The location is great, and it's convenient for getting around. The bathroom is spacious and bright. The staff is warm and welcoming, and their explanations are detailed. I tried their old-fashioned elevator, which was quite nice. I had breakfast at a coffee shop not far from the hotel.

The location was great, with supermarkets and restaurants close by! They kindly guided me to my room, and it even had a refrigerator. I'm very satisfied with the service for such a low price!

Near the Roma termini train station. Short enough to travel with your carry-on through the Roman streets. Functional Roman classic decorated rooms, pintoresque elevator. If you like walking the City, it is a one hour walk to Vatican and less to the other interesting historical sites at Rome.

Staff was amazing and helpful, the hotel is nicely decorated and kept clean daily. We received a bottle of water every day in the room and fresh fruit as well as a bottle of wine on our arrival. The area is very nice and safe with a lot of restaurants to choose from and was able to walk to all major attractions, would definently stay here again.

The only complaint was the lady at the front desk. She was rude throughout and at the end of the trip I had a lot of bags and she didn’t even offer to help hold the door open.

Wonderful hotel with great value for money! Like many places in Rome, this hotel had a mix of very good and very bad reviews, which made choosing difficult at first. The hotel is nice clean. We faced issue with one of the staff since we couldn't take the breakfast for several days due to our plan, one day we passed by 10 mn before the breakfast time to grab a coffee and one od the staff members made a huge problem for a cup of coffee!

I enjoyed my stay at this Inn. The location was a 20 minute walk to the Colosseum and 25 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. Clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful. However, getting to the hotel was a bit difficult, and the toilet flushing poorly was an issue.

The location was great, just a few minutes from Termini Station. I checked in after dark, so it was dark and I got a little lost because I didn't realize I had to press the intercom. The room was clean and comfortable. Coffee and other amenities were also provided, which was nice.

The staff was very helpful! Although finding this was difficult because it is truly “off the beaten track” it is perfectly located to be able to walk to almost all of the important sites in Rome!

Excellent location, just 3 minutes walking distance from Termini (Central train station). Plenty of restaurants nearby. Simple, all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet. Room is clean and equipped with air-conditioning, perfect for summer; shower water is hot enough. The lift is a true heritage, very old fashioned but safe enough.

The service of the first person at the reception was terrible. The rooms are old, which is also good for the experience, but not with the beds, these are too old, old and damaged mattresses. They should change them now. For that price there are better hotels in the area.

Nice hotel. Great mattress for a bad back like mine. Good sized shower with good water pressure from a rainfall shower head. Breakfast was decent, with ham, cheese, hot dog-like sausage, hard boiled egg, fresh sweet croissant, yogurts, simple white bread slices and kiwis, apples and oranges. Super value for a boutique hotel 5 minutes from the Pantheon. The owner, Paulo, was a wonderful and interesting to talk with host. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and the AC was cold. The hotel was a good base but was pretty basic however good value for what we paid. The breakfast was ok but we only had it twice in 5 days. The bed was very hard and definitely not very comfortable. It's close to Termini Station, so it's easy to get around. There are some homeless people around, but there are many police officers around from the morning, so it's safe. The receptionist was very kind, and the beds were made with great care, so I was able to stay comfortably. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

I read through some of the reviews and I review this with the caveat that this is a very European/Italian-style hotel. It's not an American hotel. If you're an American expecting a Holiday Inn where you drive up and there's a suite with 70 pillows and a full sized fridge, this ain't it. Did you come to Europe for an American experience?
