Bobby Executive in Sanremo

We were unfortunately very disappointed with our stay at Bobby Executive. The most serious issue occurred in the pool area, where a sunbed suddenly collapsed and I fell approximately 30 cm onto the tiled floor. I weigh 96 kg (211 Ibs) by the way! As a result of the fall, I injured my neck and upper back. At the time of writing this review, two days after the incident, I am still experiencing pain and the full extent of the injury is not yet clear. The sunbed appeared to be extremely old and poorly maintained, almost as if it was from the 1980s. Despite this, the owners refused to take any responsibility for what happened and stated that it was not their fault that the sunbed collapsed. All I got was a bag of ice for my neck as compensation. The owners seemed very nervous at first and came and asked me how I was doing, I said I don’t know, I may be fine, I maybe not! At checkout next day the owners refused to accept any responsebility and were very rude and confrontational. Unreal! In our opinion, it is the hotel’s responsibility to ensure that all equipment used by guests is safe and properly maintained. At first glance, the hotel appeared to be a nice property with a beautiful view, but it did not live up to our expectations. The room felt poorly cleaned and had a noticeable smell of wet dog, which created a very negative first impression. The balcony offered a beautiful view, but the glass panels were extremely dirty and clearly needed much better cleaning. I've added a picture of the dirty balcony glass in this review. The breakfast experience was also very disappointing. The hotel allowed people who were not staying at the hotel to come and have breakfast, which created a chaotic situation and resulted in much of the breakfast selection being gone when we arrived at 8:00 AM. For paying hotel guests, it is unacceptable not to be able to enjoy a proper breakfast due to poor planning and lack of control. Another major disappointment was that the hotel restaurant was closed on a Saturday evening, even though the hotel appeared to be fully booked. For a hotel of this standard, it is a significant shortcoming that guests cannot be offered dinner on site when the demand is likely to be highest. The air conditioning also worked poorly, which negatively affected the comfort during our stay. The overall impression is that the hotel has significant shortcomings in terms of maintenance, service, and organisation. Several aspects of our stay gave the clear impression that the property, equipment, and daily operations are not being managed at the level that guests should expect considering the hotel’s standard and price range.

Well, let me start. First warning, don't forget anything in your room, when you check out. I forgot souvenirs for family and gifts for my girls in a left drawer and they said they didn't find it. Probably someone took them and I really hope that all bad things from my life went with those things to that person. God sees everything.
Second thing, the cleaning lady throw away friend's personal thing which is very expensive. They said they are sorry, they have looked for it in the trash but they didn't find it. You see, they have the same answer for any of your problems. The owners and staff are very pleasant, and kind but not solving problem persons. So, that makes me feel they don't really care for their guests.
Because, after this experience I certainly will never come back. I will share my experience with all people I know to warn them on time.
That's pity because the hotel is great, renovated, and has everything. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathrooms are very clean with all bath supplies you might need. They clean rooms every day. Everything looks so nice. The entrance hall is well decorated with a style. Receptionists are friendly and kind. That's why is pity.
