I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Lloyd's Baia Hotel in Salerno. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed

The hotel itself is beautifully located on a cliff overlooking the sea, offering breathtaking views of the Amalfi Coast that I will never forget

Breakfast was another highlight – a rich selection of fresh fruits, pastries, local cheeses, and more, all served in a lovely dining area with panoramic views of the coastline

The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with a balcony that allowed me to enjoy the stunning sunsets every evening

One of my favorite parts of the stay was the private beach accessible by elevator. It felt exclusive and serene, perfect for a quiet day by the sea

Nothing was too much trouble, the food service and organisation was exceptional - a special thanks to Alfonso. For the hotel & stay, they have everything - a wonderful beach club, pool, restaurant and gardens

We had an unforgettable stay at Hotel Santa Caterina. The property is breathtaking, perched on a cliff with panoramic Amalfi Coast views and a private elevator leading to a serene private beach

All I can say is WOW!! The hotel is so beautiful, tge lobbies, sitting areas in and outside, the pool, the restaurants! The gardens are beautiful, walking the garden felt like a fairyland

There was a mix-up with our initial room, but the staff handled it with professionalism and quickly moved us to a beautiful Junior Suite with a stunning sea view

Service was exceptional throughout — from the concierge to the restaurant team. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea was truly magical. Once settled, our stay was flawless

The perfect experience Our stay was magnificent! This hotel is in located in the little town of Anacapri and it is absolutely amazing

The hotel features a roof terrace (solarium) which is a good place to relax. Minari can be difficult to get to. Allow a bit of extra time for bus and train delays which occur because of the geography of the area

Bar closes around 11pm so no good if you want a late drink. Staff all very efficient and friendly in the restuarant. Only fault I could find, sunbeds too low for older people

Staff all very friendly and efficicient. Good location and although our room was on the front and close to the road, it was quiet at night. Noisy if you like to sit on the balcony as we do

Rooms were of a reasonable size and clean. We wish we’d have opted for bed and breakfast as although our evening meal was good, we preferred the A la Carte menu

The only criticism I have, the sun-beds on the roof terrace were extremely low for a 71 year old to get up from

Our only gripes were that the bedrooms are on the small side and the shower water not always hot enough but room sizes in Italian hotels are often smaller than the UK and there was a small balcony to compensate

The artwork in the room was creased paper posters fixed to the wall with drawing pins. No coffee/tea making facilities and very poor finish in the Bathroom. The room balcony, however, was spacious with a sea view

The views are truly amazing, and with drinks and food being served from the pool bar, it is a relaxing place to enjoy the sun

Fantastic, just about perfect. The staff were friendly, appeared interested in us. They helped my wife who is learning Italian.

We had an issue with the drain in the shower being blocked, but this was quickly fixed after it was reported. The breakfast was disappointing as it was basic, with little variation over the course of the week

Had lunch here and one night for dinner - the food was good but not exceptional. There are much better places in the town for food. The big plus point of the hotel is the pool area

The hotel interior, however, has a budget feel to it and the so called “Superior” Room we had was tiny, poorly furnished (with no bedside tables, no chest of drawers & only a single wardrobe each with no shelves in it

The room was big and clean. The food was good. The waiters took care of us in the restaurant. It's close to the beach. But it's nothing interesting near to the hotel. Napoly a few hours distance.

The Domizia Palace Hotel is an underrated treasure on the Tyrrhenian Sea, made all the more precious by it's charming and outgoing staff

I was staying in this lovely hotel during June and this is the best location if you would like to combine excursions and beach holiday

A cosy and honest beach resort. Perhaps the warmest and gentle staff I have ever met in my trips through the Bel Paese!

We arrived too late to have a meal at the restaurant on site, but Gennaro (the concierge) made some phonecalls to verify which nearby restaurants were still open, and recommended a fantastic restaurant nearby that had an incredible Multicolor pizza (with Vesuvius tomatoes!) and Buffalo mozzarella to die for! I truly couldn't be happier with our time here

Breakfast was my favorite meal of the day — the fruit, the salads, the tomatoes, the homemade granola, the fresh eggs and the desserts — all while taking in the front row views of the Amalfi landscape and sea

The family and designers of this magnificent place fell in love with their guests and then design for them not the other way and that is a rare find! I will not write on the food and accommodation because it was simply put, perfect, from the fresh and highest of quality ingredients to the most thoughtful design and details, I’ve never been to a place that was simply perfect in every way

On our first day, we arrived very late after experiencing delays, traffic and other complications but the staff, in particular Agata, aware of our situation, was waiting to greet us with smiles, champagne and their genuine assurances that they would help make our stay a pleasant one

I will mention how they thoughtfully care for you, the guests with all the small gestures they do for you as they set your room, before bed time, the way they design the windows in your room to enjoy the setting but to enjoy your quiet too

This was our 3rd trip to the Approdo. Last year, we stayed for our wedding and decided this year to return for our 1st anniversary. On both occasions, we stayed in the private spa suite

This hotel is really good. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast was extensive. The dining room view on 6th overlooking vesuvius and naples is amazing

A good stay in a location close to ferry terminal and railway stations. Plenty of restaurants around both on the more expensive sea front or a few streets inland. Bruno & Enzos Pizzeria at €6 a pizza is a great place

It is the best place in that area. Very close to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants around. A bit mishmash, luxurious but oldish, some parts need upgrade

If you want to have a more relaxing time (not crowded, full of tourists) while still being able to see the ocean, and be able to visit places like Positano, Sorrento and Capri Island, during the day, stay here!

The bathroom was small with no storage. The shower was tiny, couldn't move in it, the door didn't close properly, after every shower we had flood in the bathroom. We got new towels every day which was great

Beautiful, comfortable, friendly, and classy. The view is as good as it gets folks. Noticed many stayed here on very special occasions. Only detriment was the room doors close loudly.

The service is excellent, the concierge and the staff from the rooftop restaurant does a good job, the room is outdated although well maintained. For me the bed and the sheets are good

We’re not sure if it was because we were using a voucher or not, but both at breakfast and dinner, while the quality was good, it just wasn’t exceptional. It felt a bit ordinary compared to the rest of the experience

Amazing view Service is perfect, nice breakfast. You will need to walk 1km to Amalfi center, but it worth. Bus 5070 stops very close the hotel, but you need to have tickets first

It’s about 20 minutes to Amalfi nice walk. The smallest room doesn’t fit a regular size adult im petite and struggled. But never again, if I would stay there again I’ll get the bigger room

Very nice hotel! We booked a room with an over look and a jacuzzi tub. The water didn’t stay warm enough to fill the tub, but the room was overall very nice

The views were beautiful, the staff so nice and accommodating, and breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again!

The room was amazing, the food was great, the view was incredible, and most importantly the staff were all so professional, polite and kind. Our story was abit exceptional because we left our camera on the boat to Capri

If you want a true VIP experience and to be treated like royalty then stay at Caesar Augustus. Just don’t forget your wallet at home lol it’s going to cost you. But I think it’s the worth the life time experience

We did not have to lift any luggage as they took care of everything for us and treated us like royalty from the minute we arrived at the port. The staff is excellent and makes you feel like a king

The moment we reported to the hotel, the front office manager Laura responded so quickly and efficiently and within a few minutes was able to contact the boat captain and found the camera

This place is GORGEOUS!!! We didn’t stay here, but came for dinner and drinks and you can tell it is super clean and well cared for. The staff was amazing to us and we felt very welcomed

One of my favorite hotels ever. The service was impeccable, the food was so fresh and delicious, and the views were stunning. Absolutely one of the best highlights of our vacation.

The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to the city center, which is very convenient. If the rooms are renovated, this hotel could easily be considered a 5-star property

There is also a rooftop with an amazing view and live music, which adds to the overall experience. We had a one-night à la carte dinner, and the quality was amazing

Quite frankly I've never been treated better in my life, they genuinely can't do enough for you! Across the board fantastic service. Wild rabbits by the jacuzzis aren't for everyone but I loved them!

The hotel has a great swimming pool with a nice bar, and the garden offers a beautiful atmosphere. There is live music along with a buffet that includes many options at a reasonable price—unfortunately, we missed it

The hotel grounds were nice, with the sun beds scattered around the hot tub areas and the walk in pool

The concierge and reservations team took care of everything perfectly from the moment we made the booking (even allowing us to shift the days due to our circumstances without any issue) we were also upgraded to a larger room which was a nice surprise

But most importantly the staff at all levels were superb. Very friendly efficient and took care of everything with an Italian smile and warmth. We had a cooking class that was great and got to experience local cooking

All the services from restaurant bookings including transport and recommendations, where to shop in town were given clearly. The best managed property we have experienced everything was immaculate

Magical in every sense , pure heaven for those that appreciate quality service, food, pampering and stunning views. It doesn’t get any better. Room 14 for incredible views of Positano.

We used the complimentary shuttle to and from town that was a bonus and the complimentary boat service as well. We had dinner at Zass which was wonderful

The views from all areas of the hotel are stunning and the location being outside the main part of town allows for a quiet relaxing experience

We had a fantastic experience at Ara Maris Hotel & Spa. The entire staff was genuinely welcoming, and the service throughout our stay was exceptional. The rooms were spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable

They have an excellent breakfast on site and a beautiful pool and surrounding patio with a small spa and a nice gym downstairs

Nice pool and plenty of food places around, although it is classed as a 4* it could easily be a 5*

Bath had one light which dimly lit. What 4 star location has plastic glasses in the bathroom. Extra charges for clean pool towels seemed excessive. Best part was the nightly entertainment

Service from the staff is keen and proactive, room which we chose is double size room and it was big and cozy. Pool is clean and broad, enough space for sunbathing

Some of the other staff members at the reception were very hard to deal with. The hair dryer in the room kept shorting out and the air conditioning didn't work so well. The pool was very nice as well as the lounge areas

And anchor walk to those steps approx one block where cars can not drive down. It’s conveniently located in a great spot across the beach although you can’t see the water

It was a good area to stay, a very central location to the Amalfi center. It's only a few minutes to the Amalfi Cathedral, restaurants, and shops. It’s like a bed and breakfast-style hotel

Breakfast was included and good. Standard European breakfast with decent espresso. Only things we would of liked to have was a lock box and the bath sheets were kind of thin. Would stay again for location and cleanliness

Clean place, but they some maintenance. Like in the shower the soap dish on the shower was broken. Also, they need new towels, They felt like sand paper

The hotel is very close to the Maradona Stadium. It happened to be Napoli's home game against Genoa, and the streets were full of fans 😂

We stayed at Santa Lucia for three nights before our cruise. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed and the bellman stored our luggage until our room was ready. When we entered our room we were extremely pleased

We stayed at the Grand Hotel Santa Lucia in Naples as a transition before heading to Positano, and it ended up being one of the surprises of our trip. The hotel, the location, the food, and the people were all amazing

The hotel is perfectly positioned along the Bay of Naples. The first impression at the entrance is its elegance and warm, attentive staff. Our room overlooking the Bay was spacious and comfortable

Breakfast was included and the staff there were very attentive. The location right on the water couldn’t be better. There is a long promenade that you can walk. Lots of great restaurants nearby
