I had a great time. I especially want to compliment the staff, who were very kind and helpful.
Slightly away the termini which is a good thing. Cafe in the area are more local, neighbourhood friendly. Way cheaper than termini tourist trap. Feel safe in this area and this hotel. Would prefer stay in this rather than at termini area.
The overall style is old school (not in a negative sense), and the room facilities are adequate. The way the duvet and cover are folded takes some getting used to. The attic room on the top floor feels a bit stuffy. Overall, the experience was acceptable.

Nice room, functional bathroom, excellent breakfast
Actually everything is good, the furniture is just a bit older, so it's not particularly modern. On top of that, we only had one power socket in the whole room, not even in the bathroom. The bar in the room was empty. Breakfast was cold, there wasn't much choice in terms of hearty food, just boiled eggs, omelettes and potatoes with sausage, the bread was hard, there was only sausage and cheese toppings...

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was great, but I would especially like to thank Sina at the reception. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Sina always took the time to recommend the best places to visit, eat, and explore, which made our trip so much more enjoyable. His recommendations were excellent and helped us discover some wonderful spots we...
Glam Hotel is a strong example of how service is what distinguishes a good hotel from a purely transactional one. They were very accommodating of my special request at the time of booking regarding check-out, and had clearly communicated it to the team. As a result, my check-in process was smooth and I did not need to repeat myself. Throughout my short stay, the staff were professional while remaining...
We had a wonderful six-night stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of it. The room was stylish, comfortable, and very well maintained, allowing us to relax throughout our entire stay. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of dishes that were all incredibly delicious. We were extremely satisfied every morning. In particular, one of the male staff members at the breakfast...
The best hotel I have stayed in in a very long time. The location was perfect. Anything I wanted was a 5-15 minute walk. Neighborhood was vibrant and fun. Many restaurants, cafes, shops, museums nearby. The hotel staff were all so helpful, friendly and bright. The hotel breakfast was delicious. It was always organized and clean. The rooftop was beautiful to have a drink or enjoy breakfast outside...
The location is good, but at least you can't make mistakes when booking a room, otherwise you will suffer heavy losses...
The location is very close to the train station. The only downside is that there were a lot of people passing by and it was close to the shops, so it was noisy at night. The room was very spacious, there was a cycle bike, and I remember the room as having a clean and nice bathroom.

This review is for my fellow Aussies so expectations are realistic. By Australian standards, this hotel is more like a 3 star, not 5 star. My room was clean, however I did hear another guest complaining to management about their room. The layout of my room was a bit strange, you had to step up to enter the bathroom, and also step up again to access the walk-in robe/fridge area, which felt awkward...
Boutique hotel in the center of things, everything is new, shower and toilet are well-equipped, the room was clean and tidy every day, good breakfast, helpful staff. The noise from the street is heard in the room, the windows are not soundproof.
Really nice service and friendly staff ! Staff members are super polite and always try to help you. Clean and modern rooms.
The staff are very kind, I am very happy, well done!

The property is very beautiful and thoughtfully designed, with a pleasant atmosphere throughout. The service was good and the staff were helpful and welcoming during the stay. The rooms were spacious and generally clean, although some areas could benefit from renovation or a refresh. In terms of location, it is a bit far from the main tourist attractions, but this wasn’t a major issue and can actually...
Let me start off by saying that this is the third time I stay at this hotel in Rome. (First time was 2017 and it was fantastic). Beautiful dining room and pool area. The hotel is walking distance from many restaurants and shops. Breakfast was ok but not everything on the menu was included. You have to pay extra if you order pancakes or eggs Benedict. I felt like the hotel this year needs renovations...
We had a great time at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The location was convenient, and we really enjoyed the facilities. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely come back.”
Lovely stylish Hotel with a beautiful garden and pool area, perfect for the hot weather when we stayed. Staff are professional and helpful. Below expectations for a five star hotel and some areas which were important to us – firstly the junior suite with lounge area was a bedroom with a sofa in the hall opposite the bathroom – not really a lounge area. The extra bed was on an angle and collapsed and...
A really beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. The staff were lovely and we absolutely enjoyed our weekend there. Breakfast was wonderful, especially eating outside in the sunshine. Our room was great and the staff were very helpful with all of our many enquiries.
Amazing Staff, But Poor Value for the Price I recently stayed at Palazzo Dama in Rome and was very disappointed with the value for money. The rate was close to $1,000 per night, but the experience fell far below expectations. The room was extremely small, outdated, and lacked any luxury feel — it honestly wouldn’t be worth even $100/night elsewhere. The building itself is old, narrow, and uncomfortable...

The hotel is located in the northern suburbs of Rome, a 25-minute drive from the city center. There are no restaurants nearby; you need to walk for about 10 minutes. The rooms are okay, average. Parking is free, but spaces are limited. The staff are very friendly.
The staff wvery helpful and friendly. Jordana, who checked me in, was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!
Fantastic hotel, spacious and very clean room. Highly recommended.
A fairly basic, functional hotel in a quiet area. Rooms are basic but. Lean. Quite noisy with thin walls, doors opening and closing etc. The Vatican area of Rome is easily reachable (2 stops) via train and the station is a short 5-8 min walk from the hotel. From the Vatican you can easily walk to the main sites of Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, Pantheon etc. Avoid the buses, they are never on time...

This hotel was perfect for a 5 night stay in Rome. Our flight was cancelled so we arrived very late and the hotel organised a transfer for us, which was such a relief. Thanks you so much for a great stay

Great hotel for a short stay. Excellent location and rooftop bar was a nice spot for a pre dinner drink. Rooms and bathroom very small but clean and functional.

I only stayed for 3 nights, but it was absolutely brilliant! The rooms are great, the beds are comfy, and the controllable air conditioning is lovely after walking around during the summer all day. The breakfast buffet is also amazing, and the food is very tasty! The rooftop bar is brilliant to spend your evenings, with an amazing view and delicious food
I have stayed 3 times at the Hotel Mozart and have recommended it to friends and family who loved it as well. this place has both pros and cons. the service is very polite and the amenities like breakfast are great, but it definitely leaves some things to be desired. our bathroom was claustrophobically small, and when we had laundry sent out it came back much later than they told us it would, causing us to miss a whole morning of scheduled plans (notably they did not refund us for this). decent for the price...

We were a party of four with teens and an older lady with mobility problems…. And we loved it. Very friendly staff and a fabulous room. The hotel's 24-hour front desk is so important! Room: clean, front desk service: not enthusiastic, the guy who sent the luggage was enthusiastic, breakfast: not very good, 1-2 minutes to the left is the wishing fountain, location: good, this dumpling is nearby 🥟 delicious!
We stayed on the first floor, which was very dark and had a musty smell. We booked the room because of its location and the fact that it was a large suite, but we regretted it as soon as we moved in. We had to stay there for three days because we were busy visiting attractions every day, so we didn't spend much time in the room, so we just made do with it. I'm leaving this review because I'm so grateful to the staff who always gave me a 👍thumbs-up👍! From check-in to check-out, they were always friendly and smiling. First off, this hotel is nowhere near a real 5-star hotel so ignore that listing. The hotel is ok overall, more like a Crown Plaza or lower-end Sheraton. The rooms are extremely dated and overdue for renovation. The a/c in my room didn't work, too. On the positive side, staff was universally great and helpful. One more thing, don't book a breakfast rate. The hotel's breakfast is very low quality...

We had issues with the main door (107) leading to the 2 other rooms (105&106) and we had to keep getting the key card reset. Very nice hotel and room top terrace , great location and great staff and good accommodation
The Service is the best, really, best personal in every area of the hotel. Amazing expirience. Rooms just a tiny bit old but very elegant. And sometimes a lot of noise at night.
Loved the hotel. The room and staff were pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent. The garden rooftop gave great views . I would rate higher, but our shuttle to the airport was very late. They kept making excuses. We ended up getting a cab, which was cheaper.
The room was terribly small and the two beds were placed vertical to each other at the corner, which was weird. The interior design of the room made it feel not clean. Same for the washroom. Breakfast was great. And the staff were very friendly.

I had a lovely stay at Leon’s Place! The room was beautiful with high ceilings and very comfortable overall. It could get a bit noisy at times (thin walls, I think), but it wasn’t a huge issue. The real highlight of this hotel is the staff — so friendly and welcoming. They really made the stay feel special. The location was decent. The hotel is about 900 meters from the train station and about 700 meters from the subway station, which requires walking. The surrounding is very quiet, the room is spacious, the bed is big, there are slippers, the overall light is relatively dim, there are many mirrors in the room, the sleeping room and the entrance have separate doors, which can be closed at night. It feels relatively safe overall

All the receptionists at the front desk are so amazing and went above and beyond for our stay here but unfortunately the room itself is not very nice and smell like smoke / weed. Maybe because i stay in the first floor. The restaurant next door is loud on Sat, they has performance on Sat til 3am
We actually loved the location further away from the typical tourist traps, and closer to the gardens. The room was a little small but the cappuccino was the best one I had all trip! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the rooftop bar restaurants was great to return to at the end of the night
A very pleasant experience! The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was plentiful and to my liking. The baked basil tomatoes were exceptionally well-made and delicious. Every staff member was very dedicated. When we asked if we could buy a power strip nearby, they lent us one and told us where to buy one. In a great location. Supermercato is just across the street. Roma Termini is just 5 minutes walk. Comfy beds and pillows. Quite. Very hospitable staff. Breakfast is very good. Hop on/off bus stops are also few minutes away. Their advert pictures are what you would expect to see. I would advise friends to stay here.
The rooms were small, as advertised but the location was perfect right by the main train station. It was easy to get around the city: to catch a bus or a train or a cab. My only problem was the shower was tiny. I could see over the top of the closed doors. Other than that, it was great having breakfast included, a clean room with great plumbing and good Wi-fi.
The location is good, but everything else is just average, especially the room which is so small. It's hard to pass people even if you put your suitcases in it. There's nothing you can do about it. Hotels in Europe are expensive and small.
This hotel is a pleasant surprise accommodation right next to the Termini Train Station. It’s a little different from most hotels I’ve stayed at in Rome and very affordable. Hotel was ok for the price. There's a small shopping mall right next to it that comes in handy. Just the night receptionist was rude when we arrived at night. He got upset because we couldn't find the room and had to send someone else to show us. Not our fault that the room numbers are all messed up. We enjoyed our stay at the Metropolis. The staff was welcoming and very pleasant and helpful. Our room was very modern and clean. We were able to walk alot of places, with the Vatican being about a 30 minute walk.
Very nice hotel. The room was very comfortable and very clean. Close to the Vatican, walking distance. The staff was very accommodating, especially the breakfast staff. Overall, enjoyed my stay. Thank you.
Room was decent, but we noticed lighting was a bit poor and the cleanliness of the room and tub was average. Hot tub had some dirt debris coming out from the jets and made us not want to use it at all. AC took awhile to cool the room too. Breakfast dining was great and so was the front desk service. My family and I stayed at this property for 5 days/6 nights. The breakfast was average, nothing to boast over. I am disappointed that I had to call the front desk for room cleaning each day, despite there being a sign on the door which request or deny service. The property is in a good neighborhood with local access to bus stops. Property is older, but good enough to sleep in and close to Vatican City

The hotel's location is good. However, the receptionists speak to people in a scolding manner. They have an attitude of "I don't want to answer your questions." The breakfast is good.
We are staying at room 104,  Towel Warmer on the bath room doesnt work, the service man cant resolve and Hotel never offer or replace the room
Great stay , around the corner from the Trevi fountains and just down the road from all the main attractions
Location is superb. 30 seconds to the Trevi fountain. House keeping clean the room every day. Staff are friendly. Would recommend and stay here again.

The attention from all the staff was very good and the facilities were also good! Recommended, we would love to come back!
Top location, everything close by and within walking distance. The structure can be improved and needs to be renovated, such as the old elevator, the broken shutter in my room, the lack of a bidet is unacceptable in Italy, the heat in the rooms despite having turned off the radiator and above all the soundproofing as I was constantly woken up by the phone of the neighbor in the room, by the toilet...
