The location is excellent; it's right next to the most bustling commercial street, so you'll have no shortage of food, drinks, and entertainment.
Excellent!! Very good hotel, nearby tourist spots, clea
Not professional with how to treat people at all. Location perfect.
My favourite hotel in rome. Best location, service was greatt!!
Good location, but the hotel suffers from a humidity problem. The hallways are unwelcoming, the room isn't soundproofed, and one of the towels had a bloodstain. Furthermore, the breakfast was subpar. I don't understand the generally good reviews; at €250 a night, one clearly expects better.
I didn't expect rooms to be so scarce in Rome on weekends; I could only book this hotel for one night. Room service was excellent; while getting me a towel, we chatted about our countries and cultures. Front desk staff, Christin, really liked my Xiaomi phone and took many selfies with my beauty camera. The Filipino front desk staff were also very helpful; the two of them helped me put my luggage in...

Perfect location to see the historical sights of Rome. Breakfast was fantastic both in variety and location. Three or more restaurants, bars to a meal and drink. Tourist friendly prices, the restaurant manager could not have been more helpful or friendly.
Highly recommended if you are travelling to Rome.
Location is great, walking distance to all luxury shops and the Spanish Steps, great restaurants near by too. Hotel rooms are tiny and some smaller than a cruise ship. Barely enough room for one personl. if you have a lot of luggage you will be in person. Steps entering going down when you come in the lobby and then everything else is back up again. Some staff members can be very rude where others...
We decided to come back here after spending 4 days first time three years ago.
The location is amazing. They have roof top bars and restaurant with a wonderful view.
Service is amazing. The staff couldn’t be more warming, friendly, exceptional. All of them. We had lunch in they restaurant Brillo, a fantastic Asian dinner at their newly open Asian roof restaurant. Drinks at the other bar. Staff is wonderful...
A very well located hotel in a busy street o Rome, close to various attractions as the Leonardo da Vinci museum, the Fontaine and various stores, perfect for people wanting to explore the city. The hotel is feeling with a stunning collection of art work and some fashion items, the regular rooms are bit small compared to others I’ve been too and at the time of my stay there was some issue with the air...
Best locations in the Down Town ROME, very unique locations near the best luxury shop of Rome
Just far enough away from Rome's tourist center to get you away from the crowds and inflated prices. A block from Piazza Popolo. The Hotel and it's owners Group Valadier, have developed properties on a city block including the hotel, two high end restaurants and a trattoria on the corner, Brillo. The hotel is fitted out luxuriously with much marble, statues and artwork. Rooms are small, shower door...

The hotel staff were very kind and helpful.
We stayed in a double room with our family, and the room was clean. It was thoughtful that they provided both Italian and European standard power outlets. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and a convenience store at the gas station next door, which made getting around and grabbing quick meals quite convenient.
Everything was great but I thought there was a swimming pool
The hotel is actually very nice and large, but it's actually very far from the center of Rome, so for a tourist arriving in Rome without a car, you'll need at least an hour's drive on public transport. Other than that, if you're just looking for a relaxing trip, it's the perfect place. I should add that the hotel has a sports club on site, which has almost everything. It also has two pools, one outdoor...
Overall it was a pleasant stay. Staff is friendly, pool is fairly small (15€ fee/ 2h) and the a/c in the room had a mind of it’s own :D
Not a family-friendly hotel. The charges were unclear from the start. I booked through Booking.com, and when I included my very young children in the search, it automatically gave me two rooms—which is completely absurd. I obviously can’t leave a baby and a toddler in a separate room.
When I raised this with the hotel, I was told that according to their policy, I would normally be given a room for...

The facilities are quite new and include a bathtub. It's clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast is provided. The room is quite spacious, though it's about a 15-minute walk to the subway station.
Strategically located hotel, just 700m from Rome's Metro C line, offering good connections. It's a small hotel, the room was average, and the service was very basic.
Service was very good and very helpful.
Decent location with easy acess to the metro station (if you don't mind walking for 10 minutes). Staff is very nice and friendly and never seem to be inconvenienced by questions or "problems". The room itself was clean and nicely prepared. Only thing I'd say is that the rooms aren't very soundproof; you can easily hear others. Great location, very convenient, and friendly staff. The breakfast wasn't very diverse and was a bit cold, but the view was fantastic.
The service staff at checkout were not very friendly. Many of the room facilities were broken and quite outdated. The breakfast was rather monotonous, and you couldn't even get your own coffee. The service quality varied greatly depending on the staff member.
The location is excellent, and although it's a 40-year-old establishment, the rooms have a more classic design. It's very safe to stay here when traveling alone, and the overall experience is superb.
It was so convenient because it was close to tourist attractions!! I will definitely stay here again when I go to the UK! The London bus also runs there so I didn't have to walk much!
Excellent location.
Small rooms, as in all of Europe. Excellent breakfasts with a view of Santa Maria Maggiore.
Polite staff. Clean. The room was missing an information booklet, pens, paper, etc.
Of course, the location is the only reason it's a four, but everything is excellent.
I recommend it.
The most convenient location, just opposite Santa Maria di Maggiore and 7-10 minutes walk to Roma Termini and metro. Several bus stops nearby - we use buses to go to Colosseo, Borgese, piazza Navova, and metro for Vatican. Terrific view form breakfast terrace and good breakfast too - there were even several types of milk (regular, lactose free and soy). Surprisingly big bathroom and shower for the...

Great brand new (fully refurbished) hotel in a perfect location and with tasty breakfast. It also has a nice terrace on the 2nd floor to enjoy sunny day in a calm atmosphere.

Brand new hotel. Excellent experience. The staff deserves top marks, which more than made up for some inevitable minor inconveniences due to the hotel having just opened when we stayed. I spent three nights here during my three-day trip to Rome, and it was an excellent experience. This hotel is definitely underrated, with not many reviews on Ctrip.

It was a wonderful stay. First of all, the location is excellent, within walking distance of many attractions. This hotel and staff are amazing. I had read a frw troubling reviews online about this hotel but im glad to say we did not experience anything negative at all. Nice stay
The hotel is lovely and historic. As is typical in Italy, the elevator is very small by American standards, and it is easier to use the stairs. Luggage service is readily available in the lobby, as well as pick-up service prior to checkout. Rooms with balconies have great views. The hotel is very close to the station, and there's a big supermarket right in front. The facilities are clean, and the staff are all very friendly. If I go to Rome again, this hotel is definitely my first choice.
Nice hotel and clean modern rooms. We chose it because of it proximity to the train station and the hop on buses. Breakfast is nice and has enough variety to fill you up. The rooms are very clean and well equipped. 4 star for location because it is a bit noisy due to the rail station across the road.
This stay was unpleasant. The facilities were extremely poor, completely different from the hotel photos I booked. After showering, the shower curtain soaked into my skin, and even pushing it off didn't help; I felt even dirtier afterward. I had to leave the shower curtain off and try to direct the water towards the wall. Showering left me feeling exhausted. The toilet flush was also broken; water...

Staff were friendly and cleaned room everyday
Room was small.
Duvet was not covered, was just a sheet either side.
No bath mat.
No milk in room.
TV only Italian.
Noisy in the morning.
barely any storage for clothes.
Only 1 plug socket, not by bed
Only 1 chair to sit
Location is near a station, but not one that really takes you to any of the main spots in Rome, so plenty of walking to and from.

The room was nice and cozy. It was about a 10-minute walk from the metro station, which was very convenient. It was located in a quiet neighborhood in Rome and quite close to the Vatican.
Beautiful property located on the Lungotevere, a 10-minute walk from the Lepanto metro station, which provides easy access to all the city's attractions. The bathroom could be cleaned better, but otherwise, the receptionist was very friendly and the staff were helpful. We will definitely be back.

In advance of our arrival, the concierge team (and it is truly a team of several talented individuals led by the incomparable Alessandra) was able to procure us impossible tickets to Christmas Day mass in St Peter’s as well as many restaurant and other site tickets...
I cannot even put into words how this place took my heart in a whirlwind. This is truly the most beautiful hotel with some of the kindest and friendliest souls, I’ve ever been to. I was welcomed like a queen, because it was my birthday, got an upgrade and beautiful gifts like a flower bouquet, a bottle of very nice prosecco and a delicious tart. The room - the junior suite - was just breathtaking....

We stayed for three nights. It was our first trip to Rome. I can’t say enough about the staff at the First Roma Arte. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is excellent to explore the city. We easily walked to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Loads of restaurants and cafes nearby. Enjoyed dinner at the rooftop restaurant. It was fantastic. The morning breakfast is outstanding...
I absolutely loved my brief stay at The First Roma Arte hotel. The Art Suite was beautifully appointed, spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The rooftop terrace provided a nice ambiance for apperitivo and breakfast. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. Special thanks to Gianfranca for providing a nice overview of area attractions and useful map as well as coordinating a very early check in after...
This hotel was perfect for a 5 night stay in Rome. Our flight was cancelled so we arrived very late and the hotel organised a transfer for us, which was such a relief. They also upgraded us to a Suite with a Spa area. Absolutely beautiful space. The rooftop restaurant was exceptional with great views and very attentive staff. Perfect place for breakfast or dinner. Thanks you so much for a great stay
Upgraded to a suite, very good
We had the most lovely stay at The First Roma Arte! Perfect location, incredible staff, lovely rooms... it couldnt have been better. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so at home. We cant wait to come back!
We stayed here for 2 nights on our Italy vacation this summer we loved it! It was an excellent location and the staff was wonderful. Its a beautifully thought out and designed boutique hotel. Our room was absolutely stunning, we had a private sun deck and our room was spacious - even had a pillow menu! It was a lovely 10/15 min walk to the Spanish steps and all the main events/shopping. We will definitely...
