It's a nice apartment and we spent a week there. The staff is very friendly. However the bathrooms, especially flushed, could do with a makeover, same as the doors. Would also be great to have at least some basic cooking stuff like salt in the kitchen. Came during off season; they gave me a free upgrade to a sea-facing room. The front desk was always incredibly kind. It's a 30 minute commute to Taormina, which you can also hike up / down from. To Catania you need to take two buses, and it takes around 1.5 hours.

Host was outstanding offsite parking was easily accessible only a minute from the hotel and it’s a prime location for all the sites. Wonderful stay.

There were two of us and each bed had only one small pillow. We used to have a nice big fluffy pillows so we did not sleep very good. Also, the beds only had sheets on them and we had to look around for some blankets. Finally the air conditioner wasn’t working very good and the guy came up to try to help us get it to work and said it was working, but it really wasn’t.

Great hotel in the centre of Taormina - there isn’t a better location. The rooms are a decent size, and though a little dated, good enough for a short break in the city. The property's location is perfect, the rooms spacious and well-appointed, and I'd say the bathroom was recently redone. The staff is courteous and helpful. The only problem is the quality of sleep: the fixtures (both windows and wooden shutters) are as beautiful as they are useless in blocking out the noise from the street below. A very welcoming team of helpful staff in this oasis of tranquility. The owners of the property are very present and contributed to making our stay a truly memorable one. We made a last minute booking and they were happy to accommodate us. Excellent location, the room was clean and comfortable, AND QUIET!!! As many places in centro storico in Cefalù, parking is central and you must walk to the hotel. They have an elevator and please remember to use it to visit their rooftop bar. All perfect! The location is very convenient, the owner helpful and kind, the room clean and the breakfast good. The only flaw is that the rooms are not soundproofed and you could hear the music of the nearby clubs but in Panarea you know, you don't sleep! :) We even got a chance to shower after check out! RECOMMENDED!

Worthy of note, among the delightful narrow streets of Panarea, five minutes from the port, is this excellent structure. Hospitality and availability of the owner and all the staff to best solve every request are the basis of a pleasant stay. Large, bright rooms, equipped with every comfort, with breathtaking views.
