Magnificent! Very nice, very clear, the stuff is great. A little bit outside of the main streets, just near the beach, with 10 minutes walk from the ferry. And the terrase view at the breakfast is very picturesque

Excellent hotel, within walking distance from the pier. The staff is very polite, friendly. We rested for two days, during our stay everything went great

The room is very clean, the floor is beautiful, and the sea view is superb! Breakfast is delicious too! The counter staff are also very friendly! I will definitely choose to live here again next time

Very beautiful territory, especially the place where breakfast is held. Breakfasts are decent, you can find mozzarella and prosciutto, as well as fresh fruits (pineapple, melon, watermelon), and many snacks

The location of the hotel was great. We could see the Amalfi Coast and the sun rising over the horizon was beautiful and made us feel very comfortable.

It was good. It was quiet because it was a little off to the side and not too central. It was clean and I slept well.

30 years ago, it was a stately and impressive 5-star hotel with generous common areas, beautiful restaurants, impressive spa facilities, a large indoor hot water pool and a lovely, wonderfully heated, great swimming pool in the garden, as well as an inviting roof terrace with sea views

There are still the beautiful surroundings, but the hotel is strongly characterized by an incompetent and uncommitted management, who are indifferent to the unprofessional reception, where the guests' inquiries are annoying interruptions and inconvenience

It leaves the impression that because the guests are just pensioners on package tours, they just continue the mediocre routine and do not bother to take advantage of the many opportunities that are immediately available

Very kind and helpful staff and great location. Beautiful views. The pool is great. I did miss some basic toiletries like cotton pads, lotion, conditioner etc.

During our journey we stayed at several high-end hotels, all very very good, however none felt as comfortable as the Hotel Villa Maria in Ravello

This August I traveled with my family from America to Italy, flying into Naples, making Ravello our very first stop

Lovely hotel in quiet part of town, lovely staff, great breakfast buffet, nice large pool on the main floor. Within walking distance to the town. Lots of nearby restaurants.

Our room was beautiful! Highly recommend room #143 with 2 balconies overlooking the pool and garden, beautiful view of the Mediterranean in the distance and direct access to the lemon garden, pool and restaurant

The include breakfast buffet has everything (even for picky American eaters like my spouse) and it’s around the corner from the main shopping street in sorrento with all the stores and restaurants

One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Do yourself a favor and get a room with a balcony, the view is incredible

It’s in the original villa and are two rooms combined into a guest suite. Generously sized bedroom and living room with a dining table that could accommodate 6 easily. The armoires and fireplace were a beautiful touch

The dinner options were not appealing to us given the amazing food we had nearby. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room when requested so we had dirty towels, unmade beds foe 2 days

it was a wonderful vacation - a hotel on the sea coast, with its own beach and thermal pools, charming views, decent service and delicious dinners

Great location, also a very good hotel, even when it was fully booked there were enough sunbeds at the pool and on the beach. The service is very good, from the reception desk over the waiters to room service

Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, with well-prepared dishes served in a calm, comfortable setting. We really enjoyed the pools, especially the indoor one: spacious and relaxing

The private beach is small but pleasant. The staff across the hotel were consistently professional, and every time we made a request at the front desk, there was clear follow-up

Two little drawbacks: the main pool needs a bit repair work and cleaning, the breakfast buffet could vary a bit more

The entire hotel was very clean and well maintained. It’s true that the majority of guests are seniors, with a few families here and there. This wasn’t an issue for me or my two teenage children

Excellent hotel! Close to the beach (10 minutes walk), close to the central part of Sorrento (2 minutes walk ) and close to the train station (6 minutes walk)

The only downside was breakfast was a bit lacking, and the coffee machine needs throwing out - this is Italy, serve me espresso in the morning! The only option is to go off site for a breakfast coffee as I was not allowed to get a cappuccino/espresso from the bar when breakfast was being served

Overall fantastic stay at Eden, staff very friendly, grounds lovely, rooms spacious and beds nice and big. Staff most welcome on arrival even bringing our bags up to us. Gardens made you feel in the heart of Italy

Hotel was very clean and spacious. Staff was very nice and helpful. The beach and pool were great other than the pool being a bit dirty with debris. Breakfast was wonderful as well

Pool was lovely but freezing cold!!!!! I’m not sure why they don’t heat their pools in Italy. Very few people use the pools for obvious reasons. However the hotel rooms, dining and staff were excellent!!!! I’d go back!!

Okay the BREAKFAST. Amazing. This hotel was basically beach front! Their beach club was 25 euros for 2 chairs, so nice!! The pool was beautiful! 10/10 recommend!

Great location on corner of the main street, right across from the beach. Room was well appointed, small but whatwe paid for, there are bigger. Buffet breakfast was very good 8ncluding omelets station

The hotel was centrally located and beautifully presented. The pool was fabulous, especially for children as it had bridges and diving boards to play on

Reception Staff were exceptional. Breakfast staff made you feel special and attended to. Our ferry was cancelled and the young man helped us sort other transport. Outstanding help.

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was our favorite hotel from the trip. The room was very nice, high end features and staff was great. We used the rooftop pool quite a bit with drink and food service it was very good

To get to the hotel from the ferry, (from Naples) we walked from the port to the right past the beach clubs, and took the public lift up to the city center

It's very centrally located and walking distance to everything, they also helped with car service for us to the airport. The only thing that wasn't great was breakfast, but that was probably personal preference

We had a first-class experience at this hotel. The room was large and very comfortable, with beautiful blue and white decor and tile work. We appreciated the stunning rooftop bar and the generous breakfast

It was a €1,20 fee but we paid it gladly to get up top! Only a three block walk from the top of the lift. We would love to return some day!

Whilst we were there they had a builder working on the roof of the car park. He was smashing the plaster from the ceiling causing it to break on the floor and hit everything in a 5 mile radius

It would have been more comfortable to sleep on the floor. They make so much noise when you’re turning during the night that it keeps waking you thinking that someone is in the room

Breakfast was very limited, we were completely ignored by the staff that I practically had to walk into the kitchen to ask for a drink. Even then I was hardly acknowledged

You have to give your keys to the receptionist when you have parked up as it’s a private car park and they may need to move your car to allow residences to park

I have no idea how our rental car had no damage!?! They could have at least moved the car out of the way, they insisted on having the keys! The location itself was great…2 minute walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby

The staff - other than one cranky looking fella (who might be nice but he doesn’t speak to anyone if he can avoid it) - seemed to try their best. They weren’t unpleasant - and some spoke little English

The location is good, right next to the bus station. The rooftop pool is beautiful, but you have to go early to watch the sunset in the evening. It is very comfortable to sit on the balcony in the room

We stayed here three nights and had an excellent experience. The staff were extremely accomodating helping us with a booking error we had made, as well as transportation back to Rome

ROOMS Our room was spacious and offered a breathtaking view of the sea, Castel dell’Ovo and Mount Vesuvius🌄 Waking up to such a beautiful landscape was an absolute highlight of our trip

The hotel is situated in a peaceful and pleasant area, away from the crowded city center (yet still within easy reach, a 15-20 minute walk). We wouldn’t hesitate to return if we travel to Naples again

But at the same time, because of the location it doesn’t have great views. It has 2 pools, they close at around 6 pm, which is early

The full service breakfast is wonderful and the staff are all so kind and attentive. The rooftop bar and views are really nice we enjoyed the beautiful views of the water and Mount Vesuvius with a class of wine many time

What a place! 5 minute walk to the piazza and 2 minute walk to the station. The facilities are excellent and everywhere is spotlessly clean. We're half board and the evening meals are superb as are the breakfasts

Great location in the centre of Sorrento the hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful the rooms are a good size but appear a little dated but you're not there for the rooms

You can’t get any closer to the sorrento train terminal and the walk down to the marina is so beautiful and a peaceful walk that we enjoyed every day

The room was very clean and the location was good. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the old town. The price is very reasonable for a place like Italy. The boss is very enthusiastic about Chinese people.

Parking is made easy be the staff unloading your car and parking it, there is a $40 parking fee. This area, like all of Amalfi, is crazy busy so having restaurants to walk to was great

Breakfast is available at the hotel from 7:00am-10:00am for a $20 fee. The suite was beautiful with an amazing view of the water

We were pleasantly upgraded from a deluxe room to a suite with breathtaking views of the volcano and ocean. The staff were friendly, though service could be a bit more polished

We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Flora. The hotel is modern, accessible, and in a great location—just a short 7–10 minute walk to the center of Sorrento

Staff are extremely helpful. Food was good with decent portions. Rooms could do with a little upgrade though. Location is excellent and the swimming pool was large with plenty of sun lounges.

Overall, a wonderful property with stunning views and an ideal location

It’s a very clean hotel, the staff is amazing, Archangelo was our friend and was very helpful throughout our time there. The location is also very nice very close to the beach. And the bartender is the best

The breakfast was amazing! There would be pictures but it was too good to take picrures of! As I'm lactose intolerant and prefer hot milk with my coffee, the staff would indulge me in heating up lactose-free milk every morning which is incredibly wonderful and helpful of them! The location is near the centre and you can easily walk to some lovely streets and public transportation to go anywhere you...

The rooms were noticeably outdated, but that is about the sole drawback of this hotel. The location/neighborhood is very charming and a relief from the busier parts of Naples

It’s a short drive, less than 10 minutes from Naples Airport and close the port for ferries

For that price you should get 5 star service, 5 star rooms. For starters the A/C was terrible. We complained and nothing was done. The front desk just said " Go to dinner. go to lunch" it will be better when you get back

The hotel is located in a safe area and a walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. We stayed in the hotel for one night, and enjoyed our short visit of Naples

Location - don’t be sidetracked even located 100 meters from the beach but it is next to military facilities and industrial precinct so no luck to enjoy the beach! 30 min drive from historical Salerno which was very disappointing for us, train every 30 min, no service after 10 pm! Breakfast was average, variety of hot food, serials and fruits

The rooms were good but the breakfast was below average from other Novotel chains or even other 3-star hotels. Also the location is far from Salerno city and if you don’t have your own vehicle this hotel is not for you.

The staff were incredibly warm and helpful — we had a small issue with the window, and the maintenance technician fixed it immediately. Only minor downsides: cleaning is between 12–1 PM and the pool is a bit small

Confusing experience for family visit Someone called the room in the middle of the night for a few times so I am still confused as I was feeling it is a bit too much to answer the hotel phone after the midnight

Very nice hotel with really friendly and helpful stuff. Bus to all places of Amalfi Coast stops right in front of the hotel and you can buy tickets at the reception. Also the breakfast is really nice!

We were 10 people and had 4 rooms. Mario at the front desk made our bus travel extremely easy for us. Vincenzo was a waiter who was wonderful and the owner was a great chef! The food was fantastic

I think their restaurant is the best in all of Amalfi. I had their spaghetti alle vongole, and it was phenomenal. Always get their catch of the day grilled fish. We had it both nights we stayed there

The lemon groves gave the whole place a special charm. Even though the Amalfi Coast felt crowded and pricey, this hotel was a peaceful sanctuary with friendly staff, homely meals, and a calm, genuine atmosphere

The best part about Hotel Fontana is the location. It's literally in the heart of the Amalfi. The size of the room is big, the bathrooms are amazing. Our stay was very comfortable

Go by boat vor bus up and down the coast till Capri. Rooms very clean, nice bathroom, AC. Breakfast in the Terrasse with sea view. House eine very food, dinner excellent with local caught seafood

We loved our stay here! Quieter than Amalfi and Positano but could easily get to either town with the city bus or water taxi.

The The room was very nice and the area around the hotel exceptional. The staff was helpful and the ability to park on site for a fee was very welcome. The restaurant breakfast was adequate but nothing great

The beach right in front of the hotel feels like a secluded spot and is absolutely stunning. The Praiano ferry terminal is right in front, making it ideal for heading to the next tourist spot

We got our check-in facilitated, as they did it earlier, breakfast it was very good! Also we've did our check-out one day before, as we left early in the morning and the receptionist offered to us a breakfast for take away on the previous day, as the breakfast time it would be open just after we leave
