Great stay. Great hotel. We had a nice balcony. 2 min. walk to the beach. Good breakfast. Nice rooftop bar. The room was modern. Friendly staff. Santa Margherita Ligure is a beautiful little town and you can walk to Portofino (or take the bus, ferry). Quite a few pebble beaches on the way so bring your swimsuit.

We had a perfect stay in Tigullio. We walked from the train station to the hotel and then from the hotel to the town/shopping. Everything was close and we were able to walk to get espressos every morning. Perfect location and staff were so welcoming and helped us out with amenities (iron & ironing boards) as we had a wedding nearby. Would 100% recommend to friends and stay here again!

The room AC was not cooling at all and we called the reception and they’ve sent a technician and he said it’s working normal, nothing been done till the last night I called them again to find me a solution, and moved us to another room which the AC was very good and they could’ve did this from the fist complain, my stay was really bad because of the AC and bad smell from the room

This is a lovely place and only a short walk from the waterfront (not on the waterfront as the listing says). Parking in a side street was easy and it appeared to be safe. Staff were lovely and breakfast was great.

I was disappointed with the service at the front desk. Yesterday I asked them to print my boarding pass and emailed the file as requested, but after sending it, I waited 10 minutes with no update. This unnecessary delay caused me to miss my scheduled train. For a hotel of this level, basic services like printing should be handled more promptly and efficiently. Room has no sound proof.

Excellent location, 7 minutes from the station, one minute - the Castle, the embankment, restaurants. The rooms are new, clean. We liked everything very much!!

The hotel is in a very convenient location: 10 minutes walk from the train station, on the embankment. It was not indicated anywhere, so I will write that there is a mini-fridge in the room (water in it is paid, but you can not take it, and use the refrigerator). The bathroom, as we say, is separate. Nearby is an intersection with a roundabout, it is noisy with the windows open, but quiet at night

I was looking for elegant, luxury , quiet place close to the sea and tennis club with the spa. This boutique hotel exceeded my expectations. In the center of Botanical Garden I spent several days. Wonderful hilltop location with views to mountain or sea. Rooms are comfy and the staff rate Gold Stars. They go above and beyond expectation. They will serve you a simple supper if you do not want to travel down into the town. My meal was cheese and pepper pasta. Simple but filled the gap. Moretti beers and a very good bar. A very good hotel for a short stay. It's close to the port and pleasant. The noise is still quite present, but it stops around midnight. The bedding could use replacing; it's quite unpleasant to feel the springs.

Located just a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Central Station, it's a great spot for exploring the Cinque Terre. There are only about 5 parking spaces in front of the hotel, and reservations are required. Alternatively, you can park in the nearby train station parking lot for about €25 per day. Staff should tell customers not to drive near the hotel, there is a very cramped parkade nearby that is difficult to drive out of, very small exits. Simply stunning location. Step out of your hotel onto the beach. Your own sun lounger and parasol allocated to you. This hotel is excellent value for money. It is kept wonderfully clean.
