delicious restaurant, "PITA GRILL",which serves local food with enormous portions and great taste!

Great location, close to the beach, close to the shop with the most necessary articles, restaurants nearby where you can eat local meals, not for millions, close to the bus stop to the center of Chania, close to the pharmacy and on foot you can go to other beaches and Lidl as it is need. The hotel is kindly staffed, it is not big, the rooms are sufficient for mine, they are practically cleaned every day, the towels and all bed linen were changed once a week. In the room there are cups, glasses, a refrigerator and a cordless kettle, a large wardrobe with drawers, a dressing table, a bench chair, a small but sufficient bathroom, a large washbasin and a mirror, a balcony with a clothes dryer, which is a great idea. If I had a second time going to this place I would definitely choose this hotel.

A very friendly hotel. Clean rooms with a balcony. Very nice service. The rooms are cleaned daily. The hotel offers a free parasol for one room, and mattresses for swimming. Very close to the beach and in the vicinity of 100 meters all the necessary shops and pubs. In a similar distance there is a bus stop from which buses to Chania leave every now and then. The trip to Chania takes a maximum of 20 minutes.

Great complex not far from the beach and Chania. The rooms were clean and it was cleaned thoroughly every day. The French-speaking hostess is really super nice, but communication is a bit difficult if you don't speak French or Greek.

From the hotel we give 5 stars. And for the location 4 stars as it is right on a fairly noisy street but it didn't bother us that much. The breakfast are also 4 stars as it is plentiful and fresh. One star off because it's pretty simple. However, for 7 € that's really great 😊

We were supposed to stop here for two nights. We had chosen this place for its strategic location as it would be the last stop before returning home from Chania airport.
It's a pity that:
1. It is located in a very chaotic part of Chania, noisy and with little possibility to find parking
2. We had booked a basement accommodation and, as soon as we entered, we realized its limitations (damp and with a typical closed smell)
3. The beds were really uncomfortable: rock hard. We asked if it was possible to change rooms but were told that the beds were the same for all accommodations.

Very positive note: we must commend instead their availability and welcome. After the first night we chose to move south and, although we didn't have the free cancellation, we were still refunded the second night (in very good times). Moreover, it was an initiative of the structure. With some improvements it could prove to be a good place to go 😉 Good job and thank you very much!
