Great!! Wonderful breakfast, great quiet hotel near great tourist attractions, will stay again!!
The room was very clean and the room making was impeccable. And the breakfast, which I stayed for three nights, was different each night and was delicious. I was really satisfied. Thank you very much.
It's very easily accessible from the subway, but I don't recommend walking around at night. There's a 24-hour supermarket and coin laundry nearby. The staff are cheerful and the breakfast is delicious. You leave your key at the front desk each time you go out. I was worried because even after locking the room, the door immediately opened after I pulled the handle twice from the inside. (After researching...
We were greeted very well, it was quiet, the Canadian was working, the shower was clean, the bed linen was comfortable, there was tea and coffee
The staff was very welcoming and friendly—they helped with everything and gave recommendations on where to go and what to see. The room was clean, and the breakfast was good.
Hotel very well located close to the metro and train station. External appearance not very good, in need of restoration. Simple interior but very well attended, pleasant staff ready to help you. The bad thing is that to get to the rooms you have to climb some stairs, there was no elevator access. But the cleaning of the rooms and common areas was very good and perfect.

Everything matches the description, and by the generally accepted definition, this isn't a hotel. The floors of the building are divided into "hotels," and the elevator is small, but it exists. The floor and the room are clean and warm, and the staff is professional, with the exception of one receptionist upon check-in. The breakfasts were good for us, as was the service at breakfast. Nothing spoiled...
If you're expecting great facilities, you'll be disappointed. However, if location is your top priority, it's definitely a good choice. I hope this helps.
The equipment is old. I stayed for two nights. There was no hot water one night. I almost caught a cold after taking a cold shower. I would give it a 3 out of 5.
I was traveling with my elderly parents. We needed a place to stay overnight near the train station. We had a late check-in (around midnight). We were greeted and checked in. I was really worried about the three of us sharing a tiny room, but it was spacious, with a toilet and shower. Towels, soap—everything was provided. In the morning, there was a buffet breakfast, quite decent: cheese, yogurt, ham...
Good room. Lobby is on the 1st floor and room was on the 3rd. There was thankfully an elevator, despite it being rather small. Newly renovated room and very clean with a fridge, safe and TV. Bathroom was also very clean with all needed amenities. Breakfast was ok but not the best. Wifi is free but also very choppy. Depends on the hour and the number of devices connected I believe. We'll located near...
The hotel is located super close to Termini and there are plenty of restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby. The room was spacious enough and there was a fridge too, which came in handy. There was an AC in the room but you have to pay €5 extra per night to use it, which we thought it was totally out of place (it is a 3-star hotel, air conditioning should be included within the services offered)...

When house cleaning cleaned my room I came back and the door wasn’t shut all the way. So if someone wanted they could have came in my room. This is a big safety concern for me. But other than that front staff was great. Location was perfect. I didn’t pay for breakfast so I don’t know how that was room was small, but it was perfect for one person.
The staff was nice, although they never brought me my breakfast. Not a huge deal. Room was pretty clean. My only real complaint is the toilet running. Excuse me are you in this one of the red car? I just want to rinse off my car so maybe yeah I don’t know.
Room was in the Annex building which is a short walk away from the main check in building in an alley right off the main street. Upon entering the building you walk up a spiral staircase and are escorted to your room. Our room was nice and very convenient for the late booking we had made just days before. I would recommend for a convenient stay near the Trevi Fountain and a quick walk to other monuments...
Very clean and friendly staff! Location was very central to most of the attractions in rome!
The location is excellent and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Thanks to suggestions from the staff we had some great dinners! The location was ideally located near the Trevi fountain and many other sites. we would definitely stay here again.
We were staying in the annex property and it was not to same level as main hotel - entrance was in an alley not overly inviting and inside door was kinda run down and appeared to be a storage area - rooms themselves were very clean and comfortable - location was great (around corner from Trevi fountain)

Behind a modest front, a true gem is waiting for you❤️. Perfect hotel, in all you expect from a hotel: central location, super clean, with style, Cozy and a tasty breakfast. Highly recomended, very friendly staff. Thank you Roberto & Marco.
The room was great even though small, but we are used to New York hotel rooms, All of the staff were great very helpful and the location was wonderful close to everything that we wanted to see and do we had a lovely time
The hotel was very good a few things to consider, the shower was very narrow and the and the taps are alway in your way. The beds were very soft and killed my back!!!
From the moment we stepped in to the hotel to the time we left two days later, our every need was met. Signor Marco greeted us, filled us in on where to go for dinner, arranged our ride to the airport, and even arranged for us to get a quick breakfast before the dining room opened because we had an early flight. The room was tiny but well appointed. The location can’t be beat!
The room was small, clean, and warm and cozy. The location was good. The staff was friendly.
Comfy localisation. Rooms small, but clean, amazing staff, i will definitely come back next year for another business trip :)

I traveled from Matera to Rome and checked in late at night. I didn't realize the hotel said it had a 24-hour front desk, and since I'd only stayed in B&Bs and the price was very low, I assumed the front desk staff would be out at certain times. Therefore, I contacted the hotel early, but when I noticed, the front desk staff was always there, making this a very reassuring hotel. At the other B&B,...
The staff was friendly and helpful, very close to the Vatican City around 7-10 minutes walk also close to metro , kettle was dirty, you need to pay for the water , bed was not clean 😢
The hotel has a great location, right next to the Vatican City, and a 15-minute train ride to Rome's city center. Furthermore, the price is very reasonable. While the rooms are small and a little unclean, they are comfortable for the price. Therefore, I highly recommend it.
Nice location. The staff of the hotel are all nice, they even have a map to recommend the travel route. Oh, and the room itself is also nice.
Great location close to the Vatican.
The room was great and very clean. We arrived at the hotel a little early and the staff were very helpful and helped us check in early. I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Rome.

Very pleasant hotel, really nice receptionists, metro is quite close and you are far from noisy centre. The only noise come from neighbours in the hotel. I liked the bed and breakfast, too.
Location close to Metro Station Rebibbia, which makes travel into the center very easy. Nice and clean room. Safe parking spot (Eur 10 per night) is worth it. Nice team. Breakfast very poor. Still, we would return to this place again, due to the positive mentioned points, which were our main requirements.
This is a lovely hotel. Very quiet location. Reception staff friendly and welcoming. All staff attentive. Continental breakfast has lots of choice and was nice and fresh. Room was spacious and very clean. Was a nice touch to get shower gel and towels included as well as a/c and a safe. Staff very helpful and friendly, Nice rooms and overall enjoyable experience! Breakfast was very good and a great way to start your day of sightseeing in Rome. Close to public transportation to get to city center as well.
Location for visit Rome is excellent, near metro station Rebibbia. The hotel is in a very quiet place.Excellent room service every day. Cleanliness good. Good breakfast. Rooms are small but comfortable. Clean bathroom .Beds are not so comfortable.
The hotel provided free breakfast. The conditions were not very good, but the price was reasonable. The location was slightly remote, but the subway was also convenient. It was about 6 to 7 minutes away from the subway station.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating, happy to answer any and all questions. Wish there was a larger variety for breakfast options, but the sleep was pleasant and the room was clean and well presented.
East to get to, polite and friendly staff at & a fresh room to chill in. Bravisimo
Need to be updated a little more there is no phone or clocks in the room. Breakfast should exist more than just bread and coffee maybe some fruits. Also, there should be a microwave in the room or in the lobby.
Family run hotel and very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone ! 15 mins from Ciampino station so easy commute to Roma termini.

Hotel close to The Vatican within 15 mins walk and the San Paulo train station within 5 mins walk. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Safe and quiet location away from the hustle and bustle.
Overall, it was excellent for the price. The air conditioning didn't work as well. So it was a little hot in the room. It was still good value.
The property is clean and comfortable. The downside is only the location which is a bit far but the price compensates for it. So, I can say it is a good hotel accommodation for visitors.
It is the usual middle-class hotel with a comfortable location.

Very pleasant stay, close to Vatican. Extremely friendly staff
Amazing location to the Vatican. Don't take a ride and walk for less than 10 min straight to the Vatican! Convenient location with a small grocery store next door and most of the staff were helpful in answering questions and helping grab a ride.
Looking for a small hole in the wall hotel close to amenities. This is perfect, room was clean, not your typical “best western” but had everything we needed. Location was perfect for what we were looking to do. Staff was 10/10
Good location, comfy bed and a friendly staff! Within walking distance to the Vatican, right on a bus line, with cold air-con, and a comfortable bed.. this hotel is a solid choice. Add in the friendliness of the staff, in particular Oliver, Valentino, and Ella, and we loved the experience. Thanks everyone!

Excellent location. Convenient but very basic hotel. A few things need upgrades, but good overall.
Conveniently close to the train and included a nice breakfast spread. Otherwise just a pretty basic room and no other hotel facilities. Clean and comfortable

Highly recommend this place! It was the first hotel we stayed at upon arrival and we booked three nights. The hotel offers complimentary drinks, apples, and cookies on the ground floor, which is great for grabbing something on your way out in the morning. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel's European style made for a pleasant experience.
The hotel was clean and the bathroom was very spacious. Very good centric location. But the absolute highlight was the personnel, the gentleman at the service desk was very helpful and kind.
Close to various places. Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Good place to stay.
Great location, very convenient for walking to various attractions. The hotel is clean, a typical small and well-maintained European style. It would be quite a trek to walk here from Termini with luggage, so a taxi is recommended. The hotel can arrange a car to the airport (65 euros), which was great for catching an early flight. The manager was very kind, and we had a lovely few days in Rome.
This street has a lot of restaurants to choose from. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain. While the hotel itself doesn't offer breakfast, they do provide simple bread, a juice machine, and tea bags in the lobby. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and patient.

A good hotel for the price. Getting from the city center can be a bit of a challenge late at night, but that's just the way the public transportation system works.
