The hotel was very nice, and so was the staff. The restaurant was top-notch and reasonably priced. The only downside is the location, a bit far from the city center if you're not driving, as the buses don't work very well in Rome. And getting from the airport to the hotel was an odyssey. But everything else was 10/10.

The breakfast had a large variety of authentic Italian dishes. The people working were very helpful in figuring out the day’s itinerary. The room was comfortable with an AC made the room perfect temperature. They ordered a taxi for us and gave us breakfast to go when we were in hurry.

The front desk service was poor. When we were checking in, I couldn't understand the check-in instructions due to the receptionist's accent and asked her to repeat them. She then spoke even faster and with a very impatient attitude. Come on, you're not a native English speaker, and neither am I, so why be so mean? Her attitude was absolutely terrible. Location is superb. Just minutes away from train station. Bus stop right in front of hotel. Reception was friendly and helpful. Gym was a tad run down and located in basement . Theres two supermarket nearby, one within the next enroute to train station and the other bigger one minutes away (google for UPM clothes store and the sipermkt is next to it).

What a beautiful hotel in an ideal location. The room was clean and well layed out. We were able to check in immediately. The front desk agent on the day we checked out held our luggage in the back to ensure we were safe from pickpocket, while waiting for our taxi. The breakfast had a large variety of food. The fruit was fresh and the coffee did not taste like regular cheap hotel coffee.

Great location next to termini train station for early flight out of Rome.

The rooms were very nice, clean and spacious and the staff was pleasant and helpful and the location was good. However in my opinion, the breakfast needs A LOT of improvement. For a 4* hotel the breakfast was extremely weak. Barely any warm food, the cold meats and cheese selection was very poor and actually all the rest really needs an upgrade.

Easy, walkable access to the majority of tourist sights in Rome's center, shopping and dining. Definitely need some renovation and better use of the room space (the shower was terrible designed and installed). Be prepared to use the stairs as the lift is small, slow, and only one.

We spent three nights here prior to leaving to fly back home. The rooms are nice size with windows that open to the outside for fresh air. The bed for Italian standards is decent. Bathroom has a large sink and countertop with the shower tub combo working well. The daily breakfast was very good with large selections of standard Italian breakfast fare.

Room is clean and bright. The hotel location just 7mins walk from metro. The station is really closed to the main attraction like the colosseum. Those it is near the metro, it is very quiet as there are no restaurants 200m from it. Not much shops in this area. The only one bad comment is the breakfast. Not much hot cooked food. Hotel is well maintained and it feels home. The location is very accessible.

Although the hotel rooms are generally smaller, it is close to the Colosseum, ancient Roman ruins and other historical center attractions, which is very convenient. The hotel was established in the 1960s, and the facilities are relatively old, but the hygiene and service are pretty good. The restaurant on the top floor of the hotel can see the scenic area.

The bed is soft, the pillows are long, it's close to tourist attractions, easy to walk to, and safe. The room is not soundproof, there are no slippers provided, and the hallway to the room might seem a bit maze-like.

The location is invincible. With two elders and two children pushing a stroller, all famous attractions can be reached on foot. Except for the high price, I think it can make up for the fare. The breakfast is good, but it will be the same tomorrow. It is also suitable for staying more than 3 days. Friends may find it a bit boring. Overall, it is worth recommending.

The room size was just right. Although it's a bit old, it's very well-maintained. There were no strange smells from the bathroom or anything. The hotel was also very responsive to our needs. The service was genuinely excellent.

The hotel is located in the embassy district with guards at the intersections, which made us feel very safe. However, it's a bit of a walk from Termini, not particularly close. The room was on the smaller side. It's a good option if the price is right, but I wouldn't recommend it if it's too expensive. Pictures look nicer than reality. Our bathroom ceiling had a leak and no door. It just had a folding that you were expected to move every time you wanted to access the bathroom.
