Hotels All-inclusive in Crete

The rooms are clean but basic. I wouldn't upgrade to the all inclusive as the food is shocking.

OK, 3 stars, so wasn't expexting what we have got compared to Africa 4 stars. Clean, Tidy and comfatable, the ritz it isn't, but warm staff and happy with what we paid for.

The staff are lovely and hospitable, the restaurant staff in particular are friendly and welcoming. Lots of parking so easy with a rental

Great location very close to beaches and Malia strip, but also in a quiet area, so you can properly rest! Lovely room with sea view, which was big and had all we needed! House keeping was literally everyday! The host, Akis was really helpful and friendly! We would love to come back!

We spent a relaxed and enjoyable week at golden bay hotel . We you want a relaxing break we recommend it . We will be back !!!

The deck also faced inward toward the rest of the layout, so I really got a good look at all of the hotel. As others have noted, the staff here is very friendly and works hard to provide a nice experience

The first night there we sat outside in the restaurant and shared several plates of food and a few drinks and have a great evening. We caught a great sunset, too

Staff is amazing, property has everything you need for a family vacation. Wondering pool options for all ages. Restaurant had amazing food and the breakfast buffet was excellent

Customer service was very good. I felt the food was mediocre and the rules around the all inclusive package were poor. You can only enjoy non branded vodka and scotch at happy hour or pay for brand name anytime

The rooms are spacious and very very clean. Food is super delicious and their prices are very reasonable. The staff are amazing; very friendly, very welcoming and they go above and beyond whenever u ask for anything

The beach is across the street but accessible but my wife and I prefer the pools with our 5 yr old daughter who loves to swim. The breakfast buffet was among the best we've had

The jewel in the crown of the hotel, though, has to be the food. Most mornings and evenings we visited the main restaurant, which offered a wide range of delicious, freshly prepared, and tempting options

The entertainment team serenaded us by dancing along to their theme song around the main pool at the start of every morning and afternoon, before proving various activity options such as beach volleyball, water polo, yoga, pilates, and darts for all to join in

We were blessed with warm weather for the penultimate week of the season, and pleased with a resort that offered sufficient opportunity to keep our group engaged and entertained throughout

For lunch there is a snack bar which is the best we have seen in 10 years taking our families on all inclusive holidays. It offers a smaller buffet style similar to the main restaurant, with different options daily

The service throughout the hotel was consistently friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference to our overall experience. We stayed in a poolside room, which was very convenient and comfortable

What a great Hotel food is amazing staff are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is a few steps from the beach and has hot tubs a sauna and an ice bath too

We had a fantastic stay at Georgioupolis Beach Hotel and would happily return. We visited as a family on a half-board basis, and the food was a real highlight of our trip

Breakfast offered a good variety to start the day, while dinner in the rooftop restaurant was excellent with plenty of choice on the menu each evening

The hotel is right next to the beach and within easy walking distance of local restaurants and bars. It’s also only about a 7-minute drive to Lake Kournas, which is well worth a visit

From the moment we arrived at Georgioupolis Beach Hotel, I felt instantly at home. We had Dinner and drinks at the rooftop lounge which was amazing

Was all inclusive, food overall was good enough and edible although the dessert selection for dinner left a lot to be desired. Alcohol was beer which was fine, red and white wine, had some white wine which seemed fine

The staff are incredible! Helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable. Not a bad word to say about the hotel, clean rooms, great service, fresh food and always a smile and a story

5 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the old town, perfect location and a great base from which to explore the island. Can't wait to come back next year

This hotel is good if you want to explore malia and use the hotel for small breaks in your room or by the pool. If you want to just stay in the hotel, i would maybe recommend somewhere else😊

No the wonderful Stella on reception checked me in,looked after my luggage and allowed me to take full advantage of the All Inclusive facilities. Even though my room wouldn't be ready foe afew hours

Everything was wonderful the view, the food, the drinks, the service. Cant rate this little hidden gem of a hotel

The hotel offered a all inclusive formula that attracted us, but in reality was like an office canteen just enoug to fill your stomach. Nothing really special, more or less same food everyday

great accommodation would defo stay again, however location not the best as had to get expensive taxis to heraklion & activities etc. would recommend if you are a chill couple or small family holiday!

The food is fine: breakfast is a buffet with a wide selection, lunch is a salad buffet and a hot meal, as is the dinner. The portions are huge though; my daughter and I shared a plate at both lunch and dinner

Nothing is too much trouble for them; they are always there for you. The restaurant staff is also extremely friendly

Just returned from a 15-day holiday at Hotel Ilios Chersonissos, together with my daughter. It is not a modern hotel, but everything you need is there and it is very clean

The reception staff, Ada and Lone, among others, are super friendly and helpful. For those who do not speak English, Lone is a godsend; she is Dutch and incredibly friendly and helpful

The only negative would be the "all inclusive" is not what I am used to. Continental breakfast every day with either boiled egg, fried or omelette on different days

the beach itself was unpleasant, full of rocks, so watch your feet, if you want to have fun there are lots of activities around you 🙂 ,if you want a good drink just go to any tavern, the hotel drinks are bad 😬

All round good service but had problems with the A/C, bunk beds were slack and flimsy, food was a bit canteen ish and not a great choice, add more alcohol to the all inclusive list because what you have is not much and fix your slides because where they join together needs to be filled as there like a cheese grater when you go over them

Only down fall is the all inclusive bar but it depends on what type of holiday your looking for! It’s really close to the town with lots to do. Walking distance from the beaches lots of restaurants near by

* Food is very basic: lots of processed products, cheap sausages, and the same side dishes repeated daily (rice with lemon, pasta with lemon, fried potatoes with lemon, and mash that tastes like it’s from powder)

Great facilities, slow pace, great weather and lots of fun for the kids: playgrounds, pools, different waterslides, soccer field, kids activities, free ice cream and slushes (as well as a gokartplace nextdoor)

As parents with picky kids, we really liked the lunch and dinner buffets, but we also visited the snack bars frequently. You could easily walk between your hotelroom, the different pools, the snack bars and the ocean

Beds and rooms are nice they have shampoo shower gel and moisturiser but no conditioner. Spa was lovely had a massage experience for 80 euros, well worth the money. Weather hasn’t been great but was expecting it

We (parents with 3 kids, age 9, 6 and 3) had a great autumn holiday during this last week of October

Beach is lovely, sand and big rocks to walk on. Did a safari club jeep experience which was highlight of the holiday. Rooms a little noisy when people are coming back from bar but nothing too crazy

Football court is good size, felt very safe in this hotel and was happy to let 12 and 14 year olds to go off and play. Food is lovely a good selection but a little cold hence 4 star

However, we felt that the dining area could benefit from more seating and a wider selection of food options, especially during peak meal times when it tended to get a bit crowded

We stayed in Orion building this time (September 2025) and it was one of the best vacations ever 🤩 The food in the Main restaurant was as delicious as always

The quality of food at the Street food was better than in June 2025. 🍔 Drinks at White rabbit was as always 10/10, and at the King Scorpio seemingly better. 🍸 Maybe thanks to the end of season

Me and my boyfriend came here on an all inclusive holiday last week (09/2025) The room was 9/10 - it was clean, very spacious as we had a living room, balcony, bathroom and a fairly spacious bedroom

We had an incredible experience and specially with Natalia Guest relation, she was really nice with everybody. The hotel is clean and the swimming pools chill. Drinks good, food good, women really good /////////

Through my travel agency business I politely asked for upgraded rooms and we were not disappointed. We were given 3 rooms at the front of the pool, which were without a doubt the best rooms in the hotel

The hotel itself was spotless throughout, and every member of staff we encountered was beyond helpful and genuinely friendly. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the service really stood out

Before arrival, I requested that our rooms be next to each other, and the hotel delivered perfectly, all our rooms were together at the front of the pool

The sea is very rocky underfoot here but we enjoyed that because it means there’s an abundance of fish to view in shallow water close to the shore. Excellent for newbie snorkellers and/ or kids

I was pleasantly surprised!! We all had a great time and will be back, We were a family of four, young children, and the room was cozy! I imagine with older children it would be cramped

Very decent hotel; some rooms/apartments are better than others. Our hotel room (main building) was a bit small/dated. Nothing like the pictures :) Also bathroom was old. Safe for valuables costs EUR 4 per day

Every show is in english which is good but the announcement is ONLY in german. Yesterday during Greek live music and dances everything was explain in german and I didn't know what this would be about

In my opinion entertainment team should speak, explain rules and make announcements also in english so everybody can understand. FOR PEOPLE WHO DO NOT SPEAK GERMAN IT IS SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!!

Most of guests in this hotel are from Germany so I understand animation team speak german but they also should speak and explain everything in english so everybody can understand what to do

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The overall atmosphere was calm and very comfortable, making it easy to relax during the whole visit

There were shaded areas as well, which I appreciated during the hotter hours. The hotel felt welcoming and unpretentious, and I left feeling rested. I would happily return for another quiet getaway by the water

The room was cozy, well prepared and everything felt clean and well taken care of. What stood out the most was the kindness of the staff, who were always polite, friendly and happy to help whenever needed

From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. The highlight for me was definitely the pool. It was spacious enough to actually swim properly, not just cool off

The whole hotel is pretty dated, they are still using pens and paper booking systems and turn in the lock keys for the rooms. The food is typical all inclusive buffet with lots of Greek specials

For 50 euro all inclusive is a good deal. Food is okay, free beer and drinks made of local gin and vodka. Pool water is cold, but sunshine all day long to the pool area. Parking place next to the hotel available.

Clean room and nice quiet room, all staff excellent and inviting, sea was warm, pools could have been warmer. The views from the property were very calming.

There are several pool areas and a beach side sunbathing Terrace with a nice but expensive pool bar. On balance, this being the end of the season, the whole place felt very tired and cleaning standards were not good

This is a very large complex which is set very close to the sea and within a 30 minute walk of Elounda town & Square. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept and the staff are friendly

Dirty bits of napkin propping up table legs, filthy floors, huge balls of dust in our room etc. plus general maintenance needs and standards were disappointing

If you prefer the beaches outside the resort, there are beautiful beaches that you can visit. Apart from the restaurant area, where we noticed certain things, the rest of the person was very helpful and kind

Drinks included three types of young wine, local beer, and cocktails mixed for you by the bartender. All rooms are surrounded by beautiful flowers and palm trees and have a separate entrance, ensuring privacy

The staff was friendly and helpful, the food was excellent, offering a selection of traditional Greek dishes, as well as fish and several meat options daily, delicious desserts, a selection of salads, and several types of cheese

Of course, you can't expect a Maldivian resort, but it would be ridiculous to do so for about 50 € /person per night, all inclusive, in high season

My stay was amazing first time travelling to a resort like this solo and was incredibly relaxing the room was amazing and the view was brilliant

The staff are really friendly and helpful. Tje food is good quality both in the buffet and restaurants. Perfect if you want a quiet break.

We found Rodies restaurant on our last night. Wish we had went there more as the food was excellent. A must for people who like to BBQ.

And finally, all of the staff (receptionists, waitresses, cleaners…) were so kind, attentive, and accommodating, and they made us feel welcome and safe

Another wonderful holiday at the Knossos Beach for the second time. All the workers are amazing and very helpful. It's really nice to see all the staff again. Eva that looks after KB Spa is absolutely fantastic

The place is beautiful! Very quiet and adult friendly. We had a few issues with our heated pool and they were remedied immediately. The food choices were outstanding and delicious. Customer service was excellent.
