Not the first time here. I’ve been coming back to Hotel Isa since my first time in 2020 ish. At least twice a year. My favorite go to place in Rome. You can walk to almost every famous spot from here.

Not recommended, the room is small, the pillow and bed are hard, and the elevator in the hotel is old, narrow and slow. You usually have to climb the stairs. You need to ask the waiter for coffee and eggs for breakfast. They will be very impatient. And I will be laughed at by the restaurant staff because I don't speak the language. It's too uncomfortable. Can you understand this feeling? Only the location is convenient, I don't think it is worth 300 euros.🥺

After requesting a quiet room and having a really bad experience in a vrbo in Rome, we found hotel Isa, a family owned hotel, great experience from the beginning, everybody at the front desk was extremely friendly, profesional and helpful as well in the breakfast and housekeeping. The room was quite, and very clean. We extended our stay twice!! Highly recommend for high sensitive people. Great location ! Thanks to Estefano, Lara, Daniele, Jose, Angel and all the team !

The Service is the best, really, best personal in every area of the hotel. Amazing expirience. Rooms just a tiny bit old but very elegant. And sometimes a lot of noise at night.

Loved the hotel. The room and staff were pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent. The garden rooftop gave great views . I would rate higher, but our shuttle to the airport was very late. They kept making excuses. We ended up getting a cab, which was cheaper.

The room was terribly small and the two beds were placed vertical to each other at the corner, which was weird. The interior design of the room made it feel not clean. Same for the washroom. Breakfast was great. And the staff were very friendly.

The perfect hotel in an amazing city! Staff were all so kind and welcoming, breakfast was tasty and plentiful options and the rooftop terrace is stunning. Our room was spacious, clean and very pretty to boot. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough!

Great hotel! Central location. Clean rooms. Fantastic rooftop. Very nice breakfast. We also left some articles in our room by accident. The hotel notified us immediately and arranged a courier to send the articles to us. Above and beyond customer service! Special thank you to Stefano.

We had a wonderful corner room on the 4th floor. Everything was perfect, especially the service. My wishes would be for decent internet (very slow), and a plusher mattress, but I know these were typical of European hotels. The location was perfect, close to everything, yet quiet.
