Very nice and cozy hotel walking distance to some of Rome’s key attractions, such as Trevi Fountain. Attentive staff and varied breakfast. The rooms are clean and modern. This hotel is one of the highlights of my most recent trip to Rome!
Clean room .....Good houskeeping.....helpfull staff .....even they didn't offer me a late check out !!! they told me that the Hotel was full !! in fact it wasn't !!! I checked all websites that night and in all of them was planty of available rooms !!!!
Breakfast is the best. Carmen makes a great cappuccino and is kind and welcoming. She is a superb hostess. I loved my stay at this charming hotel.
Property was Great. Cots were a little uncomfortable for the kids but doable. Refrigerator was very small and limited, very hard to add own stuff inside.
Only 2 small complimentary water for a family of 4, was directed to a vending machine for more. thought that was a little cheap.
This was a wonderful hotel—we arrived from a cruise very early in the morning. Not only did they get us into our rooms way before standard check in, but invited us to enjoy a snack or cappuccino from the breakfast area. They helped us arrange a transport to the airport and were just generally helpful and kind. Rooms were clean, new and spacious. Breakfast was very nice also!
Really nice property staff that were really attentive and helpful. Super close to all of the sights. As well as delicious food

The hotel has a great location, very close to bus and subway stations, and also near the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The service was excellent. The only thing that needs improvement is that you have to stand in the bathtub to shower, as the shower screen doesn't completely block the water. You have to step out of the tub after showering, which is a safety hazard.
This was our first hotel in Italy, and aside from its good location, everything else about this hotel was unacceptable, especially the air conditioning. There was no heating at night, and it just blew cold air. We called the staff three times, but they couldn't fix it. I was jet-lagged and had to shower and sleep all at once, and after all that trouble, the problem was still unresolved. I had no choice...
One of the best options in the area
Our stat was great! We arrived early and the staff was very nice and stored our luggage so we can start travel.
The room was great, very clean and the bed was comfy.
The breakfast was served between 7:00 - 11:00 and it was great. The only thing is that the coffee was from a machine and not from manual barista (Im a cappuccino guy).
The location was amazing, 5 minutes walk from everything.
Was really great, stuff are really kind and helpful
Everything is perfect, perfect location and breakfast. The hotel’s vibe is very traditional ROMA. the front desk is very warm and kind. I love the front desk people.

Very friendly and helpful staff (both at reception and in a bar). Great location (right in the centre of Rome, but in a quiet area near to Villa Borghese). Easy to reach any point of interest both by taxi of public transport. Federico Prodon patisserie nearby is highly recommended.
We've got a beautiful room with a nice terrace which is lovely to spend the time at.
Beds were super comfortable; overall...
Clean rooms, great location, exceptional service. Would room there again.
The friendly, thoughtful, and cheerful staff added warmth to the historic ambiance of the decor.
The breakfast was delicious and appealed to Italian and international tastes, a bargain at 10 Euros that efficiently got us off to a busy day.
Because we had booked the hotel in advance, the cost was very reasonable for the large, comfortable room. The one drawback was that the bathroom was one step...
The room was spacious and bright, with a simple, elegant yet warm decor. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the mattress had the perfect firmness, making it incredibly comfortable and allowing me to enjoy a good night's sleep every night. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the toiletries were high-quality.
I haven't lived here for 3 years. The elevators have been replaced with new ones this time. Highly recommended.
Room was clean and convenient, and the environment is quiet. Breakfast was good. I left my bag for some hours when checked-out. It's bit far from city center and main bus stations but there are many bus stations nearby the hotel. Staff was friendly and I had nice stay there

The staff are really nice. The food is great and all delicious. The 3 course
Meal we have is excellent. The breakfast buffet is really good and the servers are really accommodating. The problem is the receptionist who screamed at us and us to go home and they he will call the police on us. We are on a pilgrimage tour and we are staying for 2 nights. He wanted us to leave the keycards in the first day...
I had a great stay at the Garner Hotel! The room was clean, comfy, and modern, and it’s about a 15-minute walk from Cornelia Station (around 15–20 minutes by train to Termini). Daniele, Evan, Valerio, and the breakfast staff were all super friendly, helpful, and welcoming — they really made me feel at home. I’d definitely stay here again!
No the best location for seeing Rome, but an easy, 15 min walk from the train. Service was the best part of this stay. The room was strange… seemed upgraded, but the walls were paper thin, the light switches were everywhere, a few of them didnt seem to work anything. Bed was stiff. No microwave. Mini fridge had someones water in it, and two small things of butter. I couldnt say for sure that the sheets...
Lovely hotel, beautiful clean room, nice breakfast, lots of choice, friendly helpful staff. Near a bus stop for the 246 247 to get to Cornelia or Angelo Emo areas then all the sights are within a decent walk
A very nice hotel, but unfortunately the management is poor, especially at the front desk. This position is very important to the guest, the first impression of the hotel begins there. First, contrary to the norm, even though my arrival was guaranteed by credit card, the hotel charged me two weeks in advance for the first night. The receptionist told me at check-in that because I am a Diamond member...
I needed a hotel while waiting to go to the conference that was going to be held nearby the next day. Considering the 3 stars, it turned out to be a good choice and also offered a better service than the 4 stars where the conference was held. Recommended, also for being far from the hustle and bustle of the center, easily reachable by taxi, bus and metro.

Everything was wonderful, the room was lovely, the staff was warm and totally hospitable, the location was terrific and they were very generous with the amenities.
I definitely would return and have told many people how much I enjoyed staying at this beautiful hotel.
Great Hotel
This is a great hotel. The only issue is the lack of drawers and closet space in the room we had.
Gorgeous hotel, great staff, amazing location, overall,...pricey for the almost 2k per night, however.
Absolutely one of our favorite hotels we ever stayed. Incredible staff, beautifully decorated, comfortable, stylish, modern yet classic. We loved the breakfast. The rooms were very quiet. The doors were so solid and gorgeous which I think helped block out any hall noise, which there wasn’t much at all. The cleaning crew were so stealth and wonderful. I just can’t say enough positive things about this...
We really like this hotel. It is right in the middle of the action - walkable to the sights and best shopping. The staff is super friendly and the decor is lovely. We had to move up our reservation by one day and they were super accommodating, which we really appreciated! Definitely will be returning.

From the moment we walked through the door we received a warm welcome. The receptionist was very helpful. Our large suitcases were taken to our rooms. My husband and I had a room next to our daughters, which was perfect. Room and bathroom was spotless . Good location, 15/20 walk into the main attractions. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment, but had drinks at the bar. Again good service...
Staff very welcoming…. But when it came to night time someone was running up and down the corridor quite annoying!! Went on for hours food was lovely we ate a few times for an evening meal the breakfast was fabulous!! Disappointing no tea and coffee facilities.
Great hotel ,comfortable and very clean rooms and snug bar area to get a drink. Friendly staff who were so helpful. Ideal location for visiting Rome.
This hotel represents excellent value for money. I always review accommodation in the context of its price point, and honestly, for what you pay at the Oxford Hotel, it’s very hard to fault. The location is central, the rooms are clean, quiet, and perfectly serviceable, and the staff are genuinely friendly. A particular shout-out to the front desk staff member (apologies for not catching his name...
The room was simple but practical, with a small desk that was also useful for a laptop. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was generally quiet, with no audible traffic, although we did hear other guests in the hallway. The shower and toilet were fine. This hotel elevated my first experience of Rome, the staff were extremely nice and helpful, the rooms were clean and spacious, mine was an upgraded suite with a view of the garden.
The room was clean and tidy, the service was very welcoming, and a butler even helped with our luggage, making it very convenient to get around. Rome isn't actually that big; most of the attractions can be reached by the city walk.
Located very close to Plaza de España, the SLH Hotel is a top choice among European hotels. Although the room size was just right and sufficient, I was still satisfied in every way, especially after sleeping on soft beds all the way, the 19-inch bed was so comfortable.
Very comfortable stay. Small issue with checkin but otherwise perfect.

Booked a junior suite, which includes breakfast, and the room is of a decent size for 2 pax. Reception staff are cold towards us, but the staffs at the rooftop breakfast area are warm and friendly. Is a good hotel if you are planning day trips from Rome due to the close proximity to the train station, however it is quite a distance to the other main sites like Trevi, Spanish steps, piazza navona...
Being so close to Termini station was incredibly helpful. The view from the balcony was also absolutely lovely. Breakfast was delicious, and they were quick to restock and clear tables. The breakfast attendant was also very friendly and always smiling.

Our stay at The Independent Hotel in Rome was genuinely impressive. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk from Roma Termini, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city, catching trains, or heading to the airport. Second night of stay, when they do housekeeping, they throw away our facil wash and some towel was not kept at the place it supposed to be. 3rd night we decided not to allow them do cleaning.

Location being 200m from the train station was fantastic if that's how you are arriving. The walk to all the major attractions is not too bad, as there is something to see at every corner in Rome.

This review is for a 4-person suite, which might differ from other rooms.
The first room we checked into was horrible and too small for a queen bed and a double sofa bed. Had an issue with a TV but all in all was a great experience. Great location, staff was very nice, rooftop bar as awesome, thanks Mansoor!! Very clean.

Perfect location! Close to everything! The rooftop bar/lounge is really nice! The staff were great and attentive! I would Recommend this hotel!
Great location, very helpful front desk agents, housekeeping was friendly, rooms a little dark and outdated, but good overall.

We had a WONDERFUL time at the Regency Rome. Our room was spotless, the staff was friendly and the food and drinks at the bar were amazing! Would definitely go back again….
The Regency Hotel is in a great location - only 15-20 minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of Rome's busy Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful Villa Borghese Gardens. The hotel is located at a very safe area , but walking distance to many tourist attractions and restaurants. The hotel is very near and spotless clean . It is a Marriott hotel. Hotel staff from front desk to breakfasts staff, all are very welcoming and friendly.
We stayed here before and after our cruise. Front desk staff was super helpful and very attentive in all the necessary arrangements ( car service, train tickets etc). The rooms are modern and well maintained. Great breakfast buffet in the morning.
Great 1 night stay. We had a little hiccup with booking but everything was ironed out. The staff was very helpful and gave us some great suggestions on places to eat. The hotel is away from main tourist areas and that’s exactly what we needed. It was great to get away from the crowds and relax at the hotel. The only downsides were no complimentary bottled water or an electric kettle in the room, but there was a hot water dispenser available in the lobby.
An overall OK hotel, mainly thanks to the very attentive and helpful staff.
The location is convenient, just next to Termini Station, which makes it easily accessible and practical for short stays in Rome. There is also a luggage storage room, which is useful if you arrive early or leave later in the day.

Negative points go only for the location. It is near Termini station which is probably the worst part of Rome.

Very satisfied! It's super close to the train station, and there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The subway and bus stops are also just a 2-minute walk away. The hotel staff were very friendly and patient too!

Arrogant staff. I spent 430AUD per night, TOO expensive!!! Not sure based on which standard it was considered as 4 stars, very small space, no kettle or coffee machine in the room, poor sound insulation, loud guests. Apart from that, it was amazing.

Close to Termini and bus stops so it’s convenient however it’s a little bit far from famous locations so I recommend you say the first day and the last day of your trip, overall service was really good and I liked the vibe of the place, it had a lot of vintage pieces and the lobby is really beautiful

The hotel isn't far from Rome Termini Station, about a ten-minute walk. However, those driving should be aware that some cars parked downstairs have had their windows smashed. The Code was a great place to stay. Its an 8 minute walk to Trevi Fountain. I felt safe walking around. The food at the hotel restaurant for dinner was top notch!

It's probably around the level of a newer, more technologically advanced hotel in China – equipped with smart technology. The receptionist, Nicola, didn't seem very enthusiastic. The price of around 1000 RMB is acceptable normally, but 3000 RMB during peak season is definitely not worth it. The surrounding environment isn't great either.
The transportation is relatively convenient, it is also very quiet, and you can store your luggage for free. It is a great choice for a wonderful Roman holiday!
The room was clean and the food in the restaurant was better than outside.
The hotel is generally clean. The location is good, close to the Vatican. The surroundings are clean and safe, located in a residential area. You'll occasionally see police patrolling downstairs.
The room is very nice, the facilities are new and clean. However, the items used are not replenished after cleaning the next day. The place where the toiletries are placed is not easy to find, as it is under the table. The service is OK, and overall I am satisfied.
This hotel is far from the subway station, but there are many ice cream shops and steak houses next to it, and it is also close to the Vatican. It is very convenient to live here.
