- Cleaning and changing of towels takes place daily. Negative: - No variety on the breakfast buffet. - Pool with salt water is available, but the sunbeds cost extra (32 euros)

Good value for money Great location with fabulous sea view. Family rooms are small but does the job. Good value for price.

These are our thoughts after 10 nights in July 2024. Positively: - Friendly and helpful staff. Especially the lady who cooks the scrambled eggs. - Good location right on the beach promenade

We really enjoyed our time with small children. The apartments are large, spacious and welcoming. There are 2 beautiful swimming pools for young and old. The sea can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes

I recommend this residence to everyone. Very quiet, welcoming and super friendly staff, very comfortable and clean apartment with all the amenities to make you feel at home. We'll be back soon 🥰

Wonderful vacation at Orchid Residence - Pietra Ligure We rested here twice: from June 6 to 13 and again from June 26 to July 3

I can only recommend it to anyone, there is a swimming pool where children can spend their days and 700 m away is the sea

We have been living in Germany for three years, and it was here, in the first half of June, that we felt what a real vacation is: the sea, the sun, nature and the cozy atmosphere of the complex - everything is harmonious and conducive to relaxation

The pool area was clean and relaxing, and the bar served delightful cocktails. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Plus, the hotel’s sea view and proximity to the city center made our stay perfect

The pool was beautiful and there are many parking spots in the hotel garden. The cuisine is excellent and varied and the guys in the dining room are very kind and ready to satisfy every request. Recommended

Hotel Napoleon in Sanremo exceeded our expectations! The pool area was clean and relaxing, and the bar served delightful cocktails. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful

The garden in front of the hotel is the perfect place to relax and take a break from the scorching sun and there also is a beautiful pool

The location of the hotel is really great, close to everything. 5 minutes to the train station from where it takes 15 minutes to Sanremo (Italy), 30 minutes to Monte-Carlo (Monaco) and one hour to Nice (France)

There was no body lotion of any kind, but on the plus side there were lots of towels. What we felt the most though was the lack of a fridge (it was listed on Booking, but unless it was extra hidden it wasn’t there)

The beach is also close by as well as the supermarkets, restaurants and the coffee shops. The rooms ate really clean and neat. Even the breakfast was good for this price, freshly baked cakes, pizzas etc

There is even the flexibility in taking the breakfast in the morning. The host is always welcoming and nice. We were really happy with our stay!

Room was clean although spartan, included breakfast generous, staff was amiable, and the location central. Parking is within two blocks and the walk to the Friday Market at Giardini Publici is pleasantly close by.

The A/C worked, the shower was refreshing and there was a mini fridge. Rate was very reasonable for Rapallo and the hotel was 500 meters from downtown and the waterfront. Staff was pleasant and accommodating

Such a gem in the middle of town. And the friendliest staff ever! Delicious cappuccinos and don't forget to check out the roof terrace. If you need car parking try to make a reservation beforehand

Hotel Vesuvio was wonderful!! We had a beautiful room with a balcony and doors opening to a clear view of the ocean. We also had another balcony on the side! Breakfast was really nice, with good food and great choices

We visited at the beginning of the season and were greatly impressed with the hotel and surrounds. The breakfasts were excellent and coffee and drinks were available in the bar. Thankyou for a wonderful three nights

He went out of his way to be welcoming, offering suggestions and directions on restaurants, things to do (including the ferry to Portfino and the tram up the mountain!) and helping us with our car rental

Great location on sea front. Convenient for ferries, trains, buses, restaurants & shops. Good size room with modern bathroom. Great breakfast. All the staff were friendly & very helpful.

Only downside is that the hotel is split between to areas, the spa area and some of the rooms are located in a different building then the main building which isn't very comfortable, specially if your room isn't located where the spa is

If like us you opt to stay in the residence for space and privacy, you'll find yourselves staying under a residential flat with a child running around overhead late into the evening and 1st thing in the morning

Very attractive location . Great front desk stuff especially Tara and Franchesco . Very good brekfast and walking distance to the main street plaza and harbor.

The only thing that could improve is the hot tub was cold and we could not get it to heat up but we would highly recommend this property when visiting Santa Margherita ligure

Perfect location, just by the bay/port. Easy access to dining and sight seeing. There is one mini market next to it too, very convenient.

We loved it! We stayed for a few nights and didn’t want to leave the hotel. Really close to Bagni Regina Giovanna and a bus out the front that goes every 20 minutes. Really good pool and free breakfast every morning

They offer their bikes for free. Breakfast includes eggs made to order, but it closes at 9:30am! Lorena is a local and gave great recommendations! Also she carried my luggage up the stairs since there is no elevator

The 80s decor was really funky and fun - it felt like stepping back in time when you roamed around. The staff were all so lovely, especially Riccardo in the terrace who served us breakfast and dinner daily

The food options were limited but delicious. The pool bar could be better stocked and staffed. We felt at home during our stay and would definitely book again if in the area

Dreamy villa next to the beach and historic center Staying in a villa across from the beach is dreamy! The seafront patio with a gorgeous garden has tables for relaxing. The rooftop terrace has loungers for sunbathing

Staff very kind, friendly, cheerful, polite. spacious, spotless rooms with a beautiful view. The guys who work in there make you feel at home because they put you at ease. We will definitely be back !!!

Any more than that and I would have been disappointed tbh. The room was clean and has obviously been renovated since other reviews from three years ago

The rooms are very clean and cleaning and towel changes are done daily. The room where I stayed was on the sixth floor with a priceless view, in the evening I fell asleep with the sound of the sea

On the last day I asked to be able to leave my bags and work with the computer from their bar (which is also open to customers outside the hotel), the managers and staff were very kind and available to my requests and I would feel comfortable

recommend it as a place to stay and work remotely. It was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend it!

We enjoyed the sparkling pool and aperitivo multiple nights. The room was spacious and clean, however my one main complaint would be the beds, which were fairly hard (this may work better for others than it did for me)

Villa Amandola is very clean and our bedroom was beautifully decorated. The location is excellent you can walk to the train station and therefore easily visit the other Cinqe Terra villages

Living in the middle of an olive and grape field, take a break at the pool when you need to cool down in the heat and have a nice dinner in the garden served by the best staff ever

Details: the breakfast is lovely and they have marmalades they make from their own fruits and a lovely aperitivo at sunset featuring their own wine, sitting by the pool. We look forward to returning sometime!

Pool was great but beach was even better as privatized. Would highly recommend the hotel. Food menu at lunch was very good and night menues were very good by the pool. Staff are super friendly and welcoming

Great service, very warm and caring; excellent food - the kind of food you would rather find in a 4-star hotel - seawater large swimming pool and a large solarium, also including seats under olive trees

Very comfortable room with a good view of the Mediterranean. The daily breakfast is really nice, lots of variety and all fresh. Due to a train strike we had to take an early taxi to La Spezia

Very intimate and few steps from the Mediterranean Sea, you can hear the waves crushing when you open the windows. Our room was amazing with a cute balcony and a very comfortable bed

Best of all were the staff, who couldn’t have made us feel more welcome and were super friendly! We forgot our iPad and they even sped up to the train station to catch us with the iPad before we boarded a train

Charming! Rooms are clean and large, check in/out was incredibly easy, and all staff were friendly and helpful. Location is unbeatable, close to great food and a very short walk to the bus and ferry.

This hotel is perfect to stay in Santa Margherita. It’s in an excellent location, just a very short walk from the beach, bars and restaurants. Our room was spacious with all facilities and an enormous twin shower

Great location on a quiet side street and v close to the beach and marina, and with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants only steps away

Portofino is a 15 minute bus ride away, but you can always walk either the full way or take the bus to Piaggi Beach and walk the rest - an easy 30 minute peaceful walk with amazing views along the coast

The room was good and the bathroom was very large with a double shower (yes, two shower heads!). I had trouble with the room safe but Matteo was able to help at a moments notice

The pool is large, clean, and perfect for relaxing. During one of our mornings, we experienced a windstorm. It was a bit scary, but the building is very secure, even the sliding glass doors didn’t budge

The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, and the kitchen is well equipped with all the dishes, pots, and utensils. The only small things missing were a cutting board and a water boiler, but that didn’t affect our stay

Very romantic place! The rooms are very clean, there is everything you need for a wonderful holiday and life! If you come to the villa you will fall in love with this place and will come back here again and again

It really gave us peace of mind. Andrea was incredibly kind, helpful, and quick to address any questions or requests. He even suggested the best local spots for olive oil and dried pasta to bring home as souvenirs

The terraces offer a very beautiful view both day and night! You can sunbathe with a view of the entire coast. And in the evening it is nice to sit with a glass of wine and watch the lights of the city at night

The view from the unit is exactly as shown in the photos, absolutely stunning! You can see the open water, and the surroundings are quiet, tranquil, and beautifully maintained, with olive groves all around

It was unforgettable with three course dinner each consisting of two dishes and a special cake for dessert! The waiters were highly professional, friendly and attentive, so was the owner of the hotel

The food was excellent and you could choose from the menu. I only wish there was a wider selection of fish and sea food. One night we had a Ligurian dinner and entertainment

Special mention to Monica who was amazing, such a lovely person and couldn't do enough for us. The hotel is in a good location, right near the beach where there are restaurants and bars

They also remembered the hot drink which we preferred and made specially for us. After calling reception about access to the pool, they came to our room and provided towels and keycards straightaway

They opened the whirlpool from the SPA - the whirpool was therefore very, very crowded and by far no place for a relaxing stay anymore

The rooms are beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and while not overly luxurious, they offer breathtaking views. We found the breakfast to be excellent, with everything an Italian heart could desire

We would definitely book the private parking space again; parking is difficult without it. The friendly owners and the incredibly helpful and attentive staff deserve special mention

We actually didn’t realise there was a pool on the premises. I only realised this after check out. We went to the beach every day in any event. There is a beach cafe that serves great food just below the hotel
