Nice and simple hotel. Clean room and suitable for a few days stay. Small bathroom, toilet too close to the shower and shower too close to the sink, but it's not bad! There is also a shared TV and a small living room available near the terrace. Excellent view from the terrace! Quite a large breakfast, very helpful and kind waiters. Very close to the back of the Ariston and a few minutes from the center in general. I stayed in the hotel last February, as I was working at Casa Sanremo!

Terrible!! Found at the last minute and I hadn't read the reviews that don't do it justice! Unspeakable! Dirty and I asked for at least the floor to be swept Coin cards and chocolate on the floor, the bathroom with broken shower window all rusty! Mold on the ceiling! Three stars bought at the supermarket! To be sent ASL UNICA NOTE PERSONAL REALLY KIND

Great location, but other than that I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Room with 20's furniture, bad smell, lack of cleanliness, shower with fountains without mixer, hair and mold everywhere, yellowed pillowcases. Regarding the restaurant, the dinner was terrible with overcooked pasta and a tasteless pizzaiola. The coffee was a cross between barley and dirty water

Hotel located in the center of Sanremo, very close to both the Ariston and the sea. Clean rooms, a little old with some new furnishings. Also very close to the areas of local restaurants and pubs. Good breakfast and beautiful panoramic terrace. Surely if the rooms were renovated in detail this hotel would have many more positive reviews. The gentlemen of the staff are also very nice.

Good morning. We stayed at the Hotel Belvedere during the week of the Sanremo Festival 2024: the location is strategic, close to Corso Matteotti which is the main street in the center of Sanremo, a few steps from the Ariston Theater. Spacious, bright and welcoming room! The linen is changed daily and the cleaning is satisfactory! Breakfast is plentiful and suitable for any type of palate. The owners, Mr. Enzo and Mr. Pasquale, are very friendly and professional! A round of applause also goes to the doorman on duty in the evening and night hours. We will be happy to return!! The hotel is old and the room have no classe forniture and uncomfortable matrasses. The breakfast is poor. In any case is clean and in the middle of the city center

It's an old hotel. The furniture is all beaten up. The mattresses are uncomfortable. The food could be better. There is a free Wi-Fi but the signal and speed are bad. The shower had only a fixed head and the shower cabin is very small.The hotel is in the city center which is a good thing. The room and the bathroom were clean.
