A bit souless but I guess to be expected for a motel near the airport on a Sunday night.
The older chap on reception during the night shift very early on the Monday morning was quite friendly though.
Excellent hotel in country location
Small friendly hotel only one stop outside Rome centre. Bus shuttle picked us up from railway and took us to and from metro and to airport on return. Excellent service. Room adequate. Shower good and plenty of hot water and towels. Breakfast good and evening meal. Lunch needs a more extensive range.
Staff not friendly, room smelled of sewage, only hot water available in the shower which burned us.
Surprisingly nice property. The area to get their, make us worry, but ones on the property, is very nice and safe. Nice pool area, very good breakfast (not a vegan option)
Fantastic experience....everything was perfect!!! We were greeted at reception by Alessia, a very friendly and helpful person, who provided us with all the useful information for our 3-day stay. We booked a very nice standard room located on the ground floor, with a small outdoor patio.... The room was spotless, thanks to the cleaning staff, who did their job scrupulously, and also very spacious. The...
Quiet and comfortable hotel
This is a very comfortable hotel which is close to the airport. It is perfect for one night stay when your flight landed at the airport too late. The only issue is the Spa and sauna which was closed but appeared to be available on the hotel introduction.

The room was small, as was the bathroom shower; the facilities were quite outdated. The hotel was a bit far from the train station. Breakfast was simple but inexpensive.
The hotel is a 15-minute walk from Termini Station, close to the British Embassy, and in a relatively quiet area. There are several restaurants nearby, including a decent Chinese restaurant. Buses run to the Colosseum and the Vatican (you need to walk a few hundred meters to the bus stop, and to buy tickets, walk a few hundred meters to the tobacco shop marked with a "T") and go to other areas. The...
Hotel Montecarlo
We were in Rome in May 2025 for 4 days, stayed at Hotel Montecarlo, really liked the location, walking distance to the Colosseum, we used a taxi to the Vatican, but if you want, you can walk in about 40 minutes, the entire center is within walking distance, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps. The hotel itself is in an old beautiful house, very clean, no unpleasant odors, a modern...
The room is very retro and clean overall. The service is very good. I asked the front desk to print an urgent document. The front desk was very welcoming.
The style of this hotel is classic European retro style. The old-style elevators, rooms, and front desk exude an ancient charm. Especially the front desk service makes people feel the butler-style service standards, which is just that kind of power. Breakfast is on the top floor and it is not bad. It is close to the train station and can be walked to, and the subway station is even closer. Although...
It is the best location in Milan Central Station. The shower room is quite cramped, but it is a satisfactory accommodation for a solo male traveler.

Very unusual hotel with special feel to it being a part of beautiful church complex. Rooms are small and modest, monk like. All the receptionists were very nice
Everything was perfect! Location, breakfast, the room was clean.
Staying in a hotel that's part of a church building is a really unique experience. The staff were all very welcoming and the breakfast was filling enough. Having breakfast provided is super convenient when you're in Europe, as it's not like China where you can find breakfast places open early everywhere.
The room is located in a historic building, but it's very clean and gets tidied daily. The heating works wonderfully, and breakfast is served every morning. The gentleman who manages breakfast is really friendly; he even remembered what I had for breakfast the day before on my second visit. I'd definitely recommend this place.
The price was good, but the hotel was a bit old. The location was excellent, and breakfast on the top floor of the church was a unique experience.
This hotel is excellent! They offer free breakfast with delicious cakes and croissants. Every morning I'd have a coffee, a juice, and a tea (which I'd refill with hot water)... 😂😂😂 The staff are all incredibly friendly, and you can store your luggage for free. A special thank you to the kind, ponytailed gentleman at the front desk who checked us in early when he saw we were soaked from the rain. We...

The room was quite clean, and there was enough space for two suitcases to be open. Check-in at the front desk was smooth. It's about a 10-minute walk to the train station. Luggage storage is available.
Hotel Raffaello was a quiet and pleasant surprise. I came with work on my mind, expecting something simple and practical, and I left with a small sense of warmth that stayed with me.
The hotel is located in a calm area, away from the rush yet still connected to the city. It felt safe, comfortable, and easy to navigate. The kind of place where you can breathe after a long day and still be close enough...
Great location for weekend visit. Close walks to major sites including interesting major basilicas with vast history and art. Also close to Termini Metro stop for trip to vatican.
Hotel was easy to access, staff excellent both friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and well laid out but a bit small for the price. Breakfast was buffet with good selection and fresh produce.
Overall the stay was good but the buffet breakfast waiter man was very rude, he took away our plates and kept saying " finished? finished?.." many times every 5 to 10 minutes, it was very obvious that he wanted us to leave the tables and wanted us to eat our breakfast quickly. He repeated saying "finished? finished?" again to four of us the next morning, this was very irritating. Nobody was waiting...
Great location… Staff very helpful & friendly.. Buffet Breakfast is super
Excellent service. They accommodated all of my needs in a timely manner and were very kind. Highly recommended!

This is a clean and good value-for-money hotel. While it's a bit far from major attractions, public transportation is excellent, so getting around isn't difficult. In fact, it's even a bit more convenient when heading to the airport. The staff member was a bit brusque, but it didn't cause any major issues during our stay. Depending on the room condition, soundproofing might not be great, but it's generally...
Cleanliness standard needs to improve.
It was a nice and clean and beautiful hotel at a very convenient location at a super reasonable price
Located walking distance to the Roma train station and walking distance to the Colosseum. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is a bit oldish, but ok for a comfortable stay
It's about a 10-minute walk to the train station, which is very convenient. The front desk staff were really enthusiastic and gave detailed information about city attractions, transportation, and areas to avoid during check-in – big thumbs up! It's also not far from Metro Lines A and B, both within a ten-minute walk. The air conditioning worked really well, and the room was quite clean. The area around...

I booked this hotel to keep costs down while sightseeing in Rome! The nearest station is Rebibbia Station, which is about a 20-30 minute train ride from Termini Station, but it still felt far away after a full day of sightseeing. The hotel is located close to the metro station, 4-5 minutes of walking. The rooms are nice and clean, the only disadvantage was that there were no windows, only a small one on the entrance door. Breakfast was good, unfortunately there were just a few things to choose from, the variety was not the best. Overall it was a pleasant stay, I fully recommend it if you plan a city break in Rome.
Clean and nice place to stay. Affordable and good quality. Metro station within 5 min. walking directly to the city centre. The cats are also very cute.
Excellent structure, excellent value for money, I found it very good, very kind and helpful staff, very nice
Great range for breakfast
Nice outside seating area
Not too far from a tube station and a few supermarkets
Not close to many great restaurants
Quite far out the city
Had a 3 night stay here recently. Can not praise the staff enough, very friendly, very helpful, and the room cleans were daily and very good, fresh towels, and beds always made lovely. I gave 3 star as my shower was clogged for 2 days and I was unable to take shower. It did not help bringing attention repeatedly to the front desk tall guy as he really did not seem to care. Great place. Worked well for my family. Close to everything you need.
The hygiene was acceptable, but the floor tiles had scratches and the shower in the bathroom was outdated, with a wobbly connecting rod. The water pressure was strong, but the shower door didn't close properly. The soundproofing wasn't great, as I could hear the neighbors. The location was excellent, and the Western breakfast was standard, nothing special.
I stayed in the annex. The room was new and clean, but the shower drainage was poor. It didn't overflow, thankfully. There was no conditioner, so I had to buy some at a nearby supermarket. Since I didn't pass through the front desk when going out, I was a little concerned about security, but it was also nice not having to bother with anyone. The hotel is only recommended if you're driving. The property needs a makeover, but the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. There's no mini-fridge, but there are vending machines in the lobby. The mattress and pillows are comfortable memory foam. The room, with 1970s furniture, had a TV and AC splitter.
Free parking is also convenient. Overall, it's average for a 3-star hotel.
OK, very good, Xuan is great,,, yes, it's very good to want to drink. Hahahahaha, I want to consult a lot of things. I sold it. Thank you sculptor for coming.
I was quite pleased with the hotel overall, as the service and facilities were excellent. The main downside was the location, with public transport links being over a 15-minute walk away. Despite this, I would still rate my experience at the hotel as good.
Service is not very helpful in night emergencies, there is no telephone in the room and there should be at least one telephone available in reception for customers if there is no one at reception at night for emergencies
The service at this hotel was quite mediocre, we did not feel very welcome, the check in was very fast but also quite hasty, the services of the structure were not explained to us, in the morning at 9 they knocked on our door probably because of the cleaning when check out was at 10.30, luckily we were awake, the room overall was clean but I would recommend a renewal of the sliding doors of the shower...

Our stay at Hotel Gravina San Pietro was fantastic. The hotel was nice. The room was beautiful, large and modern. The breakfast was great. The location was ideal, so close to the Basilica. Initially, they gave me a room with twin beds which I booked as a double and they changed the room to very noisy and full of dust but the next day the manager helped me to get better room
Big shout-out to the manager
The advantage of this hotel is that it is located 10 minutes from the Vatican, walking distance. Just be careful when booking because the rooms with a view of the Vatican are few and it is possible that they are already occupied when you arrive at the hotel, which means that you will receive another room that does not have a view of the Vatican as I booked, and when you make the reservation it clearly...

It's a decent place to stay. The location is great, luggage storage is available, and there's a small elevator. The design is a bit old-fashioned, and there's a slight air freshener smell.
