I truly enjoyed my stay at the Boutique hotel. Forte Dei Marmi is a very exclusive and amazing beach town. That comes with a price tag to finding a hotel. This hotel is very modern, clean with an amazing breakfast set

We had to book this hotel last minute due to issues with our villa. The staff were excellent and could not be more helpful, it was lovely to speak to them and also learn a bit more about the history of the building

They were aware of our situation and ready to help further if needed. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning and the breakfast (food, setting, service) was top notch

The hotel is a convent from the 13th century near San Gimignano. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The pool is large for a small hotel. There are two hot tubs available

The hotel includes a breakfast which was a buffet with an omelette bar. Lunch is limited to sandwiches by the pool or pizza for dinner

The pool area was always clean with lots of sunbeds and open for use even late in the evenings. Rooms come in all different shapes and sizes and while not ultra modern were definitely cosy and functional

What made our stay extra special were the staff led by manager Giorgio who were always ready to solve any small problems and were courteous and friendly. Elio and Sofia at reception were also amazingly kind and helpful

Our stay was wonderful! The hotel is very centrally located (on a street with lots of shopping!) and is walking distance to all the big sights! Our room was perfect and the staff was exceptional, making us feel welcome from the minute we arrived and making sure our room was clean every day

It's quite nice, a very retro building, and the rooftop restaurant offers views of the Boboli Gardens. It's very close to the Old Bridge and Pitti Palace. The only downside is that there's no elevator.

Superbly located and professionally operated. Our stay could not have been better. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the Boboli Gardens was the best way to start the day

It’s a bit away from city centre but very nice rooms with kitchen. There is a nice outdoor swimming pool and the heating system will be installed soon. Good public transportation to Florence

La Locanda is a delightful small hotel located within the Volterra walls but conveniently close to parking just outside. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Easy walking distance to all Volterra attractions

Located just within the walls, La Locanda was the perfect location for exploring Volterra. The rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet. There is convenient parking close to the hotel.

A lovely vineyard that worth coming! Staffs are friendly, accommodation is clean and spacious, the Monday wine tour+ dinner is a must do! The fine dining dinner with piano performance made it a romantic experience! What’s more is an infinitely pool that is well maintained! Definitely recommend

When we arrived, we realised the accommodation is actually a smaller white cottage-style agriturismo, which is still beautiful, but quite different from the property shown in the first images

The property itself is very charming and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful Tuscan countryside. The compound is spacious and relaxing, and the small cottage-style rooms feel cosy and private

The image appears twice in the listing and shows a much larger estate with a very big swimming pool and a different compound layout

We stayed at Agriturismo Podere l’Aione during our Tuscany road trip, and overall it was a pleasant stay with warm hospitality, but there is one important point future guests should know

However, we paid over SGD250+ which is roughly about 40% higher, because we believed we were booking the property shown in the main photo with the large swimming pool and grand compound

Our only suggestion would be for the management to update the listing photos so they accurately represent the actual property, which will help future guests have the right expectations

With a busy itinerary daily, my priorities for a room were a large bed, quietness, no strange smells, a convenient shower, and the ability to wash small items (like shorts and socks). This room largely fit the bill

The downsides were the weak shower pressure and a sink that wasn't practical for washing my son's socks. On the bright side, there was a water dispenser and a coffee machine for unlimited drinks

Stayed at Mercure Firenze Centro for two weeks. Perfect location as it is located 5 minutes away from Santa Maria Novella Train Station. Closed to nearby attractions by walking distance

Lovely large room with high ceilings, windows and very well equipped with tea, coffee, fridge, kettle, hairdryer, toiletries (even hair straighteners !) The shower was excellent and the bed comfortable with lovely white linen

They were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was exceptional. Definitely check with Barbara for meal recommendations, these were our best meals! She even booked our reservations for us

We spent seven days enjoying great wines produced right on the farm by Stefano and elegant evening authentic five course meals lovingly prepared by Bruno outside on the patio as a wonderful Tuscan evening

What a pleasant surprise! The place is immersed in nature!! Lovely architecture sitting within olive trees!! Stella the receptionist gave me a warm welcome and made me feel immediately at home! Borgo degli Olivi is a village of peace. With a beautiful swimming pool. The private parking attached to the structure is very convenient. The rooms are standard but comfortable. Very good and quite varied cuisine
