Nickel and dime everything. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment at approximately 1000 Euros a night and hotel was still charging for everything imaginable. The hotel is elegant, quiet, and located in a beautiful area. The service was exceptional and the breakfast was complete and very well served. The only downside was that the pool closes a bit early, so we couldn’t enjoy it when we arrived. Still, a lovely and relaxing place—highly recommended!

The location is excellent, a 3-minute walk from the station. It seems to be a family-run hotel; the service was good, the rooms were newly renovated, spacious, and had an elevator. Breakfast was simple, with a variety of breads and pastries. There are inexpensive and delicious Chinese restaurants and Asian supermarkets nearby.

Recently,I had the privilege of staying at the Hotel Vittoria very close to the Principe Railroad Station.I stayed at the Vittoria for 4 nights.I enjoyed my room,I appreciated the nice breakfast,and I liked the hospitality of the Vittoria's staff. The staff helped me find my way to Genoa's delightful art museums(Bianco Palazzo,Rosso Palazzo,Frugone,Diocesan,Saint Augustine)and awesome cathedral.

Just two bus towels is not enough! One was broken I never see before! Next time put newer towel!

We had the suite with the large balcony. The breakfast was amazing especially with fresh flowers and a reserve table for us! Classic style lodging.

Central location (close to everything), no parking on site but public parking is literally across the street so it’s fine. The breakfast is amazing, and if you’re a breakfast person-it’s worth it to stay here just for that.

Stayed here for one night during our honeymoon trip from Milan to Barcelona. The room was nice overall. The wooden beams on the roof were a nice touch. The crib we had requested was placed to the room - shame it had two quite large holes on the side which was a safety risk. It was also nice to see they use the larger refillable soaps in the bathrooms. In this occasion the shower gel bottle was empty...

Strategic position, as it is located right next to the motorway exit, the rooms are very large and absolutely well soundproofed, the environment is very clean, and a welcoming, plentiful breakfast, the staff are very helpful.

Hotel located very close to the roundabout leading to the motorway entrance, spacious rooms, livable balcony, equipped with armchairs and table. Nice design and convenient location. Noices from the other rooms and corridor were easily heard. Watch out if you are staying on a weekend. There was a loud party on the top floor with high noices all over the hotel. It did not stop until sometime after midnight.

Loved this hotel. It was a pleasure to come back to after hot days at the beach and exploring the nearby coastal towns. The rooftop bar was a great way to enjoy aperitivo in the evening.

I don’t understand why people rate this hotel that low. The AC runs pretty well, you can’t say it doesn’t work, because you feel the difference when you’re in and out. The hotel is close to the train station of Genova Brignole, it deserves plenty of stations, there’s even local stores you could visit, and even beaches so close of this spot.

The room was very cozy and nice. The quality/price ratio was really good for a 1-star hotel in high season. The only drawback was the outside noise from traffic. The reception was friendly. Excellent for a 1-2 night stay and a quick visit to the city.

Near the brignole station, lot of breakfast areas around, had a farmacy nearby. Soundproofed windows. Clean. Staff was great. She waited for us until we arrive late. The staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. I identified a small issue with our room and they were prompt in their response and very courteous. They made us feel welcomed on arrival and were very friendly and helpful during our three night stay. The hotel is nicely located near the sea and near great restaurants and shopping.

We stayed in the Junior Suite on the top floor of this hotel with our 2 kids and we had the most magical stay. Cannot recommend this hotel enough! We chose the town of Finale Ligure because it was a relatively easy drive from our trip to Switzerland and we wanted a few beach days. The hotel could not have been more perfect for our family of five! The staff was absolutely wonderful and the breakfast absolutely the best! Location was perfect walking distance to all things in town and right across the street from the beach.

I've stayed at hotel a few times now, specifically with our professional mountain bike team (for event and fun/training). I would highly recommend the location if in town for mountain biking, beach, and great food. Very good location for all. We travel around the world for many years....and the staff is one of the best! The hotel is really nice, you can meet a lot of people right away. It's very close to the city center, which is super convenient if you want to pop into Genoa. Recommended – it's comfortable and affordable.

The carpet in the room was very dirty, and the kitchenware was not only broken but also greasy, indicating a lack of maintenance. I wouldn't recommend it to people who are very clean. The advantage is that it's very close to the station.

Our 3rd visit to this hotel and we had another fabulous stay. Our seafront room with balcony was fantastic. There was a bottle of ice cold fizz waiting for us which we enjoyed sitting on the balcony taking in the view. As ever all the staff were amazing and very friendly. Soft elegance with riviera feeling This hotel is a gem! Spent 4 nights here and enjoyed every minute. Nice breakfast and at the beach sunbeds are reserved and waiting for you. Nice lunch spot with a vitello tonnato to die for! Dinner is fine dining and was really worth visiting. Either it´s a coffee cup or a water glas it´s with a nice design. I stayed at the Hotel back in September with my family and we couldn't have asked for a Better experience. Everything was perfect since the beginning. The rooms were nice, clean and tidy as well as the swimming pool and the common areas. The staff was friendly but attentive and the food absolutely tò die for. I booked a junior suite with spa option on their website. All rooms are different, but the junior suite with spa is the largest room and bathroom I've stayed in Europe. Large marbel bathroom with large shower and windows in the main room that open looking over the garden and hills. The mattress in our room wa completely broken and ruined our night and the day after. Our back is completely broken. We chose this hotel because of the parking and the sofa. The sofa is not relevant at all for those who come in the evening because it closes at 8:00 PM and only opens 14 days later. Parking costs 38 euros and they didn't mention it anywhere. Breakfast is reasonable.

The room was clean and had everything you needed. It's located right in the city center. One drawback is the lack of a parking space nearby, forcing you to use public parking, which can get quite expensive in the long run.

Hotel was clean and the service was excellent really nice and polite people. The bathroom and actual room were separated but we didn’t have to share it with anyone which was good. The street is maybe little but dangerous but place is near a bigger street so it wasn’t a big problem.

Excellent value for your euros or dollars or whatever your currency may be. Friendly staff, homey atmosphere and excellent advice about places to see in Genoa and thereabouts. Nowhere else in Genoa can you get a better place. Highly recommended.
