Just a perfect place. Perfect stay with a more perfect staff. Handy bikes in the garage that take you into town easily. We went to Monteresso al mare by train and in the evening we went to Sestri Levante for dinner (which we preferred over the over-touristic Monterosso) . Breakfast is simply amazing and the hotel is beautifull all together. But again: GREAT staff !

We found this hotel at the last minute and we couldn’t find better for our short stay to explore Cinque Terre! Very pleasant, good view, few remarks The hotel was comfortable and pleasant. A few remarks: the hotel is located in La Grazie, with very few restaurants. The one and only place to eat simply is La Marinara which has a waiting of more than an hour sometimes. The pool water temperature was too cold. The hotel does not have parking. One has to pay for parking.

Lovely hotel in perfect position on the quayside. Own swimming pool. Excellent personnell in reception and in the restaurant. Unusual colourful mosaic tiling throughout the hotel, even in the bedrooms. The sound of toys and hoovers on the tiles in the room above will wake you in the morning at 07.00 so ask for a room on the second floor. The setting for this hotel is beautiful; the employees are helpful and friendly; my room is lovely and has a balcony looking out at the bay, and the food is delicious.

Overall realy good place for the price paid, calm and the view is very nice even at night. Breakfast was also nice and good. On’y small issues are the size of the room and toilet (had to climb over the toilet to access the shower) and we could hear people walking on the corridor whoch can be annoying for some others.

We first visited Hotel Jolly Roger last summer, and when we decided to visit Pietra Ligure again the choice of hotel was obvious. Nice room, very good breakfast at the romforløp and a very helpful staff. Our best recommendations!

I stayed 7 nights in a modest room with a very nice sized bed (might be a ‘queen’ sized bed in Australian standards). Although a little further out of the town than expected, the hotel was very comfortable and the staff exceptional. The room was comfortable and amenities very good. There’s a regular bus to the two towns which are easy to navigate. Both towns are worth a visit. Restaurant on site was good and served a variety of food.

We really enjoyed the hotel. It was clean. The front desk younger gentleman maybe manager was fantastic. He listened to our concerns and made sure we could park our car. I noticed every guest he was going out of his way for. Great customer service and nice hotel by the beach. Area was wonderful to walk around. We had a balcony and it was well worth it.

This is a great location in the main Cinque Terre village of Monterosso. Beach is two steps away and loved having breakfast looking out to sea. We dearly recomend to book a room with seaview and balcony. The room was ok in size and had a classic italien style. The bathroom was small. The aircondition, which was good to have in an italien summer, worked well. As an alternative we sometimes left the balconydoor open and enjoyed the crashing of the waves on the beach. We had a great stay at hotel Baia. We were able to get discounted beach chairs/umbrellas through the hotel for our stay and enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the mornings. The hotel is right in front of the beach and steps away from the train station. The room was cleaned well daily and was all we needed. The staff were nice and friendly. We would stay here again!

Nice location, quiet hotel Good location, about a 20 walk from the train station. Close to the beach and the upscale shopping district. Owners are wonderful, but honestly the rooms could use a little update, some paint maybe? No elevator, so plan on lots of steps with luggage especially if you get the 3rd floor. Breakfast was good.

Lovely staff to help with all the question we had about all the places we wanted to go or see. The building is historical, and we loved experiencing all its charm and uniqueness including the squeaky floors. We believe it was a comfortable accommodation and I’m not a young person, but young at heart.

Just wonderful! The room was simple but perfectly adequate for me - the bed and bedding were really comfortable- but the view was simply wow! I left my windows open at night to listen to the waves and boats bobbing just below. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Not only was the bedroom spotlessly clean but the super comfy bed had freshly ironed sheets and pillows. Breakfast was lovely served in an air conditioned room looking over the water. Staff are lovely as is Regalo, the owners dog who although very old is much loved. Great views of the Gulf of the poets, very nice people. We loved Porto Venere, and there's a very short walk to the main town from the hotel. The ferry ride to Cinque Terre has great views, and La Spezia is just a quick bus ride away. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but the food in town is very very good.

It was a lovely welcome. The whole team was very friendly. I arrived late for breakfast because I'd been jogging, but they still let me in and prepared a delicious breakfast for me. It also has a rooftop terrace with beautiful views.Thank you to the entire team. It was an amazing summer.

The staff are great. We were in a bind, our EpiTourean culinary tour was canceled. We didn’t know until we had arrived at the hotel. Cristina was fantastic. She took care of us. Hard to beat closeness to ocean The main selling point for this hotel is it's amazing sea side location. We had a room directly facing the ocean, it almost felt like we were on a cruise ship. A great holiday in this hotel which enjoys a wonderful seafront location. Each room with a view of a wonderful and transparent sea. A salt water swimming pool available and, for those who love rocky coasts, a pebble beach immediately next to the hotel. But I think the photos speak for themselves. Hotel and people are great. Only if you go before the season starts there could be facilities closed like the swimming pool. This should be mention on the hotel site. But there is a pebble beach that we used. Difficult to swim becos of all the rocks but just relaxing on a big rock half in the water was wel worth it.

Best hotel in the area. Staff is great and makes you feel welcomed and at home. The view on the sea is amazing. They have an internal pool with sea water that they pump, fikter and clean from the sea available for use all day. Definitely recommended, I will go back with my girlfriend for sure 👌

Two nights in Sanremo A nice hotel. Clean room, small but with all facilities and a good bathroom. A fully adequate hot and cold breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location between the railway station and the old city, walking distance to both. We found it to provide really good value in relation to the price paid.

Interesting hotel in odd building Even though I booked in advance they did not have the correct room, they gave us a family room instead. The breakfast was pleasant to much sweet cakes for my liking though. The parking was paid for but the space was in an alley behind an empty building, not safe or secure. The staff were pleasant and eager to please.
