We had a great stay. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The service was excellent. We had a delicious dinner at the restaurant and breakfast was wonderful too. Even our cocktails were fabulous.

Our room ended up being more like a little villa with a separate entrance and seating area both inside and outside and it was absolutely beautiful. Comfortable bed, comfortable pillows, cleaning service was amazing

Our server at breakfast every morning was so great too! My friend has a very severe nut allergy and he made her feel so safe about eating the complimentary breakfast there as he went and spoke with the chef to double check everything she ordered even if he already thought he knew the right answer

A true gem in Naples! I travelled solo, and I researched a lot of hotels and in the Naples area and this unique luxurious boutique hotel ticked all the boxes, importantly safety as a solo female traveller

It was clean, a lovely well-appointed room, tea/coffee maker with cups and spoons and amenities, hair dryer, toiletries, air conditioning that worked perfectly, comfortable bed(they use Hastens beds/mattresses well known for comfort)

They have an excellent buffet breakfast, wholesome and a variety of hot and cold choices, served on the rooftop with excellent views of Mount Vesuvius, the port, right up to the monastery Certosa di San Martibo on Vomero Hill

The hotel is facing the sea and has a fantastic view to the city as well. I was able to park up the hill in a close by street but if you don’t want to walk reserve parking at the property

We had an amazing stay here! The room was large and comfortable and could not be a more convenient location

If there is one area to improve, it would be the mattress on the bed. The current mattress was very firm and somewhat uncomfortable as we could start to feel the springs. Might be time to update the mattress

Great location for exploring Naples - numerous restaurants near by - very comfortable rooms - great buffet breakfast - staff very helpful - finding location can be challenging - off a plaza and not clearly marked - have to go through a large metal gate that is locked down at times and into a large multi-story commercial building

The hotel was in a beautiful galleria in centre of a busy shopping/food area. even though it was stunning architecture, at night the galleria had lots of homeless people in cardboard box homes

Great experience at Copacabana Village. The cleaning of the rooms and the care of the green is impeccable. The pool is overlooking the sea and surrounded by palm trees. Always clean and perfectly maintained

Location wise - it is on the port so good to access the beach and ferry, however, you have to walk up ++stairs to get to the main town where restaurants and shops are

both in the sea (yes, it’s quite a steep path down but really quite easy for a 70 year old) and the upper swimming pool (peaceful and well equipped with shaded sun loungers)

This magnificent hotel is on a cliffhanger where you get breathtaking views over the sea having access directly into the sea just just stepping off and on a ladder and a choice of two pools very individual to one another

Got bitten quite badly by mosquitoes ( noticed bites over everyone’s legs) but the hotel provided anti mozzie plug ins. The staff were all wonderful … from restaurant and bar staff to cleaners

Getting up and having breakfast on the panoramic terrace, admiring Capri, Ischia and Procida, is priceless! In addition, the Maya Beach, very chic, has an agreement with the hotel (at really advantageous prices, set in the rock and with seawater pools is a plus for the area
