They have russia flag in hotel balcony... We stayed 3 days and no hot water in the shower. No hairdryer in the room. Receptiont not work in the morning. Super overprice

It is a nice familiar hotel. The service at the front desk is friendly, although some working at the front desk only speak Italian. The rooms are big and comfortable and clean. The equipment is already a bit old, but not broken. Of course it is no five star hotel, but good value for money. And you can find free parking in the streets nearby and the city center is in walking distance.

If you are traveling with a dog, avoid this place. There is an information on the Booking that an additional fee may be charged for a dog. Once there, it turned out that the fee was 20 euros, which is almost as much as for another person. With this additional fee you will easily find a more interesting accommodation in Rapallo.

Entrance was a big confusing (its the big wooden door, usually unlocked) up 1 flight stairs) Check was quick, room basic but fine. Easy walk from station, close to seafront & restaurants. We left early the last day and left a charger and the hotel tried to contact us via email, calling, , etc very impressed with their effort to return it.

I stayed at this hotel for the second time on August 30th. The room was much larger than the previous one. Two large French windows opened onto the balcony. The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were friendly, and I'd say everything was fine. Despite the proximity to a busy road, the night was quite quiet.

We only stayed one night, but overall we had a good time. The room has a balcony, but it's very small, as is the bathroom (the sink is in the room, by the way), but we still found it clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodated our needs.

The hotel is centrally located and well-served at a very reasonable price. The building is certainly modest, especially the ensuite bathroom, which is perhaps a bit small, but it's extremely clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Congratulations on everything. Kindness spacious and clean rooms. Central place. Breakfast I recommend the Riviera bar pastry shop, located 100 meters from the hotel. I recommend to everyone young and old.
Great for getting around and admiring Santa Margherita, Portofino, and taking a bath nearby.

Good point of support for pleasant days at sea.

The staff is courteous and accommodates guests' requests.

The property has certainly had better days, but the rooms are spacious and clean enough.

Not bad for a two star hotel.
