Adriana is an incredible hostess. She knows everything about the city and the region and she is super nice. The rooms are a little small but still comfortable. It's super clean and well kept. The place is located at a residential building. And the people at the building are actually really nice to the guests. They do not offer breakfast on property, but they give you vouchers for a croissant and coffee...

Great location close to the train station. Room had AC. Little bit of a strugle to have two suitcases open on the floor. Otherwise a nice room.

Standard place to stay at La Spezia. We were looking for the place to stay at La Spezia and have a short trip to visit Cinque Terre. Rooms are on the 1st floor and no elevator. We have to arrange to meet up first to get into the building. The rooms were good and well equipped.

A great, convenient location (you can hear the waves), nicely appointed rooms, and super helpful and friendly staff. The only downside was the kitchen exhaust noise at the top of the building. Not enough to overcome the other advantages of the hotel, however.

We stayed here from 10th April to 14th April, our room was a deluxe one which had plenty of space and a balcony overlooking the beach, the hotel was very clean & the staff were very polite and attentive, breakfast was very good with a great selection, we had a meal in the restaurant which was superb.

Had a 3 day break at the end of March with my wife. This 3 star hotel gives 5 star service. Food was wonderful, room was clean and functional. Service from everyone was excellent and always with a smile. Breakfast had a good choice and the ever cheerful Nadia made sure we started the day right!

We stayed for 5 nights in a 3-person room, which was nice but not too big. The food on dinner was quite tasty, and the breakfast was very good! The staff was very nice and friendly, they always greeted us with a smile. We hope to come back here!

3-star hotel (for me it's worth 4) on the sea of diano marina, family-run, ALL the very kind staff, from the reception to the waiters to the girls who clean the room! Very efficient on services for children (cots, high chairs, food etc etc). Perfect cleaning, excellent food…. What can I say… for us impeccable!!!

The staff was friendly, and the location is perfect, within walking distance of Castle Brown, Portofino Lighthouse, the Piazzaetta, a flavorful seafood restaurant, Trattoria Tripoli, and a beautiful hidden gem, Baia Cannone, just down the stairs outside the hotel. It is a small, secluded rocky cove known for its crystal-clear turquoise waters. My husband enjoyed the swim in it.

The staff was very friendly. They upgraded us to a better room than we booked for free, with two rooms and a gorgeous sea view. Valet parking is available. The location is perfect! The views are stunning.

The hotel is dull throughout the building. Dark colours interior. The building looks lovely from the outside. But old and uncool on the inside. The was a strong ‘sewage’ smell in my room and I had a headache everyday. I didn’t complaint as the Italian service is usually very poor towards foreigners . I stayed quite and enjoyed the view - that’s all worth it … but having said that many others hotels...

Portofino Hotel is in a brilliant location . Fantastic views . We did hire a car , but not needed. Everything within walking distance and a regular bus & boat services to other parts of the area .Secure valet parking €40 per day . Hotel a little tired looking in parts but very clean . Portofino Andrea and rhe front desk qere exceptionally helpful and friendly and professional; always happy to assiat with requwara ans great at securinf dinner bookings at ahort notice. Would recommend staying here as it has easy access to portofino centre and great sunbathing facilites with a very good reataurant.

Another excellent stay at Hotel Sasso - our third in the past year. The Hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach and conveniently located in the town center - close to shops, restaurants and cafes. Staff are always welcoming and ready to assist, Fantastic for families and couples. Recommend room 214 on the third floor.

The room was large, clean, modern, comfortable and quiet. We slept well on our nights there! We chose it because of the good reviews and we would stay here again. Location was great . I give it a must stay, and if I ever come back to Genova I'll be sure to stay there again.

Stayed here for one night while passing through. One night was probably enough. Staff were very polite and helpful but the rooms are very tired looking and the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Hotel Savoia exceeded every expectation we had for our wedding. The facilities and location are excellent, rooms immaculate and breakfasts delicious. Beds weren't the best, pool was closed and dirty but it was still cold weather. Breakfast was cold and basic. Not a lot around we took a shuttle bus to La Spezia for the train station. Staff in the restaurant were not friendly.

The first night we couldn’t sleep because Darcy was snoring and Xavier kept us awake. The bunk bed is really scary and creaky but other than that it was comfortable. It was really hot and there was a heat ray in the bathroom. Second night we slept well and the lady that serves food was very nice and sigma!

They were very helpful when we had a broken window on our car because of a break-in. They let us park it next to the reception, and we could see it from the balcony in our room. Loved it!

The hotel staff was very friendly. The hotel is in a good spot near all the restaurants and shopping. The rooms are large with enough space for your bags. The interiors of the rooms are modern and up-to-date. Would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Nice hotel, somewhat of a hike from the train station. Room was very small. To keep the lights on you have to insert hotel key, the bathroom light stays on when we did that so we pulled the key to sleep but them none of the plugs worked so nothing charged overnight. Staff was very kind! Nice breakfast with price of our room.

I came to relax and enjoy two weeks at the seaside. I found the cleanliness impeccable, truly, and the staff kind and helpful. I was half-board and on a diet, and there were no problems preparing light meals, always served with a smile. The noise in the room, normal in any Ligurian hotel overlooking the sea, certainly didn't keep me awake at night... The little beach just a few meters away was lovely

Staff were very kind and welcoming. I had a room on the sea side, but unfortunately at the level of the train tracks. Noisy and not a nice view. Trains started after 4am. Could hear person in room above moving around. Disappointed with room. Nespresso machine in room, but had to buy pod at 1€ Walk to upper town or Main Street along busy route.

Check-in is till 8pm, not as given at *******. Then it`s quite difficult to get the access and particularly due to the limitations on ******* message exchanges: the hotel can`t send QR code there visible and non of both sides can send readable email address. Parking was practically not available when I arrived, so I had to search on my own place for my car.

Nice little hotel down the road from the main stretch of Bordighera, basic and nice. A/c worked great, the hotel was clean, nice little view of the sea and steps from a quiet beach and nice beachfront restaurant. 20 minute walk from the main part of the town. The train is apparent at night but the whole beautiful little city is nearby the train so just put earplugs in if you are so sensitive to it...

The staff are nice, the room was located towards the back of the hotel and nice and quiet. Only downside was that The room didn’t have a kettle or a duvet/comforter as it did get a little chilly in the evening.

The hotel is located on the edge of the city center, making it easy to get to everything. However, it's not exactly in the center. Parking is limited, but you can park for free on the street.

The room is big, and the ceilings high, but the air conditioning doesn't really work, the bed is two twins put together and the pillows very hard, overall the actual hotel and room are beautiful Also good breakfast and location

We were there last year. Still wonderful but breakfast was a little sparse. No eggs and bacon like last year and little rolls. Lara was particularly excellent!

Wonderful boutique hotel. Special mention to Paolo . Our rental car’s battery was dead. Paolo immediately drove to the parking area a kilometre away and was able to boost our car with his cables. What a service! Mille grazie Paolo per tutto.

My favorite boutique hotel ever! It is so quaint and quiet and right in front of the sea. I love how small it is with just a few rooms. The staff treat you like family and are always very helpful. And the complimentary breakfast with the view is wonderful! And there are so many things to see and do within walking distance.

I stayed for two nights and found this hotel clean, welcoming and a stone's throw from the sea. The breakfast is good too bad you can't have breakfast outdoors I would have liked it so much. We arrived during the relatively short check-in period, only two hours, but there was no one at the reception desk. We had to call for instructions for self-check-in. Otherwise, a pleasant stay. Note: the rooms have no view, and are built against a rock face.

The room we rented was as described. The rooms are old and could do with a refresh; they're not up to date. There's no reception, but that's obviously due to the low season. We were completely independent for check-in and check-out.

Great staff, they let us leave our luggage there for the day while we hiked the Cinque Terre. Great room with air conditioning and a private bathroom. Clean, tidy and had all we needed. A beautiful place and a lovely location.

We have just had another wonderful short stay at the Hotel Belsoggiorno ! Maria and Matteo are always welcoming , friendly and helpful, as are all the staff . It is a traditional family run hotel with excellent breakfasts and dinners , and typical Ligurian food. Nothing is too much trouble , and a stay at this hotel is very relaxing. We will be back !

Not sure what to expect but was surprised to find the room clean. Fresh towels and immaculate toilet. My balcony gave me a brilliant view of the sea. Stunning view really. The staff here are courteous and always ready to help. I will surely come again soon.

Public entertainment, bands, disco, other demonstrations is immediately next door until midnight. Not quiet in the evenings. This was late August, and I cannot speak to other times of the year. The clientele are mostly of the well-to-do type. No pool, no fitness...

Nice hotel. VERY close to train station (50 yards). No elevator in hotel, internet spotty on 3rd floor. Breakfast typical continental however they will prepare an excellent omelet for you if you ask. Staff, especially Evelina, were super friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again.

Excellent hotel practically in the center, very convenient location. The atmosphere is slightly retro but very elegant, every space is very clean with an intense scent of fresh flowers. The staff is professional and nothing short of exquisite. Breakfast is excellent in a very nice room, the buffet offers a varied sweet and savory choice.
