Great place for chillout with perfect service and food. Really nice beach and great swimming pool. Restaurant with beautiful view every time during the day.

Hard to say where to start: the people working in the hotel were extremely helpful and nice; there are several comfortable beaches in walking distance; the view from the balcony at the seas and sky has no comparison; the breakfast was plentiful and tasty

We have had a lovely 10 days at the Elounda Orama - all the staff are so helpful and welcoming - our room was lovely and spacious and the bed and pillows were excellent which is always a bonus - we had a large balcony with added sunloungers which were a real treat and a lovely view of the sea and Spinalonga in the distance - the dining area had stunning views of Elounda Bay which were a delight when...

I would not recommend the standard room as it was extremely small and felt claustrophobic, we did try to upgrade the day we got there but they were unfortunately fully booked, as a couple with two suitcases there was no room whatsoever and very limited hanging space so had to leave the suitcases open on the floor and climb over them to get around

I think the hotel would benefit from an overall refresh, painting etc and the pool to be cleaned more often, although the water was clear there was green mould build up around the sides as well as the white pool loungers

We were also only given two towels which are only changed once every three days, it would have been nice to get a hand towel so you aren't using the one towel for everything

The pool is crystal and it has sunbeds with umbrellas around the pool, as well as plants that are super green and refreshing for the eye, while you are taking a break from the reality, a break from the everyday life! It's the 2nd year I spend my summer holidays in bali and Xdas garden and,honestly,I wouldn't stay anywhere else! The location of the hotel is simply perfect ,close to the main beach and services but in a very quiet place,just what I needed and searched for

We were surprised when they gave us a room in a building above an Italian restaurant, some 30 m far from the E75 highway (Chania - Rethymno). We couldn't even guess this building was a part of the hotel

The hotel is well located between chania and herakolin so if you are driving you have many places to see within 1 hour. 5 minutes walk to beach and nearby restaurants were great. The staff were friendly and helpful

Just came back from a week at this brilliant hotel, the area was nice, the rooms were comfortable and very spacious, the food was gorgeous lots of varieties every day, lots of variety as well with the drinks, service from all the workers was also the same high standard that everything else was, think this will be a regular holiday destination for me from now on

As we were leaving at the end of the season we were also able to keep our room until we left which was a great help after Jet2 changed the flight many times! With two vegetarians in our party, we had concerns about food but any concerns were unfounded

And a large open sand beach is about 400m from that. I redacted 1 star for the location, because the bus stop is also relatively "far" away, about 1km. Also the hotel is very kind to the stray cats that live in the area

Staff- they go above and beyond to help you and meet needs of families with babies. They offered to prepare food for our 6 month old without any salt and blended it

The bar area outside was nice and relaxing with some interesting music from YouTube playing. The drinks were good, and the bar staff were always fun and friendly. Entertainment is mostly on Friday and Saturdays

If you don’t want to sit near the pool there is a grass area a bit further away where you can lay on the sun bed and it’s a lot more quiet. Rooms in the main building are clean and comfortable

A lovely hotel, recently refurbished, with two pools and right next to the beach. The latter is sandy/pebbly but with beach shoes is fine. The sea bed is round rocks and the water crystal clear so great snorkeling

We spent a week at Geroniotis, and had a really good time. The hotel is big, but since it’s a lot of small houses, it still has a cozy feeling to it while still being an all-inclusive hotel

We visited Hersonissos with friends back in June and we had the most pleasant stay! The hotel is located at a quiet spot near the market downtown. The beds were comfortable so we enjoyed a good night’s sleep!

The personal was kind, helpful (except the daytime female barista). There is 2 people who I want to mention who we liked very much: the short haired blond receptionist and the hotels barman (he tended the bar at night)

after seeing a lot of negative reviews about this hotel after we had booked it we flew in with trepidation. we arrived late at night but they opened the bar so we could have a drink

the rooms were a little small and dated but perfectly functional. the food was plentiful and some of it was traditional greek which we enjoyed. the hotel bar was well stocked and plenty good enough for our needs
