Hotels with pool in Liguria

In September 2025 we stayed in Hotel Delle Rose for what was to be our second visit. Our previous visit dates from september 2022 when we had a "Superior Double Room with Balcony", a room we found quite pleasant

We stayed for three nights at the end of February 2026, and we enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much. The location is perfect; you can take a beautiful path to the city center, which is fantastic

The rooms I stayed in were large with big windows, high ceiling and beautiful marble floors with updated bathrooms. I even had a room with a small balcony to sit on and enjoy some afternoon sun

The rooms are very clean, and the breakfast is satisfying. The building, with its charming garden, is wonderful. Both the surroundings and the hotel itself are quiet and peaceful

The location is also ideal, just on the outer edge of Rapallo the centre is only about a 8 or 10 minute walk along via Aurelia or through the park across the street. The staff were absolutely wonderful

You had everything that you’d want from an Italian breakfast plus some things for kids and fresh fruit. The coffee machine made a good espresso or cappuccino and a dozen other types of drinks

The facilities, the gardens, the spacious pools, the playground are all very well-kept. We had the half board option. The food was delicious, plentiful, varied, and of high standard. Wine, juices and water were included

Amazing familg stay Excellent in all aspects. Cant rate this holiday village highly enough. Definite 10 out of 10 all round. Restaurant exceptional Pool fantastic. Had an amazing and relaxing family stay

Would definitely recommend and will be looking to go back jn the future

The poolside bar is an excellent value for money, and serves superb lunches, drinks and snacks. There’s plenty to do in the region

We really enjoyed our stay in Loano. Clean swimming pools, jacuzzi bath included.

The breakfast is not diverse and does not take into account the eating habits of Asians. In addition, the room was not cleaned carefully and the wet bath towels were not changed

Breakfast not too bad but not crazy. Friendly staff. The downside is the pool is open from 10:00 to 18:30. In the middle of a heatwave it's a bit short

Very warm welcome, an establishment consistent with the description. Small downside, no French chain... also regarding the payment not too clear on the site... I paid at the hotel directly

Excellent hotel, away from the chaos of the seafront and clubs. By car you can reach the motorway or the center of Sanremo in just a few minutes. Note the extremely kind and helpful staff for every request

The premises are a bit worn but the food is fantastic. The people working here are polite and friendly.

Refresh needed Comfortable but definitely in need of a refresh, suggest its living on past glories

Not bad, but the hotel is very old and in need of renovation. Cleanliness is very good, but I wouldn't recommend the ground floor rooms in the building with the pool, as they lack privacy.

Very good hotel right on the beach. Staff was very pleasant. Buffet breakfast was included and the restaurant and rooftop bar were particularly good. I would go back highly recommended.

What a lovely place tho hotel is! Arriving on opening day, I was this season’s first visitor in the beautiful balcony suite. The views in the evening as the sun set were special

Pretty sure this is the #1 hotel in Sestri. The sea view from our room was absolutely unbeatable waking up to that view felt magical. The rooms are beautifully unique, full of character, and every detail feels special

The suite was beautifully decorated and immaculate and I enjoyed the choices for breakfast, particularly the range of fruit on offer

Parking is off site but don't use your car if your plan is to do Cinque Terre or Portofino. Both can / should be accessed by train or boat. Access to the beach through your booking. Our family had a great stay there

We stayed at the hotel in early August. The hotel is conveniently located on the first line and has its own beach. The staff is incredibly friendly and customer-oriented

Very nice apartment with absolutely perfect location. Clean, neat, very comfortable bed and fresh toilet and shower area. New towels every day, also refilling water in the fridge every day, can really be recommended.

Breakfast was very upscale and delicious with a beautiful view of the ocean through the picture window. We loved the easy train access to Cinque Terre (without the crowds) and Portofino, Santa Margarita

Fantastic! If you get the opportunity to stay in this place, grab it. Helpful and very friendly staff, gorgeous place. We stayed in the suites, and had a beautiful view of the Bay of Silence

The property has its exclusive private beach on the other side of the peninsula. Excellent breakfast, fun bar. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I have been coming here since 1989, I find myself more than fine, I see breathtaking sunsets and I would never want to go home again!

Great location, very clean, great service. I'm usually pretty picky but this place was worth it - would stay here again.

The pool was already closed in October which was a disappointment

The room and shower were clean. The breakfast was excellent and the atmosphere was relaxing. I can tell you're working hard, and I wish you success and good luck in your service to others

We didn’t get the rooms we have booked when we arrived but next day we got upgraded to junior suites which was nice. The rooms however were a little worn out and could be updated

Luckily during our stay, everything was quiet by 10pm, so there was no reason to complain, but I wish to point this out as it’ll potentially cause discomfort to others

The hotel is located close to the city, beach and harbor and the area was quiet. Rooms were not soundproof - you could hear everything from the room next door

Good location, you can go around just by walk, there are many bars and restaurants around, the bus station to go to Portofino also just few minutes by walk.

Hospitable staff and roomy suite with TWO full baths. Could use a decor boost, but good value and location.

Lovely place with nice sea view with check-in hours to be respected and they've tried to make us pay 15€ for dodgy parking on check-out when nothing have been said or written for an extra cost so I said that I wouldn't pay for it !

Wonderful vacation spot The staff spoke Italian, French, and English. They were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast each morning provided a lot of food/drink options

Was really lacking a mini bar/fridge to cool beverages including milk, since there was none for the coffee/tea (if you provide amenities to make a hot drink, ALWAYS have milk or milk powder)

Silvana receptionist with a French accent was phenomenal friendly understanding and customer oriented

The location of the hotel was convenient to the sea and ******, many shops and restaurants. (Long walk or cab ride to the train station, pretty walk from bus station

Additionally, the floor felt sticky, which made me question the overall cleanliness. For a quick overnight stay, it served its purpose, but I wouldn't return at this price

Great place in close proximity to Geneva area good as a place to explore the region Its a B&B but very clean, well priced and professional service. It's run by a family so you get great Italian hospitality.

I stayed here for a single night during my travels. The check-in process was fine, but the room itself was disappointing, especially considering it wasn't a budget option

The girl at the reception who checked us in was extremely nice and offered us early check in and upgraded our room! All the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and comfortable

The shower is hot and the oressure of the water perfect. The view on the beach is beautiful. We will stay here again if going to Savona!

Stayed here for two nights whilst traveling Italy, this place is absolutely fantastic, rooms are very modern very clean and the aircon is excellent, smart tv also n room and the pool area is absolutely amazing, owners are very nice people who are very helpful with anything that’s needed, small carpark across the street and there’s on street parking outside also, very nice property in general with stunning...

We stayed in the studio which was very clean and roomy and the facilities were second to none. The swimming pool area too was clean and also safe. Loved the homely feel of the whole place

The room we stayed in was nice and clean. We had a separate house that we stayed in so the main area was next door with grass and pool. Parking space was limited and was free for all in the road so first come first serve

Accomodation secure and for a fee you can park your car inside the electric gates. There are also free parking spaces close by if needed. Dreams is just an hours drive from Pisa airport and the route is easy to follow…

Couples will love it or if you have a special family event for large families you could probably rent most of the rooms and will feel like your own private villa

The hosts Romolo and Mirella could not have done more for you. Very attentive and caring hosts who always checked in that everything was ok

I really like the bungalow we stayed in. Me and my family had an amazing vacation and also I have to say that I booked 2 weeks before the day we have to check in and we didn't have any kind of problem

Super friendly staff, nice clean bungalows, good food in the park restaurant, wonderfull mountainview , great aquapark , nice animation for all ages, ceriale has a nice boulevard only 5 min

But what a beautiful village!! Deserves many more stars than 5!!!!! The owner, together with the daughter are really wonderful people!!! Available and friendly!!!

The town Varigotti (20 min drive) has a beautifull beach. Spend two summer vacations at ciribi and will deffently come back many times

We really enjoyed our time with small children. The apartments are large, spacious and welcoming. There are 2 beautiful swimming pools for young and old. The sea can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes

I recommend this residence to everyone. Very quiet, welcoming and super friendly staff, very comfortable and clean apartment with all the amenities to make you feel at home. We'll be back soon 🥰

Wonderful vacation at Orchid Residence - Pietra Ligure We rested here twice: from June 6 to 13 and again from June 26 to July 3

I can only recommend it to anyone, there is a swimming pool where children can spend their days and 700 m away is the sea

Despite the distance of a thousand kilometers, I want to live here! We sincerely recommend and will definitely come again! A wonderful vacation at Residence Orchidea - Pietra Ligure We have stayed here twice: dal 6 al 13 giugno e di nuovo dal 26 giugno al 3 luglio

We have been living in Germany for three years, and it was here, in the first half of June, that we felt what a real vacation is: the sea, the sun, nature and the cozy atmosphere of the complex - everything is harmonious and conducive to relaxation

Really nice place, I hope to return again as soon as possible, everything is there and nothing is missing. Perfect for children

The structure is located in the hinterland of Loano, a 5-minute drive from the beach, it is excellent and complete with all the necessary comforts, the room is clean and spacious with a view of the sea in the distance

Despite the cleanliness of the establishment and the welcoming staff, we will not return to this establishment which needs to improve certain negative points (no toilets in the restaurant, you have to go down to the basement

Convenient La Spezia Stay The place is conveniently located near the train station and a laundry mat. The room was very clean and confortable and has a small fridge with drinks included

some minor problems in the bathroom(can easily be fixed) (toilet lid, wash basin tap , shower hose). free coffee and tea in the room, fridge

Basically we are satisfied their service as excellent, but the hotel building no elevator to be a problem with surch as older age people

Property manager/staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended and convenient if you’re visiting Cinque Terre.

If the booking time is explained, we might make a better choice to avoid every day up down walking

The location, the view from the terasse, the room as well as the service were amazing! Assal (i hope that is the right way to pronounce his name? was very kind, welcomed me and made my stay very pleasant

The B&B is on top of a hill in the old part of town and is not convenient to the beach or the train station but you totally feel like a local staying here and it is amazingly quaint

The room is clean and the bathroom renovated and the owners are friendly and nice and the rooftop terrace where the breakfast is served is the just plain awesome

This is an amazing place. A beautiful old world way of staying in Ventimiglia. It's out of this world. Amazing breakfast. Amazing rooms. 100% recommended.

My request for plant based milk for breakfast and vegetarian options was taken into account and i really enjoyed spending a night and a morning there

Quirky unique place, good food nearby Quirky and pretty unique place on the top floor of an old style apartment building which itself is on top of a hill, reached up steep alleys and stairways

We spent three wonderful nights in Varazze at the Hotel Residence Coccodrillo, and it was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home

The staff at reception at breakfast and housekeeping are very nice. I recommend staying here if visiting varraze

In the evenings, we loved returning to the hotel to unwind by the pool or enjoy a drink on the terrace🏖️

The staff was amazing - they accepted us late in the evening. Despite the language barrier in some occasions - the staff made us feel like home. It felt like they were waiting for a relative to arrive

The man who accepted us was like our distant uncle who does not understand a word we say but made sure we parked in the right spot, we were absolutely happy and we had everything we needed plus some jokes in Italian to sleep on

Good hotel for 3 stars unfortunately next to a train station but you can't hear the trains at night. Rooms are good size and comfortable bed. The breakfast is ordinary but very nice

To say that our holiday was pleasant is an understatement. We found a quiet place just steps from the sea but away from the chaos and traffic. The cleaning was thorough, the staff very friendly, and the pool very clean

The seafront seems far away, but the beach is actually a 10-15 minute walk away. Swimming pool with loungers, small gym, laundry room, and small library. This is our second very positive experience

If you want to unplug and get away from the city, this is the place! LOCATION: 10 Surrounded by greenery with beautiful, well-maintained thirty-year-old succulents, a variety of plants with intoxicating scents like jasmine and grapefruit

The houses are of various sizes with brand new bathrooms with shower, small but comfortable rooms and a kitchen with dishes and a large refrigerator. Terrace with table for dining and drying rack for clothes

It is beautiful, cleanly, and central to Old Town and walkable to all the other attractions. The daily breakfast is delicious and on a gorgeous terrace. Alamed, our host, was incredibly kind and accommodating

This is a characterful B&B - beautifully restored in an ancient cliff-side quarter of the town. You'll need to be ok with climbing stairs but if that's no issue this is a wonderful place to spend some time

A superb place in the old town, so yes it's steep and it's not accessible to everyone but if you have the opportunity to go, go for it! . A very kind welcome and a competitive breakfast.

Me and my boyfriend had an absolute blast at La Terrazza di Vico Olivi B & B. I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Ventimiglia

Fine and confortable, in the very centre of Sanremo

The location couldn't be better, it's perfect! The apartment is decent, it's just a shame the windows aren't well insulated (noise and cold). The staff were very helpful and friendly. We'll be back!

We chose this apartment hotel for the location and we are more than delighted, the public car park is only a 5-minute walk away! Everything was simple, access to the room without keys but with a secret code is a great idea

Central location, which is sadly a double edged sword because of the noise at night. The room was spacious and clean. Pretty good for the night! No elevator so keep this in mind if you’re bringing lots of luggage

Hotel in a side street in the city center. Checking in is somewhat complicated, but the host is always in touch and helped solve problems with getting into the room :) (which were associated with my carelessness)

The room was remarkably clean! only the curtains to be reviewed to prevent sunlight, otherwise the air conditioning, tv, wifi everything works perfectly

I enjoyed my stay here, it was basically in the heart of Genova; close to many pubs and restaurants; close to Saint Lorenzo Cathedral; within walking distance of the main train station; and the staff were friendly

Hostel 300 meters from Piazza de Ferrari. Enclave with 4 rooms in an adjacent building. Shared bathroom, kitchen equipped for breakfast. Really friendly and helpful staff. €45 per person with breakfast

It is very old and it does look abandoned until the second floor (hostel entrance). I think this added to the mystique. I felt as though I was living in the servants quarters of a wealthy palace

Two toilets are also showers so I had to wait ten minutes to pee at one point! Staff were so friendly and helpful. They provide locks if you need one. A very vibrant place with vibrant people

In a Good way! Bedroom was fine, I would have preferred curtains. There was a bit of noise regarding construction being done outside. I did not love this, however it is not the hostels fault

Spyro’s walking tour was amazing! Went into it reluctantly seeing it was around 4 hours, but this was no issue as Spyro is so lovely and passionate about Genova it made the time fly by
