We wished we had stayed here instead of the small boutique hotel nearby. We ate dinner in the upstairs garden restaurant and Philipo was a spectacular waiter. Food was SO much better than Gio next door!

The hotel is nice and cosy, with nice rooms and friendly staff. The people at the reception are extremely friendly and will always greet you with a smile. However, the wifi is pretty bad. It kept disconnecting, unless you sit on the ground floor in the lobby. Maybe it was just our room. Would not recommend if you need to attend critical meetings.

The hotel is about 900 meters from the train station and about 700 meters from the subway station, which requires walking. The hotel is in a good location. It is moderately staffed. After waiting quite a while for a drink I got a spritzer for 20€. Silly as normal price outside hotel is 5€. Door knob is broken and falls off in your hand. Safe is very strange in that it shows input as 0000. All this is unusual for a hotel that I was told is a 5 star hotel. I will not return.

The Code was a great place to stay. Its right nex to the Spanish Steps, it located conveniently between two metro stations so you can easily take the train from Roma Termini to the Spagna or other station. Its an 8 minute walk to Trevi Fountain. I felt safe walking around. The food at the hotel restaurant for dinner was top notch!

The hotel is very well located if you don't mind taking the bus or tram into the center of Rome. It only takes 20 minutes, and the trams run till quite late at night. The four person room was quite spacious and comfortable. For the price, this hotel is a great deal.

It's OK. There is a bus station right outside the door, which is convenient for taking the bus. There is a market on Sundays and a supermarket opposite the door, which is pretty good. The room is a little small. The main disadvantage is that the sound insulation is not good. The road is very noisy and there is also noise when walking on it, which affects sleep.

3 stars earned by location and breakfast (really good!). My room was not nice: Behind the bed was a thick layer of dust, also in parts of the closet. The curtain was full of stains (inclusive a huge red stain). The bathroom ist very old. In total it's bearable if you just sleep there 2-3 nights. Service was okay, the toilet wouldn't stop running water and they fixed it during a day.

There was a vacancy on the day we stayed, so we stayed there. Our favorite restaurant was only a 4-minute walk away, so it was the perfect place for us to stay. We stayed in a superior room, which was spacious enough for two people to spread out their large suitcases. The location is quite good, but walking distances can be up to 30-40 minutes. For those coming by car, the nearest parking lot is 350 meters away. The hotel is clean and institutionalized. It is more than enough for a cultural tour and the hotel's restaurant is quite successful.

Everyone was FANTASTIC!! So welcoming and friendly! Our room was a dream! Directly in front of the pantheon! Breathtaking views!!! And with that said the location is unrivaled! Also on our last day it was my wife’s birthday and even though we did not tell anyone, they still surprised her ekth cakes at breakfast! Simply great hospitality

Perfectly positioned and extremely, safe, comfortable, clean and very friendly and accomodating hotel. We found it a bit hard to find as the entrance is not boldly signposted and is overshadowed by the busy-ness of all the restaurants etc around the piazza, but once inside, we felt welcome. The view from our window of the Pantheon was second to none, and the air conditioning was welcome given the heat...

The location was spot on, literally central to all of what Rome has to offer. We walked everywhere, no need for a cab to see the sights. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The view from our room felt as though we were living a dream! The square of the Pantheon was just outside our window. This breathtaking view was truly the icing on the cake to a beautiful vacation. We had a great experience at The Antico Alberto Del Sole Al Pantheon. We had a beautiful view from our room, the hotel is rich in history, and the staff were so wonderful and kind. Dulani was sweet, friendly and helpful from our afternoon coffee to bringing prosecco to the room. Ludovica was always pleasant and greeted us with a smile at breakfast. Even when we woke up late the staff allowed us to eat the breakfast which was AMAZING! Fulani and Heidy made me an ice coffee that was amazing even though it isn’t traditional in Italy. SUPER NICE STAFF!
