The pool area was excellent, for the time of year the number of sun loungers was plenty, and the view over the coast was perfect. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of hot & cold, and sweet & savoury

The room was spotless, the staff went over and beyond with making us feel comfortable. Bringing us a kettle and cups to our room and champagne upon arrival! ( I think that's because we are ******* VIP)

Santa Margherita itself is the perfect base for the area, with a calmer feel than some of the more intense tourist areas, whilst still having enough of a buzz to not feel too quiet

And the area was close to all restaurants and shops, as well as the boat to Portofino and the train to all the popular spots on the coast as well as the smaller villages

We just love Santa Margherita and our stay at the Hotel Laurin only made it better. Great facilities and staff and the perfect location.

We booked an ocean view room and we were in heaven. The terrace is stunning and has a beautiful view we will remember forever

The owners and staff did everything in their power to help us and make us feel comfortable. One of the owners even walked us in the direction of a massage appointment to make sure we didn't get lost

It was just a great place to stay in Rapallo. Easy to get to, on the sea front, friendly and welcoming staff. The room was fresh and very well maintained as was the rest of the property

Rapallo was a lovely vibrant little town and i felt safe walking around at night on my own. Would definitely come back to this hotel here

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Anthurium from Monday 13th May to Friday 17th May 2019. The staff afforded me some really great hospitality and the food was delicious and my bedroom and bed itself were very comfortable

Close to the sea and the village. A lovely town on the Italian Riviera. The hotel has many rooms where you can park right in front of your room

The rooms may look a bit dated, but they have fantastic beds and a good shower. The hotel also has a restaurant with a good (small) menu. The only downside was the very loud cleaners in the morning

Hotel located close to the cycle path, Sanremo - Imperia Breakfast for all tastes and exquisite quality, with the possibility of ordering many things multiple times, the hotel also has a restaurant inside, with refined and delicious dishes

Fresh air, amazingly clean everything you could ask for, people fantastic, hotel facilities amazing, ready to help, food available nearly all the time, found all fish and chips as well as café closed by 10pm

Very nice and friendly staff, and the hotel manager is always making sure you are well taken care of. For cyclists this is a perfect location for exploring the amazing Ligurian cycle paradise

My room with a lovely balcony overlooking Ave XX Settembre exceeded my expectations. Because of the double paned glass in the very tall doors, there was no street noise. My room was was spacious and most delightful

The hotel was marvelous, the room was outstanding, it was a short cab ride from Genova Brignole, and the area along Via XX Septembre was upscale with a short walk to the Piazza Ferrari and the Sophrano Gate area

It was the perfect place to stay in Genova. Walkable to every interest site and restaurants. Nice building and nice staff. We love our stay at Genova!

Tired rooms, more like a Motel than a Hotel Rooms look very tired and old, had a musky smell, some staff lovely, others rude, swimming pool not open, doesn’t open until 1st June, more like a Motel than a Hotel

just down a slight hill and across the road so no need to pay for a sun lounger if you fancied dip at the end of a day exploring. The staff are kind and helpful

The property and location is perfect, the rooms are incredible and we absolutely love being able to spend the days at Bagni Fiore and the Splendido Pool

Luca at The Bar mixes fantastic cocktails while the harbour settles into night, and Salvatore from housekeeping keeps everything beautifully in place. We’re already looking forward to coming back

Stay at the Helivita a jewl of a tiny hotel. Not at this run down place with very a grumpy owner and waiters. The couch in the room was about 40 years old and disgusting. The bathroom was dark and with a tiny shower

Charming place right on the beach

This is one of our favourite hotels on the coast, and during this cold and wet visit in March, it did not disappoint. We drove here directly from Milan airport, to rest for a few days to get over jet lag

We had a junior suite, the room was delightful, spacious and bright, with a long bath and Jacuzzi and balcony. The staff were very helpful and obliging, and breakfast was a good spread

The best part of this hotel is that is right on the beach and even with the wind and the rain, we absolutely loved our stay. Our car was parked by the hotel in a carpark nearby

Breakfast was excellent and came with stunning views. The pool was great, with plenty of sunbeds available, and there was also the option to reserve beach loungers by the sea

Beach towels, you get 1 per person at check-in and if you want to change them for fresh ones, its 5 euros per towel. also, beach chair rentals are ridiculous. 50 euros for 2 chairs for a half day

Said he had no tables, come back in an hour? Half the room was empty and plenty tables outside. Maybe they thought we were not hotel guests. Had dinner upstairs which was nice however my filet was tough, pasta was good

Check in was great, professional. room ok , although first floor, looking at the train tracks. we wanted to have lunch downstairs and the bartender dismissed us

Liked everything! The location of the hotel is close to the railway station and the cruise port (this was important for us). The room is clean, comfortable, bed with a comfortable mattress and snow-white linens

The hotel is located just two minutes away from Genova Piazza Principe station and allows you to explore the city on foot. The historical centre is just 10 minutes away

We left our MSC cruise and took a brief taxi ride to the hotel. It's close to the port but I would not advise walking to the hotel from the port. There is too much traffic to make the walk safe

Just two bus towels is not enough! One was broken I never see before! Next time put newer towel!

Perfectly clean! Elegant restaurant with a view of the sea and the promenade for breakfast! Surprised by raspberries and blackberries! Very tasty omelet and a sufficient selection of everything else! Amazing Hotel I cannot explain even how good this hotel is. Perfect service, great location, amazing breakfast and above all clean and quiet. Highly recommended if visiting Sanremo.

We had the suite with the large balcony. The breakfast was amazing especially with fresh flowers and a reserve table for us! Classic style lodging.

Central location (close to everything), no parking on site but public parking is literally across the street so it’s fine

Staff very helpful, but this is far from a 4 star hotel in Germany. The pool area was a building site and it’s far from the Ocean. Without a car you are lost

Rooms are nice clean, big shower, comfortable bad. And everyone at the reception is very kind. The hotel is also walking distance to the city center

We have been stopping in this hotel for over 12 years now, and it never was a disappointment

One of the two coffee machines was broken and the second spilled all the coffee in a nice curve to the floor. Half the breakfast table was of different types of marmalade and the other half was of sugar cakes

The crib we had requested was placed to the room - shame it had two quite large holes on the side which was a safety risk. It was also nice to see they use the larger refillable soaps in the bathrooms

There was supposedly eggs and bacon but once the staff was notified of the empty plates we were brought 4 slices of bacon to share after a long wait and none was filled to the buffet itself

Cannot recommend this hotel enough! The view of the stunning blue ocean from our balcony/terrace, sunshine coming in through the sheer white curtains into our room, the skylights over the bathtub and the bedroom, the colours of the sky at sunrise and sunset, the incredibly delicious buffet breakfast and fantastic location make this the perfect choice for your Italian seaside escape

The hotel could not have been more perfect for our family of five! The staff was absolutely wonderful and the breakfast absolutely the best! Location was perfect walking distance to all things in town and right across the street from the beach

Very good hotel with great service. The location is perfect, just at the ocean and the beaches. The staff is outstanding and the breakfast is so good. Finale is a perfect place if you like mountainbiking

We chose the town of Finale Ligure because it was a relatively easy drive from our trip to Switzerland and we wanted a few beach days

My only qualm is that they don't offer a similar service to Santa Margherita - a similar distance away - and as a result the taxi service took 30 minutes of waiting and cost a staggering 50 euros each way for a very short trip

Amanda the reservations manager upgraded our room - a nice gesture given we were not going to be spending more time there as opposed to being out touring around. The hotel is beautifully appointed and very comfortable

Overall the site is a hidden gem in Genova that provides its customers with a true Genova experience for a fair price and a versatile management and place where you can get fun and quiet time at the same time - all this with a good wifi and a nice breakfast, hence why I recommend it

The hotel is really nice, you can meet a lot of people right away. It's very close to the city center, which is super convenient if you want to pop into Genoa. Recommended – it's comfortable and affordable.

I was very well greeted by a very nice front desk staff including Anna and a colleague who lent me a charging cable for my phone and then I went to get some food in the lobby/bar while I decided if I was going to stay, time during which I got myself a nice burger and a beer to take advantage of their specials menu and watched some Italian soccer while at it while listening to amazing Latin music

Very nice building, wonderful common areas, everything in order, except for a problem with the elevator, one of the two is not working, so there is a bit of a wait for the elevator.

Great hotel with a friendly atmosphere! I'll be happy to come again! Perfect for young people. Only the beds are metal and the mattress is hard.. everything else is just super!

Our 3rd visit to this hotel and we had another fabulous stay. Our seafront room with balcony was fantastic. There was a bottle of ice cold fizz waiting for us which we enjoyed sitting on the balcony taking in the view

Nice lunch spot with a vitello tonnato to die for! Dinner is fine dining and was really worth visiting. Either it´s a coffee cup or a water glas it´s with a nice design

First class service, great breakfast and a wonderful room with views toward the Botanical Garden. We had an excellent Massage and soak in the spa. Hotel is walking distance to all attractions in this lovely town

I booked a junior suite with spa option on their website. All rooms are different, but the junior suite with spa is the largest room and bathroom I've stayed in Europe

Good hotel, good room, but be careful that the pool and spa is only accessible from 2 pm to 8 pm. Also, parking is a 38€ extra. Breakfast was ok but not special.

Large marbel bathroom with large shower and windows in the main room that open looking over the garden and hills. The spa is amazing and has to be reserved bc they limit to 5 or 6 total couples at a time
