The bedroom had air conditioning, which was absolutely essential and wonderful in the heat, plus a fridge, freezer and a small kitchen with everything we needed – very convenient! The outdoor area feels like a little oasis with a pool, pool bar, flowers and greenery

We couldn’t be happier with our stay here in Crete! From the very first moment we felt so warmly welcomed – this is a family-run hotel, and you can truly feel it

The location couldn’t be better: free parking just outside, about 15 minutes to the bus stop, and only a few minutes’ walk to the beach and the sea. Central, yet quiet and tucked away – the perfect combination

The only small downside was that the bed was a bit hard, but it was manageable. There were also some ants around the pool area, but nothing that spoiled our experience

Excellent breakfasts, clean rooms, friendly staff, and a very pleasant and welcoming bartender by the pool. We would gladly come back.

Very well-run family hotel, quiet location yet close to everything. Beautiful pool with bar and snack area.

Just a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants we were very impressed. This may not be modern or top notch, however the facilities are great, with all you need for a relaxing holiday

Great location but the most important is that the family who owns it and their staff are extremely welcoming, caring and react quickly to any upcoming request. It was a female trip for us, so safety was important for us

In Erofili we felt very safe and secure. We always wanted to go back to our spacious and lovely apartments ! Highly recommend! Wonderful atmosphere been created for us in Erofili Apartments

It was a wonderful stay in these apartments, in the heart of the city. Perfect size rooms with beautiful mountain views. The owner of the apartments is nice and helpful. I highly recommend!

We booked this accommodation last minute with TUI holidays and I feel I must review. The apartment was spacious, functional and comfortable and the staff are really friendly and helpful

Nikos and Maria always made time to have a chat with us. The hotel cat stole the show and was adorable. Mavros we miss you!! The pool was always impeccably clean every day and was nice and quiet

Set in some lovely gardens nice pool and bar area. I had an amazing view from my balcony. The room was cleaned every day. The staff are lovely and even though checkout was 11

Rooms are adequate with everything you need although we only used the hotel as a base the pool area is spotless and grounds are well kept all the staff we encountered were polite & friendly would return in the future

The food from the pool bar was lovely, I didn’t have a bad meal there! I could watch the sunset from my balcony every night and at the back of the apartments I watched the sunrise every morning

Absolutely loved everything about this place. The apartments was absolutely spotless, the pool was beautiful and clean. I loved the trees and flowers dotted around, gave a lovely relaxed vibe

I don’t understand some of the reviews for this place, we stayed for 2 weeks and not once did we have any arguments or anything bad happen other than paying for the air con (couldn’t pay card so had to give cash due to the added tax I think) Rooms clean and what you expect for a 3 star hotel

We were amazed to have two balconies and our bedroom window over looked the pool and sea. The kitchen is basic but we don't go in holiday to cook

There was a smaller pool by reception which was never busy and had a lovely seating area to it. Bar: There was a bar serving some food and drinks, not overly expensive

Pool: it was a perfect size for the apartments and never felt crowded, I was always up early as like to make the most of my day but could arrive later if your not bothered about certain beds which we weren't

One day we had an issue with the toilet flooding the bathroom and as it was late at night we out a bucket under it and spoke to reception the next morning and ot was dealt with straight away and very apologetic but these things happen

Apartments: We were a family of four and just booked the standard room, when we arrived our room was lovely it had a bed for us and two beds in the living room area with a small kitchen and table and chairs

The apartment is only a short drive from the airport but I highly recommend booking a private taxi as we didn't and it took about 90 minutes which was crazy but thankfully a lot quicker on the return

Very nice and clean rooms, great personal, close to the beach (15-20 min by feet), good pool and beautiful garden.

It was also amazing value for money and the local was ideal, walking distance to beach and town, yet quiet at night

The hotel owner and the staff were very attentive and kind. The room was quite clean and was cleaned every day. It was close to everywhere, and we didn’t have any issues with transportation

Everything! The rooms were spacious and clean, and there was air conditioning. The pool and lawned garden were lovely

However, for the first night, we were downgraded, but since we arrived at night and were so tired, it wasn't too much of a problem

I noticed there was a decent amount of grime in the corners but it is such a large pool I was not too surprised. Overall this didn’t create an issues

Definitely earned the luxury title. The pool could have been heated as we did visit in the fall, but the water was beautiful and we still swam

Everything about this place is 5 stars. The a la carte dining options are incredible with 5 restaurants to choose from, all offering very different cuisine. The cocktails are made fresh and are excellent quality

We had a wonderful time at the resort. We enjoyed the spa. The food was very good. We enjoyed the community cats also. We will be back. Nick was a very big help to us throughout our entire stay.

Loved it here, very clean and quiet, arrived after 1am and barman made us a toastie, short walk to beautiful beach, bought our shopping at supermarket round the corner and by the time we walked back it had been delivered to our apartment, lovely pool and easy to walk to main road with lovely restaurants and shops

I made an all-in-exclusive reservation, and it was great because I could enjoy a course meal for dinner and a buffet for lunch and breakfast, and I also loved that the rides and swimming pool were free.

Had such a nice expirence clean room (daily cleaning) view is extraordinary pool view and beach view last but not least the manager Lambros is an amazing guy he will help you for everything just give him a call from the taxi from the airport all your trips restaurants etc

Stayed for 6 nights with teenagers. Perfect! The teenagers had their own apartment and we had one above. We had a view of Palm Beach Club, where you can rent a cot for 5 euros a day

Yes, there's some noise in the evenings from teenagers coming home walking through the hallway and the music from Palm Beach during the day, but you know that beforehand

Lovely place, friendly staff. The only fault was palm beach plays music till 5 in the morning.

What a fabulous place Dreams Village is, Kostas & Mike make everyone feel welcome, what a friendly atmosphere and also a great bunch of people that stayed there! The hotel was lovely too, the pool and bar area were great, and always had plenty of sunbeds

From first arriving late at night Kostas really takes care of you. From Mike and Chef all day till Kostas in evening they can’t do enough for you to have good time. Maids lovely too rooms spotless and work tirelessly

I loved the small and friendly feel of the hotel, where it was easy to get to know other guests. It’s definitely somewhere I’d feel safe as a solo traveller for future visits

All family around at times in day love to chat. Just up short hill abundance of restaurants really lovely settings and food

We had a quadruple room with pool view. The accommodation was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. All of the staff we engaged with were friendly and welcoming

the owners were very friendly and welcoming, the bathroom in our room was brand new. We loved this little hotel & it really is a slice of true Cretan hospitality not a faceless business with white walls

The apartments are excellent, the pool is great and the staff is very nice, especially Nikki (the manager) who gave us great tips about the good beaches in the area as well as about places to visit and good restaurants

The pool is sparkling clean, as are the rooms (big thank you to Ana as well, who made such nice touches for our baby). We have never felt such warmth and hospitality. Thank you for giving us a wonderful stay in Crete!

Great nice place 5 rooms so this is very small hotels quiet and 5 star quality. The host is extremely friendly and will do everything to help and make you happy. Close to the beach, nice view and peaceful location

this place is 10 out of 10. the rooms are stunning with every amenity. the pool is small nut crystal clear and just big enough to swim around. it's very close to the beach but very quiet woth only 8 suites

Located in a peaceful neighbourhood, 3 minutes walk to the beach, with rural views all around, the rooms look new and sparkling clean, very quiet, with a kitchen two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom, a washing machine which was so helpful, for the baby the hotel provided us with a baby tub, high chair and a cot which was perfect

The staff was very helpful, they agreed for us to change our room without a problem (because we wanted sea view), and they were welcoming and kind and available for any help needed

Clean room, bathroom and balcony. Gorgeous gardens, plenty of parking and fab pool. Bins changed daily, towels and bedding also changed during the week long stay. Virginia is wonderful and works hard to please everyone

+ super nice staff, always very helpful + clean room, towels changed every 2-3 days + kitchenette in the room fully equipped + calm and quiet place - only the rooms nearby the reception have got wifi - far away from the beach (around 25min on foot), no pavements on the way so pedestrians need to be very careful - it’s hard to stay there without a car

We had a wonderful week at the classic apartments. Very relaxing and not overly busy as it’s small. It’s about a 20 minute walk from the nearest beach and shops, restaurants etc

However we had a wonderful stay, most of the time we had the pool to ourselves and nothing was too much trouble for the staff

Rooms are basic but very clean. Only negative would be get rid of the shower curtain and have a show cubicle. Breakfast has everything you need. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool. Would 100% recommend this hotel

The hot water went off twice, but they fixed quickly. We overlooked the sea and the rooms were super quiet. Never had an issue getting a bed, they had two small pools and both nice

We visited Astra Village this month and were so impressed with this accommodation. Firstly we visited with our 18 month old son and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable

Our room was spotless (Junior Suite) and was kept lovely and tidy throughout the week by the hard working cleaner. The whole resort is immaculate with all areas cleaned daily

We arrived to a spacious travel cot set up in our room with a toddler pillow, and were provided with a high chair at breakfast and one for our room too

The ladies at breakfast and at the bar made the effort to engage him and to bring him his own special bowl

We stayed here for a week — four adults and a baby. The location is great, close to the sea and just outside the busy touristy center. The pool area was calm and relaxing, and the garden was green and beautiful

The location is one of the best in the area as it is literally 50 steps away from one of the best beaches of Hersonissos

Loved it, close to everything but very peaceful and lovely grounds. The pool area has sun all day as there are no high rises nearby!! Great value. Would definitely visit again

Honestly, it’s better to rent transport and go to another beach. • Pool: The swimming pool cannot be used after 6:30 PM, which is quite inconvenient for guests who would like to relax in the evening

A great hotel in the center of Hersonissos. It is 1 minute away to the beach. It has its own parking lot and a swimming pool. The breakfast is delicious and has lots of options

Host and all the workers were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were nice and clean, they looked cared for. The pool area is also clean and well maintained

The desserts are also disappointing – there are only three types of cakes that rotate daily. • Beach: The beach near the hotel is very poor

Very nice hotel, definitely recommend When it comes to place to stay during vacation trip I want to feel comfortable, almost like home. And that's what I felt in this hotel

There's the sea right in front of the door, but no beach where you can actually lie down. There is a beach a few meters away, but there's little space to lie on a towel, and the sunbeds are paid for (expensive)

A comfortable room with a kitchen and bathroom overlooking the sea, away from the noise of the town. The rooms have nice balconies, which unfortunately we didn't use because it was cold and raining

everything was shining with cleanliness. The place is very close to supermarkets, restaurants and 15 min by walk to the Chrysi Ammos Beach (from my opinion is the best beach in the area)

Me and my sis had an amazing holiday in Elalia Apartments! We booked an apartment with the sea view

I didn't miss any sunrise from there! The rooms were very spacious, beds were very comfy and in that small kitchen you can find everything you need. I was very impressed by the cleanliness

Food gets a bit samey over a two week stay but that is normal in a two week stay. Beach is nice but the water is weedy. Main gripe is the sunbeds and umbrella issue

What I didn’t like was that there was no separation between smoking and non-smoking areas — people smoked everywhere: by the sea, by the pool, and even in the pool. Smoking was also allowed in the reception area

We recommend this and say look beyond any negative reviews as it lovely!! Theres a lovely jewellery shop inside hotel with the man that makes the jewellery his name is Thanossis and he is lovely, i bought an earring and pendant set handmade that is beautiful!! All in all for the price we recommend this hotel as a lovely stay , relaxing with nice surroundings, beach and bars! Hope to see them again...

This is our last full day at Serita Beach hotel. We have been here for 9 nights and was here the same last October 2024! After having such a lovely holiday last year we came back with the family and grandchildren

Theres a spa we have had massages which were lovely. Sunbeds and pools are nice and the beds are very comfy
