I stayed 2 nights. Overall the hotel needs a renovation but I feel like being in a very good central location, the owner knows he can still make good business without putting much money into a general improvement of the building, furniture, bathrooms and quality of the food.

Worst hotel experience of my life!
The moment I entered the room, I was hit with an unpleasant smell. Everything looked dirty and poorly maintained. When I woke up the next morning, I had bite marks all over my body and intense itching — completely unacceptable!
Honestly, I would have preferred sleeping on the street; it probably would have been cleaner and more comfortable. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very modest, the same is the breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is good if you like to be in the center of the city that never sleeps 😉

I give them 4 because the staff is very polite and the hotel is clean but very old. We get a good price by our Agency so it's equally like quality. On Booking their price is too high. The breakfast for our group was very poor (we didn't even eat there). Location is very good for people who like restorants and crowd. We like it so for us it was not a problem. In another case it is very loud.

This hotel has to make some renovations. It looks old and its far from comfortable. The rooms were super cold - air coming out of the windows, even after being closed and we couldn’t use the air conditioner in our room.
The breakfast was very bad too.

Nice and simple hotel. Clean room and suitable for a few days stay. Small bathroom, toilet too close to the shower and shower too close to the sink, but it's not bad! There is also a shared TV and a small living room available near the terrace. Excellent view from the terrace! Quite a large breakfast, very helpful and kind waiters. Very close to the back of the Ariston and a few minutes from the center in general. I stayed in the hotel last February, as I was working at Casa Sanremo!

Terrible!! Found at the last minute and I hadn't read the reviews that don't do it justice! Unspeakable! Dirty and I asked for at least the floor to be swept Coin cards and chocolate on the floor, the bathroom with broken shower window all rusty! Mold on the ceiling! Three stars bought at the supermarket! To be sent ASL UNICA NOTE PERSONAL REALLY KIND

There is much better
Old and dated rooms, small and uncomfortable bathroom. Look elsewhere in Sanremo

24.08.2024 Guest

Great location, but other than that I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Room with 20's furniture, bad smell, lack of cleanliness, shower with fountains without mixer, hair and mold everywhere, yellowed pillowcases. Regarding the restaurant, the dinner was terrible with overcooked pasta and a tasteless pizzaiola. The coffee was a cross between barley and dirty water

Hotel located in the center of Sanremo, very close to both the Ariston and the sea. Clean rooms, a little old with some new furnishings. Also very close to the areas of local restaurants and pubs. Good breakfast and beautiful panoramic terrace. Surely if the rooms were renovated in detail this hotel would have many more positive reviews. The gentlemen of the staff are also very nice.
