However, travelers planning to walk to the train station with luggage should allow extra time, as check-out can be time-consuming and the side streets can be difficult to navigate. We just stayed for a night before our cruise and the Aleph hotel is simply gorgeous. We were upgraded to a suite which was very spacious and had all the amenities. The hotel is centrally located to all the iconic areas. The staff was extremely friendly and the continental breakfast was delicious with an array of options. Overall a wonderful stay.

We really like this hotel. It is right in the middle of the action - walkable to the sights and best shopping. The staff is super friendly and the decor is lovely. Lovely hotel. Piano player in lobby. Pool was a nice touch considering it was 36 degrees. Younger members of staff had an amazing work ethic. Only dissapointment was no kettle in the room and no room service thus no hot drink when you need to leave early.

It's probably around the level of a newer, more technologically advanced hotel in China – equipped with smart technology. The receptionist, Nicola, didn't seem very enthusiastic. The price of around 1000 RMB is acceptable normally, but 3000 RMB during peak season is definitely not worth it. The surrounding environment isn't great either.

The transportation is relatively convenient, it is also very quiet, and you can store your luggage for free. It is a great choice for a wonderful Roman holiday!

The hotel is generally clean. The location is good, close to the Vatican. The surroundings are clean and safe, located in a residential area. You'll occasionally see police patrolling downstairs.

The room is very nice, the facilities are new and clean. However, the items used are not replenished after cleaning the next day. The place where the toiletries are placed is not easy to find, as it is under the table. The service is OK, and overall I am satisfied.

Aside from its safety, this hotel was pretty mediocre. The interior decor, bedding, and bathroom felt like something out of a 90s motel in China. Pictures look nicer than reality. Our bathroom ceiling had a leak and no door. It just had a folding that you were expected to move every time you wanted to access the bathroom.
