We had a beautiful room with jacuzzi inside. It was very atmospheric and romantic. Personnel is very friendly and I will definitely come here again.

room great but unfortunately the owner is a disaster. We got keys to a room that was in a different location. The owner did not answer the phone. Complete failure. I do not recommend

So this is a mixed bag. The room itself is lovely. The bed was comfortable, & the bathroom had toiletries for us.
BUT the noise of people sneezing outside the room in the walkway below can get heard like they are in your room. Dogs, cars, casual conversations. It's all there for you. Bells seemed to start at 7 am. Bless you if you can sleep through them entirely.
The reason the service gets a 1, is not the office manager who was helpful, but who is not at the place that the online guide sent me. He didn't seem to understand I cant read Greek or have any clue where he was so I could get the key. After losing my luggage and my wallet in the same hour, spending 30 minutes trying to figure out how to get into the room I rented was a serious set back to me. The fact I wasn't contacted beforehand to explain the key must be obtained from down the road and around the corner was bad business practice. If you get in early and have time kill maybe it won't be that bad to spend the extra time finding the office. I didnt like it.

Beautiful place Our room /luxury apartment is brilliant we have two showers two toilets two wash basins and a separate jacuzzi amazing facilities and friendly staff, Breakfast is great and they can’t do enough for us , Highly recommended . Although reception is about 2-3 minutes walk it does not matter , The smiling faces are great

I recently stayed at this hotel, but my experience was far from pleasant. The entire building was divided into rooms using flimsy plasterboard, making it impossible to ignore the constant noise from the adjacent rooms. Conversations, televisions, and even the slightest movements were disturbingly audible.

The wooden floors only added to the problem. I could hear every footstep from the room above, which frequently woke me up early morning. The room itself was disappointingly small, with barely any space to accommodate a larger suitcase. There were no hooks or hangers available to hang beach towels or wet swimsuits, which was incredibly inconvenient.

To make matters worse, the reception was located in a separate building, and breakfast was served in yet another different building.

Overall, my stay was a bad experience. The noise, lack of basic amenities, and the scattered facilities made it very uncomfortable. I won't be recommending this place to anyone.

Very good option in Chania. Excellent location close to everything on a very quiet street. Very comfortable beds, very good shower. Excellent hydromassage in the room. Very good varied and very rich breakfast. Extremely friendly staff. In short, a very good quality-price ratio. 100% recommended

Beautiful beautiful and comfortable! My partner and I Stayed 2 nights in mid June. It's at the edge of the old town. Easy to get everywhere. Quiet. We took the entire 1st floor apartment. 2 rooms, 2 showers, bath, living room and bedroom. Everything was clean and perfect. Was a great place to end our holiday.

Unbelievable location, right price for what it provides, clean atmosphere and super big apartment for family We stayed 6 nights and everything was perfect!!! Whenever I come to Chania I will first look to find a room here 1 minute from the port on foot

AMAZING location!!! Walking distance to everything. Friendly staff, easy check in and clean rooms. Location was 10/10 would highly recommend! Great value for the money.

This is a beautiful little hotel in the historic center of Chania, and I would definitely stay here again. The location is great, and my room was spacious and beautifully maintained. I had a small balcony overlooking the square and the church and it was the perfect place to have my morning coffee and get ready for the day.

I arrived on a late-night flight (which was also delayed), but someone from the hotel stayed in touch with me through Whatsapp the whole time. When I finally got there, they were waiting for me, which I really appreciated.

I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay. Fantastic hotel, owners and staff in a superb location for exploring the old town. Everyone was very hospitable and generous which was deeply appreciated. Family ran so you can make a personable connection with the people and place.

Really nice hotel, the location is amazing and the view from the balcony right into old town, you will feel the jealousy of bystanders as you sip your raki / coffee from the balcony.

The room we got was nice with a comfy bed with perhaps too many pillows. 😂 Room was a bit dated, but includes all you need: iron, coffee machine, hairdryer, etc. Bathroom was clean.

Service was excellent throughout.

Rooms were very pretty. Super high ceilings, great double glazing, comfy bed, nice shower. View over the square where Agios Nikolaos is. This is in a busy part of the old town, so take that into consideration if you are looking for something really quiet - it is not. The cafe next door had 3 great live music gigs in a row, they would stop at 11.00pm. Everyone very nice and polite. Would stay here again.
