Only negative is you lose the sun by the pool a little bit earlier due to being on a lower level

In American ratings, I would likely give it 4 star as things were a bit sparse in the room in terms of a warm and cozy feel. But it was very lovely, clean and the staff was awesome

The room and view were unbeatable. The breakfast options were numerous and delicious. The biggest standout was the staff. From the front desk to the breakfast service to the bar staff. Each individual was exceptional.

We walked into town every day - may be a little bit of a walk (with a hill) for people who have a hard time walking, but we liked getting the exercise before and after our meals

But should be reported spectacular hotel service was top notch we had an issue with the room that came up at 1:00 in the morning to take care of it every time you can go to hotel you can have problems with rooms they came right away we didn't have to wait till the following day beautiful beautiful grounds the block from the beach the hook the hotel had a spectacular pool it was overall a great experience...

Attentive and helpful staff. Food prep & delivery was top shelf. Short walk or shuttle to exclusive Mediterranean beach with excellent sand. A great value.

Good, the location is not so good, but it's OK if you drive. The room facilities are good.

Dried caulking where there shouldn't be any. Shower only, no tub, and the water doesn't drain properly. At the end of a 5-minute shower, you'll have dirty soapy water high to your ankles

A wonderful hotel with views of Vesuvius if you get a sea view room… highly recommended. Great pool, stunning bar and in a great location to explore either the Amalfi coast or Sorrento/Napoli

Hotel is gorgeous!!! Views are amazing. Staff very friendly and prompt. Chicken club at the restaurant pool bar best ever. Breakfast on the patio when you add the views words cannot describe

The hotel has beach but the walk is down and then you need to go up mountain back, wouldn’t recommend for family with kids under 5

I would recommend the hotel to anyone going to the coast that wants a peaceful getaway but not far from all the beach towns

We have stayed in this hotel every year from 2019 except for covid we go twice a year the staff are exceptional it is not the type of hotel if you want modern it is very Italian food is good it is very clean rooms are cleaned every day it is a long walk to sorrento but has a coach that takes you and picks you up the train station is close there is lots of places to visit we cannot express how helpful...

Friendly staff who are always happy to help. Food nice and hot at opening time can be a bit cooler later. Lots of people drinking spirits and cocktails because of this which costs the hotel more money

Location is just outside sorrento, but the hotel have a shuttle bus which takes you into sorrento and returns back, beautiful hotel

The hotel is beautiful and kept exceptionally clean by the cleaning staff who work tirelessly to keep it that way. The entrance to the hotel is impressive with it's Murano glass chandelier and marble floors

She is an outstanding individual who made us feel so welcomed. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Positano or anywhere on the Amalfi Coast! We look forward to staying here again

We also enjoyed the outdoor bar area, it has a beautiful view of the city with a beautiful garden attached. I would also say they are in the perfect location to get to the beaches and ferries

Most hotels in the area are off the beaten path/no road access this one was right near where car services can drop you off and they offer luggage service. Highly highly recommend for a trip to positano

We had so many questions about transportation, getting around, and taking the ferry, which they were all able to answer making much of our stay in positano smooth. The room was clean and well kept

The hotel is located at Maronti beach. The pool is beautiful and located just across the sidewalk from the beach but still private. It was perfect for our family

We stayed at this beautiful gem for our Anniversary! It was the best romantic place we could imagine, our terrace was overlooking Faraglioni and Capri - amazing! The service was extremely high level and all the staff welcoming and attentive! 3 days wonderful experience in Paradise!

The service provided by the Hotel began right at the point we got off the Ferry from Amalfi. We were met my Ricardo, he took our bags and we were escorted to a waiting taxi which took us to the main square

We walked to the Hotel from the square after having lunch and were greeted by the front desk staff who were friendly, helpful, and most importantly smiling and cheerful

The high level os service continued for our entire stay. The breakfast was excellent as was the food we had by the pool at lunch and dinner

Let me say, I did not regret our choice! Even though the others are beautiful, the views at the Tragara are the best on the entire island by far! The food is elite at the two incredible restaurants and we had two free dinners as part of our package

The hotel belongs to the core area. There is an indoor parking lot near the hotel for a fee. The breakfast is average and everything else is very good.

The suite was gorgeous. The thermal pools were delightful as was the staff. The dinner was delicious and so was breakfast. We loved walking down to the ocean and swimming off the dock. The views were incredible!

What a beautiful island resort! We were there September 2025 and the weather and environment was fantastic! The room was spacious and offered a breathtaking ocean view! They also have a sundeck platform that extends into the ocean

This was our second visit to Ischia Island—last year we stayed in Ischia town centre. This hotel is absolutely beautiful; the grounds are well maintained, and it has a friendly, quintessentially Italian feel

This hotel is in the perfect location set above Ischia port with views over Procida, the mainland and Vesuvius. Yes you'll have a 10-15 minute walk into town but it's worth every step

On reception Joe and Anna could not do enough to share local knowledge and help me organise my week. Anna helped me plan a walk up Mt Epomeo and Joe guided me to a coastal morning run

The Wi-Fi was fast, the air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the in-room coffee station was a great touch. Let’s not forget the perfect receptionists, they were helpful, friendly and displayed great hospitality

I had the most amazing 3 day stay at the Hotel Parco dei Principi in Sorento. The hotel has the most amazing views of the sea anywhere - the rooms are quiet and the beds very comfortable

The breakfast buffet was okay, it was a bit heavy on the breads/carbohydrates for me. The interior of the of the hotel was all different hues of blues to match the Gulf of Naples!

The restaurant is outstanding and I had some great meals. I have to add that Jana arranged a private day tour to Pompeii and Herculaneum which was a real highlight of my stay

Food and dessert was always delicious and the view was gorgeous, Order yourself a limoncello shot after a meal, they are iced cold and delicious. The pool staff ladies were very nice, attentive and also spoke Spanish

I stayed in room #109, it had everything you need, very spacious for 2 could fit 3 adults comfortably, with enough storage, outlets, a mini fridge, counter space, and there are plenty of mirrors to be able to get ready at without having to share one bathroom mirror

First group of staff I met were the drivers, all amazing people with high energy, great taste of music and very experienced at getting around the narrow roads of Capri, My favorite was Mauricio, but they all deserve their roses because they were all great

🫰 Third group is the dining staff! Aldo, Donato & Gilbertico are the ones that stood out for me as they were the 3 I interacted with the most, extremely hard working, cool under pressure as lunch and dinner were ALWAYS packed

The hotel staff is so great and will go out of their way to help you. There is a shuttle that runs to the center of town that is very convenient. I loved it and will be back! Wish we had stayed longer than two nights!

The views are spectacular and the room size was comfortable for a family of 4. Our children enjoyed swimming in the heated pool

However, I chose this hotel because it was said that the area around Naples Central Station was not safe. So it may be said that the neighborhood of Naples Central Station where security is bad is a demerit point

About the location: The location is a bit difficult due to conflicting views. It is a little deductible because it is far from Naples Central Station

Just next to the pier, it's very convenient to take a boat. However, the surrounding environment is poor and the traffic is too high.

It was a ferry transfer when I left the hotel here, so considering that convenience alone, the highest rating is good
